Stellar service-told Mathew our symptoms were we’re experiencing with the new defender-he suggested dropping off for testing after about an hour he reached out to us and confirmed our suspicions and analysis service department replaced defective component-it was very cordial and quick too much my surprise. I thought it would take a whole day -thumbs up.! We have been in the Land Rover community for years ! Land Rover the sum of its parts!

Service guy is great. Dealership service operations is average and the third party company that does the window replacement are terrible communicators. I had to drop my car off twice due to their incompetence. The other thing I question is I asked for 10% off and it was quickly granted. However, I seen my bill and they took off the 100 dollars but I seen an extra charge for exactly 100.00 so the dealership basically made me feel good about the discount due to the issue but really just offset it by adding a 100.00 charge. I am not sure I will go back to service my Hummer there again. It’s just the closest dealership to me. I would never buy a car there that’s for sure. I feel like they are a bit crooked.
