I have nothing but positive words to share in my experience with Adam Hart and Montrell Cozart at Reed Jeep. Adam was very respectful with my time and answering all my questions, which was a lot. It took a couple weeks for me to make a decision and never once was he pushy or in a hurry for a final decision. Both Adam and Montrell were very professional all around and exactly what you hope for when making an important decision like that. Each were willing to listen to issues I had and offered alternative solutions to reach our goal. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and ended in a vehicle I wanted thanks to their support. Have and will continue to recommend Adam Hart and Reed Jeep as a whole.

I had my 100,00 mile service done yesterday at Conklin. Jody, as always, went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of, and even getting me shuttled home and back again when my car was done! Chico was so personable, he explained everything that I was getting done, and went over it when I came back to pick up my car, letting me know how everything looked, and what to expect in future services. I really appreciated the time that he took with me! He was busy, but never rushed me! I requested my engine to be washed after all of the flushes and the mechanic did an absolutely beautiful job! I lifted the hood and my car looked brand new inside! I was so pleased! I left Conklin with a beautiful, well taken care of car! And a great feeling in my heart! I'd like to see if my car can make it another 100,00 miles,and I believe with Conklin, and the amazing crew of people who work there, it can! Thank you to all of them!!!

I took my 2019 F-150 to Max Ford as it was experiencing some rough shifting in several gears. I mentioned to the service department that I had read information online that perhaps resetting the adaptive tables could potentially help and to start by trying that. I also mentioned that I had not serviced the transmission with a flush and filter change, and perhaps this could help. I received a callback that they were able to duplicate the hard shifting that I had mentioned and that neither the flush or resetting of the adaptive tables would help, and that the only option was to purchase a new transmission at the small price of $10,000. Well, I was able to work with a friend who had the scanner to reset the adaptive tables, and....... voila, problem fixed. I will not only never take my truck to this dealership, I will recommend to everyone I know to do the same. So disappointing.

I was in and out (WITH the car I had transported from Tennessee) in record time. Paperwork in the finance department was also speedy; Quicker than I remember, but still explanatory and thorough. I have zero complaints! Again, sales rep, 'Jefferey' was on point and as polite as can be.
