This is for Michael Olson in the service department ! We were in Louisville on vacation from Wisconsin when our truck window was broken out in downtown Louisville by thieves. I contacted the service department to help and Michael Olson was fantastic from the beginning. He was able to get us a window locally, get us into the service department the same day and get us back on the road by the next morning to continue our travel plans. This was a life saver as there was no way to secure the vehicle . It would have been easy for Michael to tell us they were booked when everyone is busy and everyone wants their stuff done right away. Michael’s kindness and willingness to help was incredible . Indoor this reviews makes it to the management of Montgomery Chevrolet and to other dealerships across the country . This is the type of service that makes a lasting impact on people and someone like Michael deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Everyone was friendly & efficient. Steering column was replaced & my car drives much better. I have one issue, though. We had Weathertech floor mats, from previous car. We know they didn’t fit properly & had ordered a new set to fit, & intended to give the older ones to a friend that could use them. However, the Moore tech took it upon himself to one of them. We were not advised of, or asked if it was okay to do that. Now the mat is ruined.
