My sales agent Mr. Rojas was good. Friendly and helpful. Biggest issue with dealership was communication. Everything I found out was because I reached out either by email or phone. I was never informed my truck was being built. I was never informed my truck was in transit. I was never informed my truck had arrived at the dealership. I made several attempts to get ahold of the extended warranty agent over months (even coming in person to leave a message) and never got a reply! I should never have had to dig for information…

Been looking for me a Toyota Tacoma for a couple of years, afraid my 1996 was going out. It's not. But I needed a newer vehicle to travel. I d bought a couple of vehicles here before, always pleased with them. I want to thank Jerry Garland for helping me. He done a great job and I drove home with a new to me 2018 Toyota Tacoma after looking probably for over a year with exactly the vehicle I'd been looking for. I had searched online, marketplace, other dealerships where they didn't even come to see if I had any questions. Jerry was right there to let me start looking, driving them and then he pointed 1 out. That was it, after all this time looking and worrying, all I had to do was drive to Murray, KY. I had bought 2 previous vehicles from there and my dad Welton Lindsey always bought there. Never disappointed. Thank you Jerry Garland for all your kindness and help. You changed my opinion on car dealerships. I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Thank you

first of all I would like to say I like my truck and Chris Henson was great. I would give him 5 stars. I bought my truck on 3/23/24 and while talking with Chris who ordered my tonneau cover said they would call as soon as it came in to get it installed and I paid to have the outside and inside Simonic and was told they should be calling in the next few days to set that up. I called today to check on the cover and it is in and I also asked about the other and was told it could be 2 weeks or longer and that is when they were also going to install the cover. If I knew that when purchasing the truck that would have been a deal breaker right there. You pay big bucks for a new vehicle and they should have that done with a day or two of the purchase. The Simonic is supposed to protect the outside from stuff messing with the paint, what happens if something gets on it before they have it brought in in a couple of weeks. Tell you your out of luck even though you paid to get it done. I did get them to agree to install the cover tomorrow 3/27 we will see what kind of job they do on this. I am disappointed that the things can't be done in a more timely manner than 2 or 3 weeks. A person should have all the things done first and then buy the vechile and it would get done very quick so they can get paid.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

Jack Buford Chevrolet in Richmond Ky. had such excellent deals we were able to purchase a brand new 2023 Equinox for less of a price we would have paid for a gently used one. Not only was their prices right their customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Garrett was by far one of the most kind, honest, hardworking sales people we have ever encountered. Jack Buford gets all the stars and the highest ratings from our family.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

These people are utterly disgusting. They will screw you over I bought a vehicle from them. The extended warranty was to be included in the vehicle price. They snuck it in and lied at the last minute, and when I called them about it, they laughed me out. the door told me they’d be glad to remove the warranty for the car. I bought from my 18-year-old child. I’m already a widow. He is my only kid there is no husband there is no father. These people knew that, and they took such advantage of me, and then laughed about it so if you were specially if you were under privileged like I am and in a situation where you are alone, they will take 100% advantage of you and they do not care about you and they will laugh at you. These are horrible. Disgusting people please save yourself and do not walk onto their lot and if you do just tell them you read my review .

Contacted this dealership about a uses Chevy traverse and made arrangements with Wes Adwell to meet on a Thursday during Christmas week to hopefully buy this car. I had to hire a ride to get there because my vehicle had been in a wreck and was a total loss. When I arrived at the agreed time it took about 15 minutes to find Wes and when he finally arrived he told me the Traverse was in the shop & then it was being driven and not on the lot!! He then tells me I should have called and made an appointment?! HUH???? When I told him that I DID call ( I have the texts to prove it) he lied right to my face and said he didn’t remember any such call. I guess he has an evil twin!!! I just couldn’t believe what just happened so I quickly left. This all happened from late November through December so…just out of curiosity I called the dealership in mid January and guess who answered the phone??? Yep Wes Adwell himself and when I identified myself he went on full defensive mode He denied everything he originally told me ( it would take forever to list all of them) I might have purchased that vehicle and was prepared to negotiate but for the fact that this salesperson is a menace to the dealership he works for
