I had an ongoing problem with my coolant and had to return several times to get it fixed. One Saturday, I showed up without an appointment and met the Service Manager, Ryan Dery, for the first time. I explained my situation, and he suggested that I leave my vehicle at the dealership and provided me with a loaner car right away.
Ryan actually ended up helping me twice, because the problem returned just a couple of days after I first picked it up. He got to the bottom of the issue and made sure it was finally fixed. He took great care of me, was very professional, easy to work with, followed up promptly, and clearly explained everything that had happened.
I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, and I’m truly grateful that he resolved the recurring issue with my car.
