I was on the cape for my son’s golf tournament, and noticed that the “check engine” light went on. I called Copeland Subaru that morning. Cole directed me to come in and have the Forester tested. The test revealed a problem with a sensor that should be fixed, and was under a Subaru extended warranty for the work. They let me use a loaner car to take back to the golf course, and fixed the car that afternoon. I was so grateful that I was able to drive back home later that day with the part fixed. Overall great service and an excellent experience.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!
