Sales man Emmanuel and Moe is always great with helping me.I brought my car in for full service oil change and tire rotation and also, right front sensor replacement, so far...so good..I hope my tires are being honestly rotated,I had bad experience from you guys in the past with tires not being rotated and paid service for it... so other wise so far all is good... I just will remind myself always mark my tires from here on out...

I love good customer service and feel it is worth the drive. I have a great relationship with Jason and I trust him. That means everything to a person like me. Because of Jason I have help someone buy a used car at Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights and a few days a go I leased a new car. There are a lot of dealerships I drove past just to work with someone I trust. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Compass in April. I brought my vehicle to this dealership on Tuesday August 12th for it's first maintenance (Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc.). The service representative Markel Powell was very accommodating and professional. He escorted me to the customer waiting area where I sat down/relaxed, had a cup of coffee, and watched a little TV! Mr. Powell returned later (not very long), to inform me that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready. To my surprise, Mr. Powell had my vehicle washed too!

I purchased the cat from her. After 1 1\2 years I needed service. As the appointment neared I had an unexpected health issued and was going to cancel. Mickaela picked my car and delivered it to my home. That’s after purchase service. The service department is very good and makes sure you are satisfied.
