We were having car problem on our way to Ludington to take ferry to Wisconsin on our way to Minnesota. We contacted Plymouth Victory Honda and they told us to bring car to dealership. They were very friendly and helpful. Everyone that we spoke with was sympathetic to our situation and helped us to cope with frustrating time. The service rep discussed different options to get on road and gave us confidence that we could continue with our vacation and then have car maintained more thoroughly at our normal dealership.
