Ak made the process so easy, and he was super down to earth. Being a single woman made me very nervous to look at cars, because I've heard how the process is and how pushy salespeople can be. AK was the total opposite. He brought the car I was interested in to my job so I can do a test run, answered my million questions and repeated himself when I asked the same thing over and over again. He was able to match another price I got for the financing, with the color and style I wanted. Luke was also wonderfully blunt and patient with my questions. Everything was clear, easy, and I never felt pressured by the process. They even delivered my car to my house!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! we purchased a new vehicle from this entity. unable to reschedule the appointment for underbody rustproofing in which we paid for, due to a funeral. When calling to reschedule Lori the receptionist hung up on us multiple times. The telephone staff is extremely rude and offensive.

Absolutely terrible service and rock-bottom poor communication. We have acquired 5 cars from this dealer in the last 6 years. No more. Tyler in the service department is the root cause of all the problems we encountered. He is a one-man, walking customer satisfaction killer. Hyundai sold us a car that experienced engine failure after only four months. The mechanical failure was a connecting rod bearing; a known problem with Hyundai engines about which there have been successful class-action lawsuits against Hyundai. Tyler lied about the warranty and falsely told us it will expire upon completion of this repair. Tyler promised us a low-mileage replacement engine, but it took days to get to the bottom of Tyler's lies about warranty coverage. By the time we solved the problems Tyler's lies caused, the low-mileage engine was no longer available. Now we're stuck with a high-mileage replacement engine. If not for Tyler and his lies, this would have been a simple matter, and we would have been satisfied. Instead, Tyler has robbed this dealer of our business. It's all about choices, Inver Grove Hyundai. Choose Tyler or choose customers. Pick one. There have been years of complaints about Tyler. The fact that he's still there tells me that management wishes to lose customers. I recommend you avoid this dealer. There are lots and lots of car dealers. No one needs a Tyler in their life.

I brought in my 2009 Sonata limited to have recalls done. While the recalls were being done my wife and I tried out couple new vehicles. Ended up trading the Sonata in on a 2018 Santa Fe Sports.
