I was exhausted after spending weeks researching vehicles, and then shopping for one. I had an idea of what I wanted, a price point, certain features, etc. all written up on an index card with my name & email, fully expecting to not find what I wanted right away. However, as soon as I saw it, I knew it was for me. But, I had tons of reservations, after all, my Cadillac was 30 yrs old. I'd heard horror stories about used cars and their sales force, the fear was so great is caused me to lose sleep and have me anxiety. Buying new was not an option at this time. Not only did my salesman, Justin make me feel at home, but he wasn't cocky or arrogant like others I had encountered at other places. I felt no pressure to buy at all. I brought my husband in to look at what I picked out and to get his blessing. He and Justin discussed the vehicle mumble jumble that I could care less about, then off for a test drive and to sign papers. The finance officer was equally as easy to work with, no pressure and I didn't feel any judgement from him when we opted to not get an extended warranty. My husband was so impressed, he stated he was going to Miller when he gets ready for a new truck. (I nearly fell over).

My husband and I recently tried to lease a new vehicle at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford. Due to a slight credit issue, it was not possible. These people worked their butt off to get us into a vehicle, and at the end of the day, we drove away in a 2016 Ford Focus that had only been driven a few thousand miles. It was a purchase rather than lease, was nearly brand new (heck, it still smelled new), was maxed out with all the best options, and was less expensive than the new lease option. We also got a pretty awesome interest rate to boot! Throughout the process, from the moment we entered the building, until the time we drove away in our almost new car, each and every person there was super pleasant, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. They kept telling us to be patient, and don't give up, that they would be able to help us. I will highly recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to people from now on. This dealership is awesome!

Well worth a 2 hour drive each way to go to Owatonna Chrysler. I have been looking for a dealer in our area for over a year. I am a loyal customer. I always leave with a smile on my face. Would not think of going to another dealer in the Iowa, South Dakota, or Minnesota area. The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have found.

Never rushed, give me options and take the time to show me how to use and operate all those new high tech gadgets. I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. The car was brand new but had some hail damage, so the price was significantly discounted. Jim Adler is a fantastic salesman; he is a congenial, no pressure salesman that obviously enjoys his work. He was very honest about the hail damage, which was really not that bad. (He had to actually point some of the spots out to me). Jim gave me a great deal (thousands off the sticker price) and good suggestions for inexpensive ways to get the dents fixed if I wanted to. He washed the car, filled the tank, and offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Jim also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, which sealed the deal. Can't say enough about this dealer. Thank you Jim Adler!

I went to view a F-150. I have a mechanical background and wanted to inspect the vehicle myself. I thanked them for the report they provided me but asked that I inspect the ballpoints with the mechanics. At this request I continually received pushback from the sales rep. After persisting that I would not buy a vehicle without inspecting it, they accommodated my request. Through the inspection the sales rep continually questioned my need to inspect the vehicle. Their report in the battery was that it was in good condition but did not hold a charge. This clearly indicates the need of a battery needing to be replaced but they would not do this. The vehicle was in good condition besides the battery and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was going to put down $6k on the vehicle, have all the finances arranged before leaving and come pick up the vehicle a few days later with a friend. Financing was approved and I thought I had bought a truck. This dealership however informed me that unless I picked up the vehicle the next day they would sell it to the next interested customer even though I would have money down on the vehicle and had an agreed upon purchase agreement. The problem with this is, to get the $6 I was going to sell my current vehicle that night to an arranged buyer. If they sold the vehicle from underneath me, I would be left without a vehicle. After much arguing back and forth I ended up standing up and walking out. Their comment was, "you have to work with us". Nowhere in this exchange did I feel the company was working with me. Very disappointed the dealership was not willing to accommodate my purchase agreement and plans to pick up the vehicle. Customer service was not customer focused. Their vehicle inspection passed obvious deficiencies as acceptable.

Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete

When I purchased my 2013 Focus everything was fantastic! We were totally satisfied with the buying process. However, I would no longer deal with Inver Grove Ford. First, when I was shopping for an 2016 Explorer, they tried playing pricing games- the salesperson even straight up lied to me! I got a great deal on the truck I wanted at Superior Ford. Then we were having trouble with the Focus power windows not working intermittently. Since the car was still under warranty, they couldn't find anything wrong. One month after warranty expires the windows won't work at all. Service department told me "Too Bad", we won't honor it as a warranty claim. This is why I just purchased a 2017 Honda😡

I looked into buying a 3 year old pickup. They wouldn't budge on their price. I agreed to pay it. I needed it shipped, they wouldn't chip in on that either. I was going to put new tires on. Nope no deal their either. I told them I would seal the deal if they would just throw something in....and make me feel like I'm getting a deal! Nope, no call back. In my opinion Jeff the sales manager would be packing his bags. You shouldn't be passing up $44000. I think Jeff may be a bit arrogant. But thanks anyway, now I'm the proud owner of a 2017 Ford Lariat F350 6.7L crew cab with zero miles. Hope they can sell that used one to someone else.
