We recently purchased a gorgeous used 2011 Buick Regal from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln in mid-April, 2016. We came to the dealership on Saturday, April 16, looking for a few cars we found on the Morrie's Internet site, and immediately Brandon Madden came out to greet us. He was very friendly and quickly started asking us questions as to what we were looking for. He was able to point us to some vehicles on the lot, and let us test drive a few which we liked, but we decided to think about it over the weekend, since a couple cars we had seen on the Internet were no longer available. Brandon called us Monday to see if we had any questions or wanted more information on other cars we might have seen on the internet, which we thought was very nice, and we told him we would be coming back on Tuesday. He did not pressure us at all, but we could see that he just really cared about our interests and truly wanted to help us to find the RIGHT vehicle for our needs. We searched Morries website again, came back on Tuesday and told Brandon about a Buick Regal we saw on the Internet, however it was at another Morrie's Dealership a few miles away. No problem for Brandon! He went right over to pick up the car and had it back on the lot within 15 minutes and went on a test drive with us. During the test drive, he was pointing out many things that were great features about the car, that we didn't even see at firsr, and by the time we arrived back on the lot - we knew that our search was over! We loved the car and wanted to take it home!
Brandon had only been at the dealership a few weeks, but it was easy to see that he will be a tremendous asset to Morries for many years to come!! Though he is young, he is wise beyond his years with TONS of knowledge about all kinds of cars! He had worked at another car dealership before coming to Morries, and because of that experience, he used that to our advantage because he was able to point out positive and negative things on a number of vehicles we were thinking about which really helped us narrow the field of options we were zoning in on. Many car salesmen would not do that, but we appreciated Brandon's honesty, integrity, his non-pressuresome demeanor, and caring nature so much in finding the right vehicle to suit our needs at this time. He was just FANTASTIC, and so helpful for us, and we would recommend him to everyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman who truly cares about his customer! When we came back to the dealership to pick up our plates a few weeks later, Brandon saw us coming up to the door, and quickly got the plates from the receptionist and put them on our car for us! Was in Winona last Saturday running errands. Stopped by Sugar Loaf Ford Lincoln for some wiper blades do to all the snow slop and trucks on the roads. I had them change the oil as long as I was in town being they have a special.
I took a moment to look at the new 2015 models while I was waiting.
Well the short version of my story is, with the current new car lease specials on the new Lincoln MKS AWD's. And the high demand for the low mileage used MKS AWD's I went home with a new 2015 model. I lowered my current payment and back into 4 years and 48,000 miles of full warranty!

The sales staff are excellent! I found the service department caters more to their employees than to customers, however. They seem to schedule all of their service technician's lunch hour at the same time so they close down from noon to 1 on Saturdays. Often times Saturdays are when the normal working adult has time to run errands and get oil changed. This dealer closes down at noon and seems to change their hours to whatever is convenient for their staff. I would suggest a rotating lunch schedule so work can continue throughout the day and not create inconveniences for customers.

I am someone that never takes the time to write reviews, typically because I forget to, but I had such an amazing experience with Bloomington Lincoln Ford it would be hard to forget to leave a review. Nate Bash was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car.
This was my first time buying a car on my own, so I was very nervous that I would be taken advantage of or rushed to make a decision. Nate gave me a pressure free experience and explained the pro's and con's of the different cars I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and honest which I really liked about him.
I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion which I couldn't be more happy with. When I purchased the car, I saw it in the dark, and did not see a couple of the minor scratches and dings on it. Bloomington Lincoln Ford took responsibility for it and had them repaired.
I recommend Bloomington Lincoln Ford & Nate Bash to anyone looking for a new car.

My family has been buying vehicles from Krenzen since the '70s and I have been a customer myself for the last 5 years. I have shopped around myself and always felt hassled or pressured into buying and then pushed into something I didn't want at other dealerships. At Krenzen they let me test drive the vehicles to get a real feel for them and know that it's exactly what I want. They have a HUGE selection of all makes, models, and trim packages, but best of all... They're not worried about their commission because it's not commission based!! I will follow in the family footsteps and encourage you to try them out on your next vehicle purchase. You won't be disappointed.
Poor customer service and not telling charge for diagnostic. - susan stewart
My 88 year old mother brought her Mercury to White Bear Lincoln Mercury to have the oil changed on her car yesterday. She has been a customer there for 20 years and bought her Mercury and a Lincoln from them. When she saw her car parked where they put the cars when they are done, she went to get her paperwork from Ryan so she could pay for it and leave as she was in a hurry to get somewhere. Ryan came out and told her that her transmissions was wet and asked her if she had a cement driveway to see it leaving a puddle. She told him no she did not have a cement driveway, then Ryan proceeded to tell her it was spraying transmission fluid out all over when she was driving the car. (The car is parked in our garage on cement and has never left a drop of anything underneath it). So after getting her all upset, he tells her they need to diagnose what is wrong with her car, failing to tell her this is going to cost her extra. She told him that she did not want to do anything without talking to her son-in-law first. Ryan went ahead and diagnosed her car so he could tell her son-in-law what it needed. She asked for her car (which now magically was no longer parked in the "done" area), Ryan told her that it would cost $609 to fix her transmission leak. She said I am not going to do anything without talking to my son-in-law. Ryan wouldn't giver her the car, he told her he was giving her a rental car and just sign here for the rental agreement. She didn't understand why he was giving her a rental car but she was in a hurry. (They gave an 88 year old woman a $60,000 Lincoln that they had to explain to her how to operate because of all of the buttons!) Needless to say, I was outraged. So today, I drove the rental back and asked to speak to a manager. She wasn't in today but the service man asked how he could help. I explained the situation and told him we are not paying for this rental car and we just want to pay for the oil change and get her car back. He was beyond helpful! He gave me the managers name and he discounted the oil change for the inconvenience and he even washed the car when he brought it up for us. Just as we were paying for this, Ryan called the office and said there were more charges. He came up and said she owed $106 for the diagnostic. I told him that he did not explain to her that there would be a fee and she was not going to pay for that. Ryan said he couldn't do anything that I would have to talk to a manager. After waiting another 10 minutes for him to show up, he comes up with reducing the fee to half for the diagnostic plus the oil change. I told him no. We are paying for the oil change only. The manager told me fine, they are going to keep the car and auction it off (I already had the keys that the first guy had handed me). Just then a code enforcement officer walked in and the manager said we already have the police here to deal with this. I said good and was about to talk to the officer and she said, I am not up here for this. So I turned around again and told the manager I am only paying for the oil change. He said he wasn't going to do anything else and walked away. Ryan then started in about the diagnostic fee and I told him again, I am not paying for that. Then the manager walked back in again (I'm assuming that he realized I had the keys) and said just charge her the retail price for the oil change and be done with this. After I waited another 10 minutes for that bill to show up, they left $40 on there for diagnostic plus the oil change. I was like are you kidding me?! The cashier went and had the bill corrected. The first service guy and the cashier were fabulous to deal with. Ryan and the short little dark haired man wearing glasses should be fired. They just threw away a 20 year customer. I have never witnessed anything so unethical in my life. If you are a senior citizen or not mechanical, do not bring your vehicle for repair here. They will lie to you, scare you and rip you off if you let them.

Deml Ford is a great dealership with very knowledgeable sales reps. Both Mike and Brad are very professional and thoughtful and do not try to push sales. I live in the Twin Cities where there are tons of other Ford dealers (one just less than a mile away) but I would drive the extra distance because I know that no other dealer will be as honest and have as much integrity as this dealership.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mill's Ford in Willmar MN. This was the first dealership I went to and it was great from the start. I worked with Adam Hess and he was so great and down to earth. He was not pushy at all which was so nice. We told him what we were looking for and he showed up options and the first car he showed us is what I bought. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, gave us options that worked for us with financing and had my car with a trade in value a hour later. I could not have been happier with the customer service. I would recommend going in to just meet Adam Hess and see all that Mills has to offer to people.

This is an outstanding dealership. In the past three years we have purchased a Lincoln MKS and a F150 Lariet from Mills in Baxter, MN. The sales person with whom we dealt was Rene Campbell. She is the best of the best. She was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I while we looked over the excellent inventory and made our selection. We travel 100 miles one way to purchase our Ford vehicles from Rene and drive right past three other Ford dealerships on the way...That's how much we like dealing with Rene Campbell and Mills Ford.
