We were looking for a specific car!! - Diane Swanson
We checked out the internet first and saw that Miller Auto Plaza had 4 or 5 of the car we were looking for. So we stopped in and lucky for us Justin took care of us. We told him what we wanted (a '15 or '16 Buick LaCrosse). He immediately found the cars that fit the bill and easily explained the differences each car provided. We felt very comfortable with Justin; he's very personable. We decided on which car we wanted. He assured us that it would be cleaned up and ready for us the next day and, it was!! We are very happy with the car, planning to drive it to AZ next week for the winter months. Thanks, Justin, for making this car buying a very satisfying experience!!

Like a spa treatment for my car. Oil changed, checked over, cleaned up and sent home renewed for another 5000 miles. All very pleasant and relaxing.

Buying used car - Pyro1
Sales person Sarah Niemela, Very helpful and courteous. No high pressure sales pushing. Steve Bradach a little pressure to sell add on Warrenty. But all in all very happy with service so far.
First Class service - Kevin
Scott is a no pressure, respectful and appreciative salesman. I spent nearly six hours at the dealer and Scott was upbeat and helpful all the way to the end. If a particular Ford catches my eye again, There's no doubt I will seek out Scott Warner.
Exceptional customer service! - Jcrotto
Always take our car here for care and when it was time to get a 2nd vehicle we went to many places and found ourselves back here where we should have started. Nick Bohanon was there from the beginning to the end and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly and personable. Without a doubt we will continue to do business here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car or auto care.
I have found my dealer - MOPAR driver
Well worth a 2 hour drive each way to go to Owatonna Chrysler. I have been looking for a dealer in our area for over a year. I am a loyal customer. I always leave with a smile on my face. Would not think of going to another dealer in the Iowa, South Dakota, or Minnesota area. The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have found.
Awesome experience again... - lee
Was in Winona last Saturday running errands. Stopped by Sugar Loaf Ford Lincoln for some wiper blades do to all the snow slop and trucks on the roads. I had them change the oil as long as I was in town being they have a special.
I took a moment to look at the new 2015 models while I was waiting.
Well the short version of my story is, with the current new car lease specials on the new Lincoln MKS AWD's. And the high demand for the low mileage used MKS AWD's I went home with a new 2015 model. I lowered my current payment and back into 4 years and 48,000 miles of full warranty!
Very Happy - msprco
Great experience! I enjoyed working with Jason. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and will refer people to Adamson's.
Beware shady practices - Kai
First impressions are everything, and upon walking into this dealership the
employees rush to ensure you are being treated well. Don't let this fool you,
they are hiding what I feel are some pretty shady practices. My sale went
great and everything went smoothly but upon returning months later I realized
they are not the people I thought they were. I had Ford tow my vehicle to the
dealership (using Ford's tow coverage) to find a cylinder had lost all
compression. The dealership notified me that they wanted 600 dollars before
even looking at it. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle with less than
10k miles and the engine has failed. After I denied the verbal contract and
requested my vehicle be returned to me, the general manager told me he can't
do anything to help me and that I should come pick up the unsafe vehicle and
drive it home at my own risk. I've never met a manager who wanted to put their
customers safety on the line. There are many ways he could have worked with me
to make things right but it sounded like he didn't want to take any effort at
all to keep a customer.
There were multiple shady-sounding clauses in the paperwork they had me sign,
and I feel the general manager may have added these himself in hopes I never
come back. They wanted no part in helping their customer who had recently
bought a brand new vehicle from them, and the fact that they personally
appended some shady clauses hidden in the middle of standard paperwork
verbiage in the hopes the customer doesn't see it is a good representation of
how far a dealership will go once they have your money. Throughout the
process, I felt that multiple employees were downright rude and the general
manager wanted no part in keeping a brand new customer.
I love my car! - Cassy
Despite a few bumps in the road, I am truly satisfied with my purchase from Bloomington Lincoln. If I were to purchase there again, I would choose a different salesperson.
Waste of time - iFox8
I went to the dealership three times, at there request, with check in hand to purchase a new vehicle. However the prices are high and Krenzen expects MSRP for there vehicles. They use many tactics to justify the higher cost, when the same vehicle can be purchased for less at other locations such as Ashland's Honda Dealer. Personally I just felt that they didn't want to sell me a car. Guess I'm not the Honda type.
I explored all the surrounding dealerships for GM, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, and Subaru. Every location attempted to earn my sale, and were motivated to sale to me. For the same Honda vehicle I wanted I was able to find multiple better prices for it in the surrounding area. Nice dealership but a waste of time unless you don't mind paying more for the same vehicle.
Worst service ever - kl
Brought in a car that I had purchased there to take care of 3 recalls and a check engine light. Had a Monday morning appointment and expected it that day or at worst on Tuesday. Called the service manager on Friday, and she promised it would be done that day. On the following Tuesday, called and was told they had only completed one of the recalls, nothing else. I have never experienced such poor service. I wouldn't go back here on a bet.
Ripped off - Mankato Ford ripped me off
We purchased a used vehicle that they stated was in "excellent condition" (3) days later the transmission went out. I contacted them they refused help
Worst place to deal with. - Trevor98
I bought a used 2005 bonneville from them 6 months ago the salesman was happy to show off everything they fixed and said I wouldn't have any problems with the vehicle. I took his word on it which was a big mistake. Had the first prolem the same week I bought the car and over 6 months I've had to put $2000-$2500 into the car just keeping it running not even including basic maintenance! The car is a major money pit and I owe way more than it's worth. Every time something gets fixed my mechanic tells me the problem has been there since before I bought the vehicle and should have been seen on any dealerships inspection. Now it is sitting in my driveway because it would cost $800 dollars to fix what's wrong with it this time. I went to talk to the owner of rc bliss. I tried being nice about it and I was in no way asking for money or free service I was just trying to tell him my situation and he got very pissed very quick and kept repeating he didn't build the car and that I needed to grown up and learn how the real world works. He was very rude and u couldn't believe how he could treat a customer but he made sure the car was not his problem because I was stupid enough to take the money pit off his hands. The cars are over priced junk the owner is a complete tool and I will never buy another vehicle here again!
Deml Ford is a great dealership with very knowledgeable... - bclpe
Deml Ford is a great dealership with very knowledgeable sales reps. Both Mike and Brad are very professional and thoughtful and do not try to push sales. I live in the Twin Cities where there are tons of other Ford dealers (one just less than a mile away) but I would drive the extra distance because I know that no other dealer will be as honest and have as much integrity as this dealership.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mill's Ford in Willmar MN. This was the first dealership I went to and it was great from the start. I worked with Adam Hess and he was so great and down to earth. He was not pushy at all which was so nice. We told him what we were looking for and he showed up options and the first car he showed us is what I bought. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, gave us options that worked for us with financing and had my car with a trade in value a hour later. I could not have been happier with the customer service. I would recommend going in to just meet Adam Hess and see all that Mills has to offer to people.
This is an outstanding dealership. In the past three... - jschullo
This is an outstanding dealership. In the past three years we have purchased a Lincoln MKS and a F150 Lariet from Mills in Baxter, MN. The sales person with whom we dealt was Rene Campbell. She is the best of the best. She was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I while we looked over the excellent inventory and made our selection. We travel 100 miles one way to purchase our Ford vehicles from Rene and drive right past three other Ford dealerships on the way...That's how much we like dealing with Rene Campbell and Mills Ford.
