This was my second lease through Matt and it was another wonderful experience. I knew I had to go back there to get my next vehicle- I was taken care for the past 3 years- Matt was very involved even if I wanted my car serviced or detailed. Service dept was nothing short of wonderful- went in early on a Saturday and the service advisor came out and fixed my door handle himself since a tech was not there just yet. Detail shop does a great job on making your vehicle look brand new again. So round two on searching for a new vehicle was Very easy, painless and the whole crew at Syversons is word class. Every employee makes you feel very welcomed there. Shaking your hand and congratulating you on your purchase. From the minute I decided what I wanted and they did not have it in stock that same night Matt and George were searching other dealers from their own home to find the exact color, interior and car I wanted. Which they found one the very next morning on a Friday. I figured to have it shipped up to Albert Lea, I would have to wait a week- which I was ok with. They had my new car up there by Monday morning, detailed and ready to go for me. I went through the paperwork- which was very short and painless (Darren does a very good job) and next thing you know I'm off in my new car by Monday afternoon. I am now a very loyal customer to Dave Syversons and I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

Well worth a 2 hour drive each way to go to Owatonna Chrysler. I have been looking for a dealer in our area for over a year. I am a loyal customer. I always leave with a smile on my face. Would not think of going to another dealer in the Iowa, South Dakota, or Minnesota area. The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have found.

Never rushed, give me options and take the time to show me how to use and operate all those new high tech gadgets. We live in western New York, and discovered a used Ford Escape on Car Gurus.com We called the White Bear Lincoln Dealership in St. Paul, Minnesota, made a deal over the phone, and flew to Minneapolis/St. Paul to pick it up. Tom Taube arranged to have us picked up at the airport for no extra charge. When we saw the car, it was exactly as represented, and we love it! Rich Fuller, the salesman, patiently explained the many special features on the Titanium model, and then he drove off to fill the gas tank for us. We have never bought a car, and driven away with a free tank of gas! The staff at this dealership are superb! Buying this car involved driving home through 7 states, and it was a great experience. We definitely recommend checking out the cars at White Bear Lincoln. Wish this dealership was closer to us.

Beware shady practices - Kai
First impressions are everything, and upon walking into this dealership the
employees rush to ensure you are being treated well. Don't let this fool you,
they are hiding what I feel are some pretty shady practices. My sale went
great and everything went smoothly but upon returning months later I realized
they are not the people I thought they were. I had Ford tow my vehicle to the
dealership (using Ford's tow coverage) to find a cylinder had lost all
compression. The dealership notified me that they wanted 600 dollars before
even looking at it. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle with less than
10k miles and the engine has failed. After I denied the verbal contract and
requested my vehicle be returned to me, the general manager told me he can't
do anything to help me and that I should come pick up the unsafe vehicle and
drive it home at my own risk. I've never met a manager who wanted to put their
customers safety on the line. There are many ways he could have worked with me
to make things right but it sounded like he didn't want to take any effort at
all to keep a customer.
There were multiple shady-sounding clauses in the paperwork they had me sign,
and I feel the general manager may have added these himself in hopes I never
come back. They wanted no part in helping their customer who had recently
bought a brand new vehicle from them, and the fact that they personally
appended some shady clauses hidden in the middle of standard paperwork
verbiage in the hopes the customer doesn't see it is a good representation of
how far a dealership will go once they have your money. Throughout the
process, I felt that multiple employees were downright rude and the general
manager wanted no part in keeping a brand new customer.
Waste of time - iFox8
I went to the dealership three times, at there request, with check in hand to purchase a new vehicle. However the prices are high and Krenzen expects MSRP for there vehicles. They use many tactics to justify the higher cost, when the same vehicle can be purchased for less at other locations such as Ashland's Honda Dealer. Personally I just felt that they didn't want to sell me a car. Guess I'm not the Honda type.
I explored all the surrounding dealerships for GM, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, and Subaru. Every location attempted to earn my sale, and were motivated to sale to me. For the same Honda vehicle I wanted I was able to find multiple better prices for it in the surrounding area. Nice dealership but a waste of time unless you don't mind paying more for the same vehicle.

Poor service, Will not work with customers. - Frustrated
I went to view a F-150. I have a mechanical background and wanted to inspect the vehicle myself. I thanked them for the report they provided me but asked that I inspect the ballpoints with the mechanics. At this request I continually received pushback from the sales rep. After persisting that I would not buy a vehicle without inspecting it, they accommodated my request. Through the inspection the sales rep continually questioned my need to inspect the vehicle. Their report in the battery was that it was in good condition but did not hold a charge. This clearly indicates the need of a battery needing to be replaced but they would not do this. The vehicle was in good condition besides the battery and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was going to put down $6k on the vehicle, have all the finances arranged before leaving and come pick up the vehicle a few days later with a friend. Financing was approved and I thought I had bought a truck. This dealership however informed me that unless I picked up the vehicle the next day they would sell it to the next interested customer even though I would have money down on the vehicle and had an agreed upon purchase agreement. The problem with this is, to get the $6 I was going to sell my current vehicle that night to an arranged buyer. If they sold the vehicle from underneath me, I would be left without a vehicle. After much arguing back and forth I ended up standing up and walking out. Their comment was, "you have to work with us". Nowhere in this exchange did I feel the company was working with me. Very disappointed the dealership was not willing to accommodate my purchase agreement and plans to pick up the vehicle. Customer service was not customer focused. Their vehicle inspection passed obvious deficiencies as acceptable.

I went in the dealership I was in there for about 5 five minutes until finally someone asked if I had been helped. Chris Anderson was my sales representative. I went to look at a 07 chevy tahoe I test drove it it drove great.I decided to buy it from them.the same night I bought it from them I filled the fuel tank a day later the vehicle was leaking gas very bad took it to a chevy dealer and turns out the gas tank and fuel pump was leaking fuel I called my sales representative to explain him the situation he said well it wasn't leaking in our parking lot. I told him if they could repair it at no cost since I bought it from them and his answer was yeah but we are not going to cover any repairs or parts basically I have to pay everything out off pocket. I will definitely not buy any more cars from them

I bought a used 2005 bonneville from them 6 months ago the salesman was happy to show off everything they fixed and said I wouldn't have any problems with the vehicle. I took his word on it which was a big mistake. Had the first prolem the same week I bought the car and over 6 months I've had to put $2000-$2500 into the car just keeping it running not even including basic maintenance! The car is a major money pit and I owe way more than it's worth. Every time something gets fixed my mechanic tells me the problem has been there since before I bought the vehicle and should have been seen on any dealerships inspection. Now it is sitting in my driveway because it would cost $800 dollars to fix what's wrong with it this time. I went to talk to the owner of rc bliss. I tried being nice about it and I was in no way asking for money or free service I was just trying to tell him my situation and he got very pissed very quick and kept repeating he didn't build the car and that I needed to grown up and learn how the real world works. He was very rude and u couldn't believe how he could treat a customer but he made sure the car was not his problem because I was stupid enough to take the money pit off his hands. The cars are over priced junk the owner is a complete tool and I will never buy another vehicle here again!
