We had a sudden, major issue with our 2016 Volvo X90, this week, and Torie, in service, was extraordinary. She got someone to look at and repair our car,immediately and knowing that my day was filled with appointments, etc. found a loaner for me right on the spot. It was a refreshing change and wonderful experience to have a woman take charge and talk me through the process. It was expensive but in Torie’s able hands, I knew all would be well and it was…that day!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found a nail in each rear tire. One had to be replaced for sure, the other could be patched. We decided to replace both tires anyway. They acquired the tires from elsewhere and had it finished before 2 pm! I had an appointment for 7 am. Thank you so much Weber!

I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, Multi-point inspection. Bill Holiday went over what was due on my vehicle and was very informative. I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes got my vehicle back Washed and Vacuumed!! This was awesome. The waiting room was very nice, great snacks and coffee. While there I got to talk to the service manager Jeff Confer. Very classy guy and very experienced. We chatted and got to know his extensive back ground with Nissan. Very impressed with the high caliber people they employ! Thank you Jeff and Team for a great Experience!

Been have issues with my Jeep Cherokee since I moved out here from Calif. I tired other fix it shops, but either came back with the same problem or new problem. I finally brought it to TriLakes motor. There I met Hunter the service rep. He has gone more than the extra mile each time I have had to have something fixed. Up front from the beginning about cost and how long it will take to fix it. I do not the mechanics name, but Hunter made sure I had the same person working on my jeep. I cannot say enough about him either. He too made sure that I was aware of what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. I can't thank them enough.

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.
