We purchased a new car from them last February and recently went there for an oil change. The service experience was great. The advisor, Colin, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer lounge has ample seating and they offer complimentary coffee/water. They also gave a car wash coupon to a nice facility. it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

About 5 years ago I purchased a 2017 TLX from Frank Leta. I was so impressed by the customer service Nick a salesman at the time that when i was in for my routine oil change he informed me of the great deals. Two hours later i was driving off in a Brand new RDX No haggling - no stress!!! Nick did a great job taking care of me and making the car buying process a pleasant experience yet again. He has since been promoted and i can say it was very well deserved. I even got my best friend of 25 years to try Frank Leta and he was so impressed he bought a car. I am supper happy to be a part of the Frank Leta owner family again and will continue to buy as long as Nick is there. The service department rocks as well all service reps are nothing but nice take Aaron he is definitely on top of things and is up front with my service. Frank Leta is one of the best dealerships in the USA and they hire very smart people in my opinion because they hired Nick and moved him up the corporate ladder.

What a saving grace the whole team is at Glendale! I had a last minute road trip and a rear wiper that would not work, I needed it fixed faster than a reasonable request. They made it happen!!!! Jeremy from Sales and DeeDee from service fixed it within 30 minutes!!!! I cannot thank them enough. Going on a long road trip without a working rear wiper was a scary thought, but it is fixed and I am forever great full. BRAVO team Glendale, you all are the best!!!! Big thanks again to Jeremy and DeeDee for my road trip being stress free.
