Amazing! They saved me from a whole bunch of problems down the road. I bought a car from carmax and they did a multipoint inspection and indeed find something wrong with the car that carmax missed. Everyone was super sweet and super helpful. Didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off lol cheers!

I have an eight year old Forester, which recently developed a few mechanical problems and I was concerned over the cost of repair.. All of my service has been done with the dealership. I must say the Service Drive Manager’s personal concern for me as a loyal customer was exceptional. He assisted me personally; and, when I had questions, he took the time to stop and speak with the techs. He also researched and discovered items covered on warranty from Subaru. Since I had just reached 80,000 miles, discounts were applied and I was, needless to say, delighted. Thank you, Yasir.

Edit 09/19/2024 I spoke with the General Manager Larry he definitely made everything right and honored the coupon that I brought in that day. Well I took my Chevy bolt to fairway Chevrolet never going there before. I always use Team Chevrolet but every time I call Team Chevrolet they give me the same old story that they only have one mechanic that does electric cars and hybrids and he's backed up a lot. But I got to give him credit because last time I went there I was in and out in one day so that was a big help but this time they said they were very busy. So I thought I'd give fairway Chevrolet a try. I called their service department and spoke to a gentleman called Jason seemed very nice told me to bring the car in and then take a look at it. So I brought the car in they took a look at it within 2 hours I had an answer back actually I think it was less than that because they were driving me home when I got the answer back. Anyway he told me what the problem was and that I would have to wait one day for the part to come in. Even though it's the only car we own in our family I told him yes I'll leave the car there. He called me the next day in the afternoon and told me the car was fixed and working perfectly. Also I forgot to mention that they gave me a complimentary ride from fairway to my home and again from my home back to fairway to pick up my car. that was very kind of them since I live about 20 miles from them. That's what I call service that's a company that's going to be getting my business. Nothing but stars for them five of them. Jason I'll have to tell you was a very excellent service representative and the mechanic I wish I knew his name hats off to you too for fixing my Bolt I'm back on the road and I'm back in business.

**updated 8/22/2024 As of today the issues with our truck have been resolved. Mr. Russell the owner of Corwin got involved. I was very impressed with his handling our problem. I’m in my 70s and have never met a car dealership that went out of THEIR way to keep a customer. Also Mr shell the service manager was very helpful. Both Mr shell and Mr Russell always answered e mails and phone calls in a timely matter. We purchased our 2017 Ford F350 truck in Feb 2024. We really like the truck and we got a good deal on it. However, it was Blue Star Certified and we were told it had a complete inspection prior to purchasing. When we took it in for its 3 month oil change they had difficulty removing the oil plug. We took it to our local Ford dealership who discovered $8000 worth of transmission, oil issues, front end wobble and other issues. Now this was within the 90 days but we were over the mileage by 1000 miles. They refused to acknowledge anything or assist us in fixing the issue. They would not return phone calls. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and customer service. So much for Blue Star service. No way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens. Will never shop there again
