My daughter and I both purchased vehicles here, and we came back because of the outstanding experience we had buying my previous vehicle several years ago.
Mike, our salesperson, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. He never made us feel pressured, answered all of our questions. We would gladly work with Mike again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Unfortunately, our experience changed once we got to the finance office. We both declined the extended warranty, and the finance manager's response felt unnecessary and unprofessional. He asked me, "Did you have a bad experience, or do you just have that money to spend?" When I explained that we have a trusted mechanic who takes care of our vehicles, he replied, "He does it for free?"
The comments came across as dismissive and left a bad taste after what had otherwise been such a positive experience. It's understandable to explain the benefits of an extended warranty, but customers shouldn't feel judged or pressured for choosing to decline it.
Overall, we love our vehicles and truly appreciate Mike's excellent service. I hope the dealership recognizes the value of having salespeople like him and also considers improving the customer experience in the finance office.
