I then realized that I would not feel safe driving around until next week on my spare and phoned Mini. Andrea worked me into the calendar and as usual Dan was so professional and they got me back motoring in an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership! I appreciate no wait appointments, receiving a detailed video assessment from the mechanic working on my car, and knowing only genuine OEM Audi parts will be installed by trained mechanics. From the friendly, competent Service Advisors (thank you Sasha) to the courteous valet attendants, I've always felt well taken care of. My car is always returned washed, vacuumed, and purring like a kitten.
