I brought my car there for service on several occasions since buying it new in 2019. I have not one bad word to say about the service department or the service people. Taylor is the gentleman that helped me each time honestly without him I don’t know how smooth or rough things could have been. I dreamed about having a convertible Mercedes all my life after 60 years I was able to buy one. when I started going there, my grandson was 14 years old and everybody treated him so good that whenever I had to go back, he felt like he was going to visit family. Stephanie who worked up in the front treated him so kind that he loves her for giving him a teddy bear and a Ray Catina Mercedes hat. from the salesman all the way up through Service I have no complaints at all and I want to thank each and everyone of them for the kindness and professionalism that they show each of their customers when they arrive. My grandson still comes with me sometimes.

Just had my 45,000 service done. Eryka was my service advisor and as usual everything went 100%. Must say very clean Dealership and well organized. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Causeway Ford of Manahawkin 100%. Great coffee too !!

I normally don’t write reviews because I work crazy hours and I just don’t have much free time . but I feel the need to express my gratitude towards this dealership in particular to Mike Dela Cruz and Chris in service dept. for help directing me to the right people to correctly diagnose my issues with and more importantly fixing the issues with my car. Right from the gate I was greeted warmly and assured that my car was in great hands . I definitely recommend this dealership !

Generally good. It would be better if when brought in for repair that other issues were disclosed to owner while in the care of the dealership, especially when they come to light after the intended repair. Example: car is serviced for air conditioning but as a result, venting system develops movement binding issues that make audible disconcerting noises. This should have been tested and discovered before car was returned and either fixed as part of the intended repair or brought to the attention of owner for the option to repair.
