⚠️ You’ll regret going here! ☢️ Dealt with this Dealer for 6 , LONG years. You are better off driving to ABQ, Santa Fe, Farmington or Arizona. Their sister dealership in Gallup, Champion, is no better.
Most of the time the phones have issues, no answer during business hours, not even voicemail. AWFUL
*️⃣ They have ZERO idea of what any semblance of CUSTOMER SERVICE is. They are ABSOLUTELY the MOST RUDE people I’ve dealt with at ANY Dealership. You can stand at the desk and it is like they see through you, on their phones, standing around, chatting and joking (can hear convo’s), doing nothing, and wont address your presence. They make you wait around with no sense of urgency or trying to get work done, just EXISTING in the space of the building, drawing a $$ check, not earning one.
Frequent turnover or lack of employees. At one point this year they had 1 technician and a Service Manager. Couldn’t get to a ticket for weeks at a time so couldn’t bring vehicle in for repairs.
🗣️ The newest young girl in “Service” ** ALLISON** is inept, unskilled, little to no knowledge about auto anything, and seemingly thinks she is the General Manager of the entire Dealership. She speaks extremely condescending, supercilious, patronizing, pompous and has literally yelled loudly at me, and hung on the phone up on me twice. When talking about my issue, was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, OFFENSIVE, HAUGHTY. In person, was crude, dismissive and reinforced that my observation and verbiage is on point.
📌 This is a consistent attitude throughout this Dealership Family/Employees, to include the Owner, Stacey Corley.
I’ve purchased at least 18 cars, all over the country, different brands from Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, BMW and Lexus, and I’ve even financed through Ford. This “place” tops the WORST (especially in SERVICE DEPT) in customer interaction, caring about the needs of the customer or communication along the way. As well: timely, accurate, thorough, follow through or finding the issue, attempting to replicate instead of saying it’s “intermittent” and charging you for diagnosis, even when UNDER *FORD MANUFACTURER WARRANTY*!
