Generally very good. One observation - the information overload for a buyer who has never had an electric vehicle before is overwhelming. Also, I regret that Santa Fe Toyiota is apparently not participating in the services normally offered by all other Toyota dealers around northern New Mexico, through the Toyota app.

Love my Camry xse 2025. Pickup is fantastic! You'd never know it was a 4 cylinder hybrid. And, it is super cool in Ocean Gem color. This is the sport version and it is my dream car. All of this was made possible by my salespeople, Robert Ferstyl, and the LHM toyota team. Very friendly, no pressure, they worked hard to get me the only Camry I wanted and a deal to match. I recently purchased from them and it was the worst experience ever. This dealership is not transparent and will pack on warranties without the customers knowledge; they are deceptive. They operate using shady business practices. If you do buy from them, take a screenshot of everything you sign, as soon as you sign it. They will not give you copies of the forms.

He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the truck we NEEDED. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seem easy and without any hassles.
