Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.

Worst place to buy a car. - Ed

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a car at the end of September 2023. Eight months later, I still have no title. The title they tried to give me has an 8k mile difference from what is on the car. When I spoke with them in February, they were going to fix it. I have called countless times and left messages. They reject my call and refuse to call me back to fix this error.

BUYER BEWAYRE. - Tiff

BUYER BEWAYRE...after careful research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I called this dealership 3x to ensure that my 2 hour commute wasn't in vein. Get to the dealer, vehicle NOT in stock. Moving on, the vehicle that I did purchase took way longer to service than I was told ("next week" turned into "2 weeks" etc), ok fine. Some of the cosmetic fixes were NOT fixed upon picking up. After bringing my car home, I was CALLED & told that I needed to have my car registered & was charged $470 for this registration (why the car wasn't registered BEFORE leaving to lot-beyond me)...$470 is more than DOUBLE to register it MYSELF. About a month later my tire KEPT getting flat, took it to the mechanic & come to find out, I was sold a vehicle with a BENT RIM & a tire that was PLUGGED on the INSIDE wall (where a plug is not even supposed to go)...when I contacted this dealer the manager told me "there is no law that says we cannot sell a car with a plugged tire". NO sense of moral whatsoever!!!! After fixing the issue myself, within 6 months, 2 front tires are worn & need replacement...after barely even driving the vehicle because I'm on maternity leave mostly home bonding with my child and not driving. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. THEN with my loan, THEY opened up an account with a credit union which I was UNAWARE of until I got my statement-initially I was told the loan was going to be through a different company. They have been a thorn in mine from the moment I stepped foot into the dealership.

Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

Buying a car from Maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville was the best car buying experience you could ask for. I live about 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so I called and made sure they had the vehicle I was interested in before heading out. The salesman I spoke to was Tom and he offered great customer service from the moment he answered the phone. He even came in a couple hours earlier than scheduled to make sure we had enough time to buy the vehicle I wanted before needing to head back home for work. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but Maguire is nothing like those other guys! I just love my new vehicle, a 2022 Chevy Equinox RS, and I will definitely be making Maguire my first choice for feature purchases!

Family Nissan formally known as Rockaway Nissan is nothing but scammers they tie you in deats and make promise for you to buy there cars I went there is 2022 get get a vehicle they didn’t have the year of that vehicle I wanted so I was going to leave when a manager by the name of Sakel come over to me told me I should take the one they have and when they get new stock I should come and change it. That was not so he tie me in a trade without I know. Mind you. It’s my first time buying a car I don’t know anything about trade or stuff like that. Of all that done and I gain knowledge of what he did I went back there several times and all they doing is giving me empty promises and giving me the runaround, I make a review on line one of the reception by the name of Karina call me acting as if she is a manager promising me if I take it down they can work out something for me , I went there and give her my phone to her and she took it down and still they have not do nothing. I even speak. To 2 other sales person. And a next manager by the name of John, And still. They try to do the same to a friend of my but my friend was a little bit smarter then I am. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this place but if you do go make sure any promises they give you is signed and in writing. Ps they even advising me to let the bank take it back then take out a next vehicle. Ps. I would not advise no one to go there. But if you have to beware of there tricks.
