Brought my CX90 in for service after making an appointment. Dropped the car off at 7:30. They ubered me home. Late that afternoon they called to tell me the car was ready. They did a bunch of recalls and updates along with a service package for 15K miles. Did a video inspection of the car that they sent to my cell phone. They sent an uber to pick me up. Every thing went very smoothly.

When it arrived and I went to pick it up, I was treated like I was the only one there and their most important customer. This is the second Subaru I bought, first was a Crosstrek which is a great car that Gerry searched and found for me, from Gregoris and I recommend Subaru’s and Gregoris to anyone in the market for a new or used car. We have been with this dealership for over 10 years, purchased our pre-owned 2013 Buick Regal from Doan who then became part of the Bob Johnson Group. We decided to lease a new 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. We had a great experience with our salesperson who was filling in for Jason. The service team was the main reason we came back: Matthew Gerhardt. Always went beyond his means to accommodate our needs. Would recommend this dealership whether you are purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Don't waste your time and money on these guys. The cars and the deals are completely misrepresented, they lure you with financing deals they can't deliver, tack a bunch of unnecessary add-ons to the price of the car, and then withhold your deposit if you don't accept their terms "as is". It's unethical, especially for a Porsche dealership, and quite frankly probably illegal they way they are conducting business. Be smart and stay away
