Abdelaty immediately came out to assist me, was friendly and welcoming. He brought the Tahoe z71 I had reserved around for a test drive. He also showed me the high country model at my request, but ultimately I decided I preferred the z71 body style. My only wish is that super cruise was available on the z71. Dan in finance got me setup with a warranty, and got everything squared away quickly. I was on the road with my new car in no time.

I am still in WOW with how everything worked out. I know this was all orchestrated by Jesus. We've been looking for a very long time for a Chevrolet Silverado. Certain color, certain trim etc. Looking for all the specs and all the things we were wanting this one truck had. I seen this truck on car cargurus, I messaged them, and the salesman Todd was very prompt. We live 2 hours away and we talked everyday about this deal for one week. Todd kept his word on many things about this truck, spoke to his managers and what we hoped for happened with the price. Our schedules just wouldn't match, and he then told me about delivery I was even more stunned of another blessing. The truck was impeccable. We did not have to go see it in person, test drive it, nothing. I knew in my heart this was the one. I trusted Todd with his words, and he did not let me down. Speaking to his mangers Octavia, and finance department Lori was kind and so down to earth. Then when delivery came, Dominick and Virginia were so kind during all the paperwork signing, in our home. The upmost easiest dealerships I have ever worked with. One of the best experiences we get to talk about in our lives to others. I highly recommend this dealership for your future vehicle. I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!
