I made my first ever car purchase through Team Chevrolet, I had a lengthy commute but to make everything easier for me the process was very quick and I was in and out so I could get back on the road in no time. They kept it low pressure and even added some extras to the deal we made which I loved. I went for a recall on my Chevrolet impala and they let me test drive a few cars all day while mine was being fixed and ended up buying a new car that day after such a good experience that day. The thing that strikes you the first time you visit the service department, they all talk about quality service. You hear everyone talking about it which means it's importance at the top. To ensure everyone understands what's expected you must talk about it , measure it then display how well you're actually delivery it. The service department, the sales department, everyone knows their role to actually make it happen. They tell you that you're getting a questionaire about your visit, then ask if you're happy with it and can they do anything to make it better. Quite refreshing this day and age.

I had my car serviced recently. I was getting my oil changed. Soon after, while I was waiting, Isiah came to me and said that I had a slight coolant leak. I didn't get it checked out right then because I wasn't too worried about it at the time so I went home after my oil change. I received a phone call about an hour or so later telling me that with Thanksgiving the next day, they were worried about me having that leak and feared I may be stranded while traveling. I took it back and I got my car back that Saturday. I appreciate the care they showed me by contacting me to get the leak fixed. I've never had any other dealership do that before. They care about their customers. Thank you so much.

General Manager rude - LOve my new Honda!
General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

This is the 24th car I have purchased new. Parks Chevrolet is absolutely the "BEST" in the new car industry. I have purchased from the so called Big Dog dealers and they come nowhere close to the attention and service I received from Parks. From the test drive to the final signature, It was so easy and I now have some faith in automobile dealerships again. After I had completed all paperwork, the salesman took me to my new truck and explained every feature and even called Onstar to set up the account for my wifi and phone service. I have to admit that I said I would never buy a new GM product again but after Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, Honda and Ford, Well I have to eat those words. After watching tv commercials for 4 months and just purchasing a new Nissan in July of 2014, I was a little skeptical so I went in for a test drive. I wasn't really ready to trade but I could not stop myself. With all the options and all of the vehicle you get for the purchase price, It was a no brainier. Wow, What a nice truck. I am getting more fuel mileage and lots more options for a lot less money. I like my Chevrolet so much, I am considering getting one for my wife that has a 2014 vehicle now. Parks Chevrolet is the Best in Charlotte and for a 50 mile radius. Trust me when I say this because I have bought from all of the dealers around and outside of Charlotte. Throw away all the bad comments in the past and take you next car purchase to Parks Chevrolet. You will not regret it!!!!!!

This has been one of the best experiences in the area of auto buying/leasing. There was a willingness to patiently answer all my inquiries. Steve B. was fantastic.. he really helped me with the financial aspects of the auto. I really felt as if my best interests were honored.. he didn't give the car away.. but when comparing what I had gotten at another dealer, Steve was able to beat the price, as well, as meet my needs of timing. There are too many POSITIVE adjectives to describe Steve.
Robert R. spent an inordinate amount of time explaining all the aspects of the Volt.. he was very patient and willing to answer all questions, as well as allowing me to "try" out the many buttons and levers involved with this fine electric hybrid. The test drive was full of aspects to maximize energy production of the auto while driving. GREAT experience.
Terrible customer service after the sale. - Andy
1. Truck was purchased with understanding that the seats are leather ( per the sales person and also in discussion with Angie). After short drive in the heat and sticking to the seats like I was glued down it was discovered that they are actually not leather but instead the covering is plastic.
2. Requested that plastic be removed and replaced with cloth or I would return the truck.
3. Seats were replace with those from another truck and In the process both front door sills were damaged / scratched down to the metal. One would assume that this would have been repaired prior to me picking the truck up but it was not.
4. Truck was returned again for the body shop to make repairs. When I get there pictures are taken of the damage , they take my name and phone number and I am sent on my way and told I would be contacted as to when they could fix it. There was also some discussion as to who would be charged for the repair as the truck shop and the body shop are separate. As if the customer would or should even care.
5. No one called so I texted Angie the sales manager and asked what was going on.she says she will check on it.
6. I get a text from the sales person who says to,bring it in on Wednesday the 28th.
7. So i take the truck in for the repair and I request a car or truck loaner. I assumed that since I made a appointment with the repair shop that they would be ready to work on it the day I dropped it off. Well that was a mistake ! I am told it will not be ready until next Tuesday . Now keep in mind that this is a very minor repair and will take very little time to fix , hours not days. I am told that they have to finish working on all the other vehicles in front of me. Well what the xxxx was the appointment for. So they want me to go without my work vehicle that has my truck bed tool box full of tools and a 90 gal fuel ttransfer tank that I need. So when they tell me a week to get it back , I return the loaner car and get back in my truck and leave. There is no way I can afford to do business with a dealership that thinks so little of its customers. I won't be back even though They owe me repairs for damage that you caused.and two free oil changes.
if you look on their Facebook web site you will see many customer reviews with the customer having issues with service after the sale. You will also see that these customers will never go back to this dealership
You can buy the same Vehical at any dealership. Pick one that cares about the customer. Parks does not care!
