I’m looking to buy another vehicle for my wife and this is where I’m going with NO hesitation. My sales representative Dominic was great. Finance was great no pressure to buy extra items. He just presented them with explanations of each products they offer. And yes I bought the extended warranty. Service was awesome. They came to my home and picked up my truck to do some punch list items and returned it to me. I live 45 minutes from the dealership. Great experience. If you’re in the market for this brand I would highly recommend you give them a chance.

Took my car in to repair the AC. It was to be kept for several days so I had to wait for my husband to come pick me up which was going to take a hour. The owner saw that I had been sitting there awhile. He introduced himself and then introduced us to Mr. Thomas Cayton. Those two are quite a pair as salesmen. The service was great and Mr. Cayton was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this Chevrolet dealership for purchase of a new car or for service. There is no other car than a Chevrolet. Make sure you are looking to buy a car before you meet up with the sales team of Cayton and Phelps. They are excellent.

It was so easy to search for the vehicle I wanted and when I inquired about its availability I was contacted by the Lillington site. I was immediately called, texted and emailed. But they could not tell me if it was still available. When I inquired about financing, Shane S. from Fuquay emailed me and was able to confirm that vehicle was available and in Fuquay. I made an appointment for a test drive. On the day of my appointment, we walked in and Michael T. immediately assisted us, brought the vehicle up and went on the test drive. He answered all our questions about it and set me up with the OnStar and the my chevy app. We will be back in about 2 years for a truck for my husband.

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!
