My wife and I drove 60 miles to look at and drive a 2014 Cadillac SRX. We found it online and it was what we were looking for. The buying experience was relaxed and professional. All of the staff we met were very nice and easy to work with. Our salesman was CJ Frank, a very nice young man who tried his best to give us the best customer service he could. We were well pleased with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Parks is filled with tremendous employees, however, I was lucky enough to work with Pete and Taiwan!These two provided top notch service and honestly went above an beyond to help me! I was greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome! Pete quickly built a rapport with us by explaining the process and listening to what I wanted. He not only assisted with the test drive but made sure to take of the paperwork prior so when we got back we didn't have to wait for the financing. Once we decided to move forward with the Financing we had the pleasure to sit down with Taiwan! He was willing to break things down for me to ensure I understood them and didn't rush me through the process. Know when you walk into Parks you will be taken care of. They wont pressure you to make the purchase but educate you on things to ensure your making a decision you will be happy with! Great experience and I know when it comes time to buy another car I will be going back to Parks!!!!

They will not try to fix anything that is not broken and I have never had them run the "Let's try this and see if it works" game on me. Their engineers know their job and diagnose and repair the correct problem, even if it is not a Chevrolet vehicle. Dan May always gives honest and accurate estimates on both price and time needed for repairs. If you have not tried these folks for your repair needs, then give them a call!

While traveling out of state my daughter had a car issue and needed help. I found Discovery Chevrolet online and spoke to Tyler, which was close to closing on a Friday. I explained that my daughter needed to replace her rim and tire,, since my daughter wasn't at the dealership. Tyler went "ABOVE AND BEYOND" calling me 2 hours after closing with updates on how he can help. Tyler took the time to help someone in need that he had never met or had stepped foot in their dealership. That says a lot about a person and the type of dealership he works at. It was comforting as a parent and to my daughter traveling away from home. I highly recommend Tyler and Discovery Chevrolet Buick GMC!

This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping experience.
First thing, the site was easy to navigate, fast, and clean - the collection of vehicles they have was great and the inventory seem accurate. Even got my $500 trade-in bonus and a $25 Amazon gift card for test driving a vehicle. I submitted an online interest on a 2016 BMW 435i late at night and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Jay (Internet Sales). He was pleasant to speak with and understood my interest of the vehicle. I scheduled to stop by late in the afternoon to test drive the said vehicle. I was about an hour and some change late showing up for my scheduled test drive which was about 45 minutes left into their business hours but was still able to find someone who was able to assists. Raven who was part of the Pre-owned department helped me into the driver seat of the BMW and drove it for some time to make sure the car is up to par for my like. Returned back with the car and started working on the numbers for a good 20+ minutes pushing it past their business hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't come up with the numbers that we can agree on and I left the dealership without a new pre-owned car.
My experience here was positive due to a few things:
1. Inventory was accurate
2. Car was in presentable shape (clean) when I arrive (even after my scheduled time)
3. Sales rep (Raven) was easy to talk to, she didn't pressure me on anything, and allowed me to experience the vehicle on my own. No sales pitch needed which was good
4. Management rep (Joel) was also pretty straight forward and pleasant to deal with; unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on the price or I would have left with the vehicle that night
Minus 1 star for:
1. There are a couple of sales rep on the main floor that lack common courtesy, burping loudly when you still have customers inside is not "professional"
2. The layout of how the vehicles are parked could be improved, not sure if this can be accomplished since the lot is restricted being beside the flea market
My overall experience at this dealership is positive despite unable to purchase a vehicle.
Replace right signal light - Disappointed
I took my car in to replace the signal light bulb. The mechanic said it took almost an hour because it was a corvette. They charged me over $90! I later went to u tube and they walk you through the procedure and it takes about 15 min tops. I have had other similar problems over the years. Don't take your Corvette to CCOG.

First off I want to say that John Hiester Chevrolet in Fuqua Varina NC is the worst dealership I have ever been too, check this story out before you go. Iam an Active Duty service member in the US Army and have been for 17 years. I just moved to the area to finish out my career, got back from Korea two months ago and wanted that retirement truck I worked so hard for. I wanted to find a dealership to call family forever, I picked the truck out and wanted it to be perfect cause it was my future retirement gift to myself in 3 years so why not add some accessories. Well the experiance I had here will haunt me as long as I have this truck and was by far the worst decision ever. Lets start with some easy things. I was told it will be complete in 3 days and took 10, I traded out factory rims and tires for upgrades and they only gave me $400 really $1600 (This is a Chevy Silverado 1500 Crewcab LTZ mind you, I had to go back for the 2nd set of keys, I had to go back cause the truck wasn’t a full tank of gas (I was told it was all ready to go and wasn’t), I was told it was ready to pick up and not all the accessories were on when I got there (bed liner) another trip, they can’t provide me a rollup or reciept for the accessories I paid for ( the guy that did it got fired or quit) was charged $6400 in accessories and come to find out they stared adding random cost on top of the labor already agreed on, I found all the GM parts from GM Website way cheaper and that leads me too the next issue, I paid $1665 for a $979 exhaust system so they marked it up almost $500, I was told by a manager it was going to be resolved that Friday well come to find out he got fired or quit, they will let you sit at the store for hours with NO answer and no one knows anything. So I wanted to post this to save everyone from my headach if they chose to treat a US Vet like this they will do it to anyone. STAY AWAY the only one that can fix this is John Hiester himself.
