Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge - Cornelius, NC

I recently visitied LNCJD in search of a new car. i was greeted promptly at the door by the salesman (brian cramer) and we discussed my reasons for being there. The first thing the salesman wanted to do was look at the car i drove onto the lot. I wasn't trading anything in, so i didn't see the point in this, ut my salesman would not let it go. After many pointless questions, and making it very clear i would not be trading anything in, we proceeded to the lot to find the right jeep. Everytime i suggested one that i liked, Brian would point out another, which became very aggrevating. When i asked why it was he was doing this, he simply told me he did not believe the vehicles i liked were in my price range. This to me, was very amusing since he had no idea of my financial situations. However, we continued and came across a jeep i liked (ha, and one he would actually approve of). We drove it, and when i asked questions about the vehicle, his answeres were very stand-offish as if i had no right asking them. When we got back to the dealership, we sat at the desk and he presented numbers to me for the vehicle. I was shocked. The numbers he showed me were nowhere near the numbers we had discussed. He could see i was uncomfortable, so he went to the sales desk and had a manager return with him (bill gibson). First of all, this mans appearance did not represent that of a professional. Through his obnoxious gum chewing, i could hear him try to explain that the numbers that had just been presented to me were in fact accurate, and that i should have been made aware of this by the salesman. Meanwhile, my salesman was just sitting there on his fancy touch phone. I could not believe what was happening. I decided right then to leave. I desperately needed a car, and had let enough slide throughout this whole experience. But i was not about to be lied to by the so-called "sales manager". I'm sorry, i'm not usually one for slamming a company, but i was simply outraged by my experience. I would highly suggest people to stay away from Lake Norman, Chrysler Jeep Dodge. SCAM ARTISTS!
