Appointments are pretty meaningless. They will check in your vehicle, tell you that you will get "timely updates" and then not communicate anything about your vehicle for more than 10 hours despite multiple calls asking for an update. All calls get forwarded to your 'advisor' that you can't ever get on the phone, and they refuse to let you speak to any manager. Absolutely terrible communication.
Finally got an update that the truck was ready. Techs just cleared codes and everything came back after driving .2miles down the road. Stated that they cleared the codes and drove for 10 miles to ensure the problem didn't come back, but suspiciously the invoice had the exact same mileage listed for in/out.
Also appear to be having trouble with their phone lines. Calls to their service department somehow get routed to a dealership in Durham, NC 20% of the time. Apparently they use a call center that sometimes just misroutes customers.
