My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this Ford dealership, and we had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. We were fortunate to work with Mike Iemma, Ty Davis, Dominick Macreno, and Tracy Seery — each of them made us feel genuinely valued and completely at home. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and care they showed made us feel like family. My husband first made contact with Mike Iemma, it's rare to find someone in his position who takes the time to personally connect with customers and ensure they feel genuinely cared for. His leadership showed not just in how he managed things, but in the way he treated us—with kindness, respect, and a hands-on approach that made a lasting impression. A special thank you to Ty Davis, our salesman, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Ty made the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable — which isn’t always easy when buying a car! We were also treated to a delicious lunch while we were there, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Every interaction we had was handled with honesty, warmth, and a true sense of customer-first service. We can’t say enough good things about this team. This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

Nice supportive salesman. Daniel did a great job. I just dislike the car purchase experience, especially when a trade-in situation is involved. Being told that because the vehicle was already reduced, they had to find a way to make some money was a bit off-putting. I understand it was discounted and why I was there, but I don't want to feel I'm being shorted on my trade in some way.

My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features.
