I purchased my vehicle at the used car lot from Ruth and I definitely recommend you going to her if your looking for a gently used car. Mine is a used pre- certified. The service dept. Takes awhile to get things done but I do feel confident they are done right. The gentleman who took care of me his name is Pete. He is nice but very " disorganized " . His desk is a mess . My keys were lost for over 20 mins . This after I paid and already waited 5 hours for my car. My appt was at 10:30 and they didn't get done until 3:30. Rear breaks and an oil change. I was not happy. My anxiety was up thinking my keys were gone. Eventually they were found . All was good

Scheduling, check in, waiting area, check out. All phenomenal. Very thorough highly recommend! Brought my new vehicle in for regular scheduled service under the warranty program and didn't have to wait for more than an hour and a half to get all the work done.

Everything went smoothly. Their waiting area was very inviting. My only negative was that the service took a bit longer than I was told. On the plus side I was informed that Tim Lally accepts credit cards without charging the 3% surcharge which previously had me seeking service elsewhere!

We appreciate the way we were given attention as soon as we entered the facility. Katelyn, our Service Consultant, was not only attentive to our concerns but thoroughly explained and documented the inspection process for us. Throughout the time we waited for the inspection to be completed, she kept us updated. We also brought a second vehicle with us that we had a concern with. Even though we didn't have an appointment to have it inspected until the following week, Katelyn arranged to have it inspected also while we waited, and even scheduled for it to be repaired while we were there! We highly recommend the Beau Townsend Service Department!

Just had my first service done on my new 2025 Maverick and I couldn’t be more pleased. Less than an hour I was back on the road and they even cleaned her up! The waiting area is cozy and clean and you can watch from the big bay window as they work on your vehicle. Quick, thorough, and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that! I am glad my son suggested we come to Roush for our new car . We had the best car buying experience buying a car. Took my in car in for service had a safety issue with it which they could not duplicate. No intension to purchase but felt unsafe with the vehicle. December to get rid of it. Sales person , Christian , took care of us, only his second day but told him I had dealt with Jack Morris previously so he brought him in Good experience with Jack and Christian had a good learning experience.

I had Remote start installed and it worked great. 1 week later the Subaru saved my life but unfortunately was totaled. Because of the Subaru I walked away from the crash. It literally saved my life! This dealer was pleasant and they got my car done quickly and were super friendly. I will be using them if I get another Subaru for my company car. They are trying to find me one.
