We had sent out an internet search for information and the Kendall folks were responsive without being pushy.(+++) We weren't really ready to buy right away, so they gave us as much information as they could, gave us people to contact for more help and asked us to get ahold of them if they could help us in the future. (+++) We received a call from Craig out at Kendall in Cottage Grove a couple of weeks later and by then we had heard about the Chrysler additional incentive. Craig did some checking for us and let us know that we did qualify for the additional incentive and we should come out to see them soon if we were interested in using the incentives as the deals were going to end soon. There was no pressure, just information. (+++)
We started by visiting a non-Kendall dealership in Eugene first and felt like we didn't get all the information, like we were getting pressured and that they didn't have much available. I told my husband I wanted to go out to Kendall as they had put quite a bit of time and effort in already and that they seemed more geniune.
We got to Kendall on the last day they were offering the Cash for Clunkers deal. They were friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. (+++) They let us know what they had and let us look at things in peace and test drive in peace. (+++) We ended up purchasing a Dodge Grand Caravan using both the Cash for Clunkers and the Chrysler incentives. Both the Sales guys and the finance manager stayed very late on a friday night (+++) to help us get everything done (we had to drive back to Eugene to get our trade in truck cleaned out and brought back)
We love the car, and really appreciated the laid back but helpful and honest style that they used with us. we were offered the extended warrenty, but not pushed at all when we declined (+++) I would definately go back if I needed to purchase another car.

Yes, the service is expensive, and yes they ask if you want to do other services, but there was no pressure to do something; no one told me the car would die if I didn't.
