My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Juan was so easy to work with and never pushed what so ever. He knew every feature of the car and wanted to make sure we were happy start to finish. Matt in finance made literal magic happen. I got a brand new car without having a 800 credit score with a reasonable interest rate and ZERO down. I wish every car purchase went this smoothly. It literally took an hour at most and we were on the road. Buying your car from Auto Ranch is worth the drive. It really really is.

After losing my last truck to a drunk driver, Danny did everything he could to ensure I recovered my warranty money and any other returnable payments. From there, they both put in a ton of effort in finding and securing my next vehicle. Working with these guys is an honest process, you don't have to play the game with them. Jeremy carries a load of insight on vehicles, and he is willing to use that insight to help the buyer. He is honest about what he sees and feels within the vehicle you are looking to purchase, and will fine tune it to your request. After more than two weeks of silence, missed follow-ups, and vague non-answers, I’ve completely lost faith in Lithia Dodge of Eugene. I brought in my vehicle expecting professional service. What I got was a black hole of communication and a service department that operates like customer updates are optional. When I finally received a message from Jimmy Schaberg, it was full of excuses: “We can’t fix it without parts…” “I’m sorry the communication was delayed…” “We ordered your part without a deposit...” So now I’m supposed to be grateful they finally did the bare minimum after two weeks of nothing? No timelines. No accountability. No proactive communication. And no follow-up on the personal property left in my vehicle. Just weak apologies and a pat on the back for doing what they should’ve done on day one. Let me be clear: this is not a communication problem. This is a culture problem. Their service department clearly doesn’t value customers’ time or trust. If I hadn’t pushed for answers, I’d probably still be waiting in silence while my vehicle sat untouched. I’ll never be back. And if you care about your time, your property, or being treated like more than an inconvenience—take your business anywhere else.

I went to Lithia Dodge in Grants Pass Or. after a horrible experience a Grants pass Toyota with high pressure sales tactics use buy a salesman by the name of Justin Alger who tried to bully me into a Old Toyota Tundra with 190 thousand miles on it and Justin and the sales manager Ted Mikels both were trying to force me to go passed my budget by Pressuring me into a deal I told them I wasn’t comfortable with and in the end almost threatening me into buying this vehicle. So, I left that dealer for good and called Lithia CJDR in grants Pass Or, and reach a salesman named Brayden Josh, and let me tell you this salesman was very friendly, he listened to all my needs and concerns and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though he is young, he knew how to treat a customer like a friend, he knew my budget and he found me one of the best deals with a 2021 Dodge Ram Bighorn diesel with only 18000 miles on it and the truck is in showroom condition, a beautiful truck!!! They gave me a fair deal on a trade in for my Dodge charger rt and my payment is where I want it to be, and all with no pressure and no Hurries no worries attitude. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, my advice is going to Lithia CJDR of Grants Pass because they have one of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff with absolutely no pressure at all. If you do decide to visit Lithia CJDR of Grants Pass, look up Brayden Josh as your salesman for you won’t be disappointed whatsoever. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly! I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

I would not do business here guys live a year later the transmission goes out transmission cost is $7000. Their answer to me was well. It had a little bit of life left into it this pick up I have always babied because the first day I drove it. I said it was slipping a little bit. They said it was perfectly fine. That's what it does. I'm not a mechanic so I took their word, a little behold it goes out. I've babied this since I bought it. I only tow when I need to. It was a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.7 diesel engine state of Oregon not supposed to sell deleted diesels and let be hold I found out this one was deleted. The legacy never told me that it was deleted they just told me I didn't have to use def. And as somebody that's never owned a diesel I didn't know. So I'm wondering if this had to do anything to hurt why the transmission went out if it was a program right or anything? nobody has reached out to contact me about anything to make this, right? The response was well it must had a little life in the transmission since it lasted over a little bit over a year. Thanks legacy never will do business with you guys. I will let everybody know what type of company you guys are. I will leave reviews everywhere that I can to make sure that nobody has to go through what I've gone through. Here is their exact response We are sorry to hear about your transmission issues. It's very hard to estimate the life of a transmission if it is shifting through the gears correctly and the fluids look right. Since you purchased the truck a year and a half ago, it clearly had some life left in it when you bought it but a big unexpected expense like that is frustrating at best. I assume from this that you did not buy the warranty we offer all customers when they buy a used vehicle and It sounds like you may have already gotten it repaired Really do they think most people have $7000 just lying around
