I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 - Shanbreen

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. We purchased a used LEXUS Rx 350 in 2024. We brought it in for state inspection and emission test after 12 months. The inspection and emission tests went smooth as we waited. Aer the tests your maintenance person said we had four free services, and even though we only drove the car 4,000 miles during the year, we should take advantage of the free 30,000 service maintenance requirement. This additional service went smoothly and one hour we had the car finished. We only had to pay for the emission test. The safety inspection and 30,000 mile service was free. We were very pleased with your tests and service. We plan to continue our maintenance and purchased with Thompson Lexus.

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!
