Good dealer and great car. On the plus side the foot room is amazing. On the down side Subaru must get a way to disable the fuel saving button that shuts off fuel at a stop -- it makes the car shimmy and is onerous always having to disable the button when starting the car

Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. As someone who is people manager in a different industry she always provides the best customer service. In my most recent visit a customer made some very rude comments to her and she handled very well. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians. She embodies the customer experience I loved from out of state less than 6 months ago and she is amazing.

When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I bought a car from a sister dealership about a week ago. The check engine light turned on and off throughout the week. When I called that dealership to let them know I was told I had to fix it out of pocket. When I went to the Honda service center and my told service advisor Deb about my issue she assured me she would handle the other dealership. Deb was an amazing service advisor who was able to speak with the dealership and get them to cover the cost. I appreciate her patience and willingness to work with my schedule. 10/10 recommend this place :)
