Brandon was my service adviser for my recent visit and he was super, keeping me informed on the status of the work being completed on our vehicle. After the work was completed, he went through the check list item by item explaining exactly what had been done to our vehicle. Also, am still waiting to hear back from the Auto Nation Representative filling in as the Service Manager.

I appreciate the thorough inspection. The receptionists need better training for scheduling appointments. I was there for FOUR hours. A courtesy car was never offered to me. There were plenty of snacks to tide me over the lunch hour.

When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system.

I've been dealing with Crews Subaru since purchasing my first Subaru in 2011. They have promised to take good care of me and I'm holding them to it. Although Pam in finance and Millet in sales are great helps, most of my interactions have been with various service advisors and mechanics. Each one, Alisha, Sierra, Justin, Doug (with loaner cars), Jason, or my mechanic, John Carlin has met and exceeded my expectations every time. John ensures that my vehicle is ready for my regular road trip adventures. I've even gone in with a rather nit-picky question and it is addressed with courtesy, efficiency and cheerfulness. I'm afraid that they are stuck with me as long as I'm a car owner.

I had a great experience at the Fred Anderson Honda Service center. My service advisor, Keith Lubrano, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to be of assistance and make me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. This was my first time at the service center, and I really didn't know how everything worked. Keith greeted me with a smile and explained the whole process to me which really put my mind at ease. He showed me where I could comfortably wait while they worked on my car and, regularly checked in with me with updates and to make sure I didn't need anything or have anymore questions. I plan to return to the Fred Anderson Service center for my future car needs and would love to work with Keith again.
