We had a very positive experience with Serra GMC, especially given the difficult situation we were in. Our Yukon XL broke down, and their service department responded very quickly, which helped take a lot of stress out of an already tough circumstance. We really appreciated how promptly they assessed the situation and helped us understand our options. What stood out just as much was how fair the sales department was throughout the process. We were not walking in under ideal circumstances, and it would have been easy to feel pressured, but that was not our experience. They treated us honestly and fairly, worked with us in a way that felt reasonable, and helped us move forward without adding to the frustration. Overall, we are very grateful for how Serra GMC handled both the service side and the sales side of our experience. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and fairness made a hard situation much easier to manage, and we would absolutely recommend them to others.

He is also very honest and will tell you up front that it would be better to wait and pay more on the vehicle you have so your not upside down in the new one. He has helped me get the best people and price to get my windows tinted. This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m older and bought my first new car in the early 1990’s and many more after that, and I can tell you our salesman Kenny was hands down the most responsive, knowledgeable and polite salesman we have ever dealt with. Shopping with your 17 year old son is about as fun as walking on hot coal for a few hours, so having Kenny to help us and answer more questions than we needed to was so reassuring. If I could give Kenny and thus dealership more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a dealership with “integrity” this is it, and again salesman Kenny was beyond exceptional.

My husband and I worked with Roger trying to find a used truck for my husband. He worked very diligently and tried his best to find something my husband loved! The only negative we can say is that the finance department was not able to get us approved in a payment range that we needed, so we ended up purchasing a truck from another dealer the same day (with the same credit union that would not meet the same terms at Beaty). Roger is great !!!

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
