We have a long history with the Mullinax Lincoln dealer. Every automobile we have purchased has been exceptional and gave us long life. We recently purchased the Lincoln MKX and love it. We had an issue with the shifting linkage on the transmission. They ordered the part and gave us a call sitting up an appointment. Our vehicle was repaired today and we could never ask for better service. The staff and technicians are always so friendly and helpful. The repair was quick and we were soon on our way. Walked in knowing I would buy a Shelby if they had the right one for a decent price. Called ahead and spoke with Cody and we ended up ordering a brand new 17 gt350 exactly how I wanted it. It came in this past week and I got out there to see it. It was exactly what I was looking for but the price was still a bit more than I was comfortable comiting to. At the time, there were 2 gt500 on site and we checked them both out. Cody and Wesley sat down and negotiated with me personally as we talked about the cars. I ended up with great deal on a 2012 gt500 with low mileage and came back the next day to finish the purchase. I had trouble getting all the cash liquidated so I filled out a no hassle, online loan application. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out and I called Cody right after to let him know it was complete. Travis set me up within the hour with a bank and a good rate. By the time I got there all I had left was 5 minutes of paperwork. I was cruising to dinner before 5pm when I didn't arrive until after 415pm. We took a few pictures of corse. I desperately wanted a new Ford F-150 but I was upside-down on my Chevy Silverado. Walt and other salesmen at Jacky Jones Ford Lincoln went to work, dug up any and all discounts and rebates available and I drove out with a beautiful 2016 Silver Ford F-150 (no money down). Never have I experienced such a pleasant big ticket purchase. Just about 3 months earlier my wife purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Ted Russell Nissan of Knoxville and that transaction was a total nightmare!! I was in need of a vehicle that could better handle winter weather so we search all of the eastern US to find a dealer that would give us a good deal on a new car as well as on a trade-in. Out of the 4 other dealerships we were in contact with, Landers was able to reduce the MSRP more than any other dealership while also giving us the best trade-in value for my vehicle. When we arrived at Landers to close the deal there were absolutely no surprises, making it a very smooth and exciting transaction. The atmosphere and customer service at Landers in Collierville is the best I seen at any car dealership. This was our second car purchase from Bates Ford. I was recently involved in a wreck that totaled my car and I was still emotional from that experience. When I first hit the vehicle it had problems running! They put a new battery in it and new gas ! It always idled bad! I asked to get a key for the bed cover! No luck! Could've replaced the lock for me! Now a few months later so far it's needed the rod ends,ball joints,evap canister,plug,wires and distributor cap, rotors need to be turned and engine light keeps coming, even after the new canister5! I think they were resetting the engine light all along! So now I've spent an additional $1500 and it's still not right! Never buy there again! Oh, and the supposed new paint they put on was never buffed properly before clear coat and now it's cracking!😠😠😠😠

We recently purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from Jenkins and Wynne. After much research and looking for this vehicle we found one at this dealership and traveled over 200 miles to purchase from them . We did this because of all the outstanding ratings we had found on the Internet concerning this dealer and we are very glad that we did . They worked with us to give us a very fair deal and after we got the vehicle home and discovered a few things wrong with it they arranged to have the repairs made locally at their expense . There was never any pushback or questioning that the repairs needed to be made and handled all the logistics for getting the repairs done, we didn't have to do anything other than take our vehicle to the designated local Ford dealership .
Our salesman Andrew Hutchinson was wonderful to work with . He stayed involved with us throughout the process of purchasing and then getting the minor repairs made here in Louisville .

I bought a used car from this dealership on August 22, 2016. The next day, which also happened to be my birthday, the car broke down while driving up a hill (pretty common for TN). Thus, causing the car to begin to roll backwards down the hill and almost into oncoming traffic. I was lucky enough to veer into an apartment complex's parking lot and no one got hurt. The dealership towed the car for me and gave me a rental for the 2 weeks it took to fix the just serviced car I bought. When I picked it up two weeks later, I drove from the dealership to campus (not even a 15 minute drive) and the car began to shake and make noise while on I45, again almost causing me to get into yet another accident. They fixed the car again for 4-5 days. When I got it back for the second time in less than a month, it drove for about a week before the engine light came on again and the car started to shake. It thankfully make it to the dealership. I recommend that if you are a young female like myself that you never buy a car from this company. They will take advantage of you situation.

I will never buy another car from here I've had transmission problems for two months and they are saying the tech can't find anything wrong they are wrong your car should not shake you when it takes off and has a sound coming from the transmission you can hear with the window down I'm not stupid and a breast cancer survivor at that and they don't won't to fix it

I bought a brand new 2016 Ford 150 in March 2016, after couple months or driving in June 2016 my vehicle just stopped on a middle of a road, vehicle started slowing down and gas paddle would not work at all and I pulled over with just momentum of the vehicle, I took it to the dealership and they were not able to find any problem, well 20 days later same thing happen and this time vehicle would not start at all, I ended up towing it and service dept were not able to find any problem as always, it took them almost a week so after 4-5 days I asked for a loaner vehicle and lucky me they actually did gave me a vehicle, well signed said that its non smoking vehicle but car it self was so dirty, it had filth all over the dashboard car was never vacuumed, I can see pet hair on the seats, I took it home and started sneezing and cough the next morning, then I did more digging and I found a rotten avocado in the trunk as soon as I folded the seats, how can you give a loaner vehicle with so much filth? BTW vehicle is not fixed and they cannot find the problem with it and they want to trade me with a new on and want me to loose 9K for a brand new vehicle that they sold me just 90 days ago. Its all a scam and they want customer to suffer.

I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

I have a 1998 Ford F-150 with which I was having problems and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fix the things that they were suppose to fix the first time. I will never ever take another one of my Ford vehicles to this dealer again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 30 years and have never recieved such service as I have here.
