Buying a vehicle during year end sales - Jeb2356
Trying to buy a new truck during the busiest week of the year (Year End Sale) for the salesman can be difficult due to the heavy demand. I had a particular truck that I wanted.It was not available locally, but Jarrod Arrington was able to find what I needed.Unfortunatly as the paperwork was being signed we found out the truck had been outfitted with a 4inch lift kit and other accessories by the dealer that was supplying the vehicle to Johnson Ford. Not to be deterred Jarrod was able to locate another truck with the accessories I wanted and a couple more I didn't request but will use.
I appreciate all the help and concern from the Johnson team that helped.

Absolutely the best sales and service I've ever experienced in this industry. No pressure, and very informative. Didn't realize the Lincoln's had so much on them. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to make Lincoln their next car of choice. And honestly, after being Lexus and BMW fans for years (just let our LS, RX, and 325i go recently), I'm so glad we came back to a product as great as the Lincoln. All kidding aside on those Matthew McConaughey commercials, these are amazing vehicles. We like it so much, we're coming back in two weeks to buy another one.
And, after driving it off the lot, we've had great friends ride in it. They own a brand new Lexus SUV and a new convertible Mercedes sedan. Their comments helped substantiate our belief in moving back to Lincoln. They used words like "Wow, this is solid! Substantial! Amazing ride!"
We are indeed happy with our choices.

I was in need of a vehicle that could better handle winter weather so we search all of the eastern US to find a dealer that would give us a good deal on a new car as well as on a trade-in. Out of the 4 other dealerships we were in contact with, Landers was able to reduce the MSRP more than any other dealership while also giving us the best trade-in value for my vehicle. When we arrived at Landers to close the deal there were absolutely no surprises, making it a very smooth and exciting transaction. The atmosphere and customer service at Landers in Collierville is the best I seen at any car dealership. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they only want to ensure full customer satisfaction.

The tutorial given by Shane Hiett took the intimidation out of all those buttons on the dash. I would never have thought I would have a talking car. There was some confusion about which car had a special sale price so the dealer went above and beyond and applied the sale price to the car of my choice.

My daughter and I had been looking for a Scion FRS for her Birthday/Graduation present, and this dealership really made it happen!! I cant say enough of how they went above and beyond to help us. Worst buying experience in my life. Even the manager promises were empty, nobody cares about anything besides selling you with lies. Bought a truck and after almost two months I'm still waiting for my second set of keys, remote start and even the license plates. We had to call more than ten times to the manager to make it happen. Don't even bother to go to Ted Russel, save yourself a big headache and go somewhere else. We were going to buy a new 2017 Mustang GT in the spring but after such a lack of costumer service, we changed our mind.

From the time my wife and I entered the dealership we felt relaxed and the people who greeted us were friendly. At no time were we pressured to purchase a vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at this dealer and are very pleased with them and the people we dealt with. I have also used the service department here for a recall on another vehicle and found those people pleasant and friendly. I am hoping that the way this dealership operation continues as I had.

I will never buy another car from here I've had transmission problems for two months and they are saying the tech can't find anything wrong they are wrong your car should not shake you when it takes off and has a sound coming from the transmission you can hear with the window down I'm not stupid and a breast cancer survivor at that and they don't won't to fix it

I bought a brand new 2016 Ford 150 in March 2016, after couple months or driving in June 2016 my vehicle just stopped on a middle of a road, vehicle started slowing down and gas paddle would not work at all and I pulled over with just momentum of the vehicle, I took it to the dealership and they were not able to find any problem, well 20 days later same thing happen and this time vehicle would not start at all, I ended up towing it and service dept were not able to find any problem as always, it took them almost a week so after 4-5 days I asked for a loaner vehicle and lucky me they actually did gave me a vehicle, well signed said that its non smoking vehicle but car it self was so dirty, it had filth all over the dashboard car was never vacuumed, I can see pet hair on the seats, I took it home and started sneezing and cough the next morning, then I did more digging and I found a rotten avocado in the trunk as soon as I folded the seats, how can you give a loaner vehicle with so much filth? BTW vehicle is not fixed and they cannot find the problem with it and they want to trade me with a new on and want me to loose 9K for a brand new vehicle that they sold me just 90 days ago. Its all a scam and they want customer to suffer.

I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

I have a 1998 Ford F-150 with which I was having problems and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fix the things that they were suppose to fix the first time. I will never ever take another one of my Ford vehicles to this dealer again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 30 years and have never recieved such service as I have here.
