It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were selling and met our sales lady Jessica and her manager Rob. They were very nice and courteous. The thing is at that point, I really had not considered buying another car. I just stopped to look at the Passat. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel on edge talking with them as I so often feel when I talk to car sales people. Jessica gave me her card and after my experience I decided to come back later. A month later I drove by and saw that they still have the VW. My wife and I love our TDI’s that we’ve had and was very interested in their TDI they had for sale. So I stopped again. I went in and Jessica was there again with a beaming smile and warm personality. As I talked with them, I was preparing for a test drive for the Passat and a saw a Pre-Owned Subaru Outback. I liked it at first sight. Jessica with her intuition saw that I liked it and got the keys to show me the SUV. Thinking it would be out of my price range I kind of disregarded the thought but she still offered to allow me to test drive it. As I drove it I began to like it more and more. Jessica was very informative and very knowledgeable of her cars. I was very impressed in her capabilities. As they appraised my 2014 Honda Civic, Rob, her used car manager came back with a very reasonable trade for either the Passat or Outback. Once we agreed to proceed to buy the Outback in comes J.J. who is the finance manger. J.J. was very warm and friendly who wanted to also find the right fit for our finance. She worked tirelessly to get the very best rate and the best bank to finance. As we closed the deal, she was very thorough making sure every detail was understood. She had all the paper work ready when we came to sign. Both Jessica and J.J. and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel that we were the most important customer. Our over all experience is excellent. Deborah and I would happily buy from Jenkins and Wynne again. Don't buy any kind of vehicle here unless you get an outside person to look at it thoroughly. My car was branded AWD when I bought it from the dealership and come to find out its front wheel drive. The sales manager was so rude when I came to him with this problem, that's false advertisement! There was no apologies or any care that I was lied to.

You will find no better customer service than what was provided to us!!! Upon arrival I met Jason McClellan who was a professional from the start not a pushy salesman you normally get. He showed us a few cars and nothing really stood out. He went to the used car Manager Luis Angiano who met with us about finding a vehicle from a sister site or from the auction. We were nervous about making such a purchase but Luis made us feel good about it and said "If I get a Vehicle and It doesn't meet our standard or yours you have no obligation" He then printed off several vehicles and we selected a Chrysler Town and Country. He sent a driver to pick it up in Florida to find that it passed the sale inspection but failed when the driver left to bring it back to Tennessee. This is where we felt the dealership made the difference instead of masking the problems we got a phone call from Luis stating "The Van has a transmission problem and we will return it and I will look for another deal for you" This he did and after several vehicles he found a 2008 Honda Odyssey for us. Let me tell you the pictures sent did not do this Van justice it was near perfect. Then comes the deal with the Finance Manager Matt Crabtree who was amazing and not a pushy you gotta have this and that and if you don't kinda guy. Instead he made a few recommendations and that was it. This was probably the most comfortable car buying and trading experience I have had. These Guys Are Worth A Visit If you are looking to buy a new Car, Truck or Van!!!! ?????
Incapable of Engine Repair - Mark Clabaugh
This Ford Dealership has the worst service department in history. It is incapable of actually fixing an engine. I am sure if you are getting warranty work or an oil change they are fine. However, just don't get caught out of town and expect them to actually fix your engine without requiring you to replace it.
I took my mother in law's Ford F150 which broke down during our vacation with a valve/lifter problem. After all day, they determine the lifter had come loose and bent the valve. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace the engine since it had metal in it. SERIOUSLY... metal has to be missing to be in the engine and the Valve never came in contact with the piston. I then proceeded to explain my theory.
After a lengthy discussion which included them telling me that they could not rebuild the head there... I then suggested sending it out to Precision Machine Shop... They could not do that, they agreed to replace the head with a brand new one from Ford. The price of the work was to be $5700.00. Staggering, but I was out of town and I would have a Ford warranty.
The VERY NEXT MORNING.... I get a call from them. NOW they are telling me that their 25 Year Mechanic claims that the Main Bearing could have shifted choking off the oil supply to the head and that is why the head failed. That they cannot fix the engine and had to replace the engine with a new one $9000.00. Myself. having rebuilt many engines is now privately thinking .... and maybe the tooth fairy flew into the Valve Cover and placed her thumb over the ports blocking the oil too!
I kindly caught my breath and asked them to button up the engine and I would send a wrecker for it. I called over to Rick's Service Center who rebuild the left and right side heads, replaced the cam, replaced the Cam phasors, installed a new timing chain kit ... basically rebuilt the entire top end for 4200.00 which included taxes and towing.
Bottom line, short of an oil change, these people want to replace your engine from the start.

I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. This was the BEST SERVICE, and the STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY. Jerry

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

I have a 1998 Ford F-150 with which I was having problems and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fix the things that they were suppose to fix the first time. I will never ever take another one of my Ford vehicles to this dealer again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 30 years and have never recieved such service as I have here.
