Each experience has been better than the last. On all three occasions I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Salesman Hani Qoran, Managers Kent Ritchey, Jr. and Julian Roberts, and Finance Manager Peter Cotros.
As a single mom, the car buying process is intimidating. At Landers, I am always greeted by a welcoming sales staff eager to be of service. 14 years ago, my husband and I bought our first car there together as a married couple. It was brand new, reliable, and we loved it. Recently, we began looking for another vehicle (used, but in decent shape). Chris Shultz and Gett Monday were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful! They answered all our questions and we were able to make a deal on a car that was affordable, in great shape, and more than suited our family's needs. We would definitely recommend this dealership and its salespeople. On another note, not long ago my father in law was in the market for a used truck. He was quite specific about what he wanted and didn't want. He stopped by this dealership periodically looking for "the truck". He struck up a conversation with one of the salespeople one evening and the man took down his information. That gentleman said they get vehicles in all the time and if he came across a truck he might be interested in, he'd give him a call. About two weeks later, my father in law got a phone call. He drove down, thoroughly looked the truck over and bought it that day. That man went above and beyond for my father in law. Mr Shultz and Mr Monday worked hard for us. Happy customers are repeat customers!

Misleading and Dishonest, wasting lots of my time and money.! On 7-23-16 I stopped to look at a 2004 Dodge Vin 3D3MU48C14G264221 and Jason) a salesman showed me the truck. We didn't agree on a price so I left. He called me approx 20 minutes later with a price that I agreed with and said he would do some kind of warranty on the truck even tho they usually do not do that. I told Jason the salesman on 7-25-16 that I was working out of town and he said if I had my Wife to bring him a check for the full amount of $20,467.39) that the truck would be mine and all I had to do was come pick the truck up at my convenience. So on 7-25-2016 approx 2 hours after speaking to Jason my wife delivered the check. My wife took off work and traveled to Cookeville, TN to take them a check for the full amount. After the check was delivered, Jason calls and tells me the truck Must be picked up by the weekend. I was working in Cincinnati and took a day off from work on 7-28-2016 to travel to Cookeville, Tn to pick (MY) truck up. When I get to the dealership I was told the truck was Sold at 7am before I arrived.! (Sales hours are 9am-8pm) I was offered condolences and a full tank of fuel and $100 Dollar gift card. Or offered a 2010 ram truck for 7,000 more to settle up with me. I had took off work and drove 277 miles to get there in my old truck that gets 10 mpg, 100 dollars and one 1/4 tank never justifies the trouble or money wasted. I had already purchased 6 months insurance, plus got a loan on the truck at the bank to cover the 20,467.39 check I wrote them. I had also paid my dad fuel money to drive me from Albany, ky at my home to Cookeville to get the truck. Now I am out of pocket several hundred dollars, I have a loan on a truck I do not have, and I have purchased insurance on a truck I do not have. Later on 7-28-2016 I called the dealer asking about the same truck that was listed online and was told it was still available!

They lie and fix nothing until your warranty expires. Your car will sit for days while they do nothing. You do know that AutoNation is the largest dealer in the world with hundreds of billions in sales ___would you call this a monopoly ???

I bought a brand new 2016 Ford 150 in March 2016, after couple months or driving in June 2016 my vehicle just stopped on a middle of a road, vehicle started slowing down and gas paddle would not work at all and I pulled over with just momentum of the vehicle, I took it to the dealership and they were not able to find any problem, well 20 days later same thing happen and this time vehicle would not start at all, I ended up towing it and service dept were not able to find any problem as always, it took them almost a week so after 4-5 days I asked for a loaner vehicle and lucky me they actually did gave me a vehicle, well signed said that its non smoking vehicle but car it self was so dirty, it had filth all over the dashboard car was never vacuumed, I can see pet hair on the seats, I took it home and started sneezing and cough the next morning, then I did more digging and I found a rotten avocado in the trunk as soon as I folded the seats, how can you give a loaner vehicle with so much filth? BTW vehicle is not fixed and they cannot find the problem with it and they want to trade me with a new on and want me to loose 9K for a brand new vehicle that they sold me just 90 days ago. Its all a scam and they want customer to suffer.

I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

I have a 1998 Ford F-150 with which I was having problems and took it to the service dept. and explained in detail to the Service rep what the problems were. I had to take it back in for a second time to fix the things that they were suppose to fix the first time. I will never ever take another one of my Ford vehicles to this dealer again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 30 years and have never recieved such service as I have here.
