The service department at Rusty Wallace Nissan took great care of me. My car needed the ECM replaced. Nissan had a service bulletin on that part, so I was able to get it fixed for a fraction of what the cost would have been otherwise. Also would like to note, they had my car fixed the same day. Highly recommend.

I did not have any problems getting my extension of rental car or dealing with my insurance adjuster, all of this was taken care by the representative. After a few days in the shop, my vehicle was repaired, the craftsmanship was impeccable. I would recommend AutoNation Collision center to my friends and family member who need auto repair. I'll have to say the service department has redeemed itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! They have replaced a part at the window, a rubber seal, which appears to have solved the issue! Thanks for the follow up and the fix!

I cannot say enough about Melissa and the Customer Service Representatives in the Service Department, they have always been helpful, kind, informative, and understanding. With the phones ringing continuously they do their very best to get their customers in and out and quickly as possible, making sure that their vehicles have been properly serviced and the customers understand what has been done and what their vehicle may need in the future. Thank you for always making sure my vehicle is save to get me from here to there, and doing your best to not charge anymore than you have to.

Purchased 2 vehicles from Fenton.Lies about oil change 2yrs - Loyal customer screwed

Two cars bought from Fenton ... trouble getting trade in paid off to begin with... scheduled appointment with promise of loaner had to be rescheduled after wasted day.....Now... the 2yr free oil change that went with vehicles when bought is now scam.. more new salesman and service people and seem to have amnesia about 2yr free oil change.. was in computer and everyone there sold with those tactics.. they always knew about oil change before.. Now before yr up on second car ,they no nothing about oil change promise.... Do not buy from here... some way to treat loyal repeat customer.
