Millennium Audi of Houston - Houston, TX

This is my first experience buying a car "sight unseen" and certainly will not be my last from Millenium Audi.
David handled communications and negotiation and we felt very secure speaking to him especially when he did a virtual walk around the vehicle with detailed pictures of any scratch and blemish.
We gave him a deposit, he sent us a purchase order invoice and the ball began to roll.
Phil handled paperwork and coordination of the details involving getting our car delivered to our door in the west coast.
Everything was done timely, accurately and we would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
Our oldest daughter's birthday is coming soon and we are considering doing it again.
Why did we not buy from our local dealer? Selection, no pressure, great price and no extra fees.

Roger Beasley Audi - Austin, TX

My issues with this dealership began over 2 years ago. I went in looking for a certain car with certain options and color. The saleswoman who was helping me said that would be hard to find, and told me good luck finding it. Well I did find it, in Dallas. I purchased it that next week-end. She looked very surprised when I pulled into the dealership with it for an oil change.
The service I receive here goes up and down. Sometimes they are great sometimes they are very bad. I called once to schedule a service and said I would need a loaner. The receptionist told me that it would be at least a month before she could schedule me in if I wanted a loaner. When I told her that was ridiculous she replied, "Well sir we are the only Audi dealership in Austin." I told her that shouldn't matter as I have had an Infiniti and BMW, both of which Austin only has one, and was always able to get in with a loaner the next day, if not within hours. All she came up with was "So do you want to schedule, or not?" And of all the times I have dropped off my car I have only once received an Audi as a loaner and have been given anything from Dodge Charger to different Subarus. I dropped my car off this morning, very early so I would be given an Audi loaner car, and I am in a Subaru Forester. You just can't win with this dealership, and they know they are the only place in town, so they can do what they want. I love Audis, but I will have to think twice about buying another until we have a second dealership in town. Mercedes of Austin tried to treat people the same way until the Georgetown dealership opened, now their act has changed. Roger Beasley needs the same thing to happen.
