The service is Excellent. Brian does a great job of communicating every step of the way. I picked up my truck on Saturday. Brian alerted me that he would be out and to see Hunter Pearce. Hunter had me out quickly. Thank you all for the great experience!! Also, I wanted to point out that there was a warranty issue on a part in the transmission. The service team detected the issue and had the parts there in a day and my truck fixed and ready to go.

They told me they did and held it for me as I got home, packed up the wife and drove 4 hours from where I live. we hit some traffic and were not able to get there any sooner than 7:40pm... EVEN with that, they waited and I was at the hotel taking pictures of my New to Me truck at 8:30pm. It was a record, and was the greatest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. That's based on my 5 most previous truck/car purchases!
