I have just purchased our second car from Mission Mitsubishi in San Antonio, TX. Our first car was a Mirage G5. Her name was Zippy because she loved driving a bit fast and she loved curves and turns on a dime. Ali sold us our first car. He was amazing!!! He knew everything!!! Our newest vehicle is an Eclipse Cross with Full Automatic 4 wheel drive. It is so beautiful the second you look at it. That is the best way I can describe my first thoughts about the vehicle. It is so amazing!!! I can feel each tire operating on it's own as it works together with the other three tires. The full Leather seats and interior are so luxurious That leather feels good in my hands as I grip the steering wheel. With the heat here, the automatic start and the ability to turn on the AC/Heat from inside the house is convenient. Haqqi Shamran sold us our second vehicle. I had him going around to all the vehicles inside many times. He was so knowledgeable about how everything worked in all of the vehicles we looked at. He never once looked to others to help out. They displayed a totally loaded Mirage. That was smooth!!! Then we looked at both Outlanders. I wanted both...lol Those are the Sports model and the Sedan. The Sedan was the original vehicle I wanted prior to arriving at the Show room....but my eye caught that Light Toffe/Soft Latte colored Eclipse. The tires were so sexy. The leather smelled so scrumptious. The seats are contoured to my body and the headrest was perfect. Haqqi took care of my friend and I that day. He even introduced us to the manager. I showed up that weekend with my husband. He wanted the Outlander Sports model at first but the second he saw the Ecllipse he loved it too. Haqqi was wonderful with all of the paperwork and got us through the Gap insurance we wanted quite quickly. Well, today my friend and I will pick up our new plates. Thank You Mission Mitsubishi, Ali and especially Haqqi. We will definitely be looking for you in a few years. The Johnson's

Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!

I bought a car from this dealership a little over a year ago...love the car...but the dealership its self is very un professional in the sense you dont sell my trade in with license plates on it registered to me!!!! its been 13 months since ive traded my old vehicle into these guys and now im getting toll fee bills due to there error!!! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL A VEHICLE WITH THE PLATES AND REGISTRATION STICKER STILL ON IT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER!!!!I have and will continue to contact TxDOT until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction because I havent done anything wrong yet im the one developing the headache of dealing with this issue...Thanks jubilee for over sight!!

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!

Went in to get car checked for service engine light and trouble starting. Appointment was for 1 pm. Turns out that they only have ONE mechanic who can work on Mitsubishi's and he was M.I.A. until a little after 4 pm. During this wait we tried to call and complain to the manager of the Service Department, whom could also not be reached. Then we went to talk to a "sales" rep about getting a vehicle to drive home until ours got fixed. They said that they would let us borrow one until ours was fixed. The car they brought around was bone dry on gas and ALL 4 tires were low on tire pressure by 10 points or more. We went to tell them that the car was not suitable to drive off in the condition that they gave it to us and the rep did not care or apologize. Then I asked to speak with a manager, Jared Franklin, and explained what was wrong with the car to him. He did not care and got an attitude with us saying "you can take the car or just leave it and be stuck here." I told him to drop the attitude and he jumped at me for a moment as if he was going to try and punch me. Later, they did air up the tires and give us HALF a tank of gas. The entire process was rude and met with no understanding, compassion, and a general sense of disregard for customer service. If you are looking for a car or wanting to get some service done on your Mitsubishi, DO NOT GO TO MANUEL MITSUBISHI. Save your self the headache and cash and go elsewhere.

This place is a joke!! Tried to get several repairs done on a brand new vehicle. Waited over a month for a part and then was told it was never ordered. No communication until we called them because it had been so long. Two other repairs were under warranty (brand new) and they said it wasn’t under warranty. Took the vehicle to another place and everything was fixed and not charged for.
