AMAZING Customer Service - A.J.
After calling ahead to see if they had the car we were looking for, we arrived and they already had the process started for us, had the car detailed and filled with gas. I had told them my husband needed to leave for work about 2 hours after arriving. They did everything in such fast and efficient manner. But always courteous and kind, GREAT & exceptional customer service. We test drove, financed and signed in under two hours, they got us out with 7 minutes to spare!!
Now thats what I call GREAT customer service.
Great deals and great sales service - Iparedez
I went in just to see about the sales on internet and within 55mins I drove out with my new car. It was the best sales experience I've ever have without the haggling or waiting hours for the finalizing. My salesman was Steven Curry whom I would highly recommend.
Fantastic! - Sdancer16
I had been looking for Honda Pilot for two months and several delarships gave me the run around until I came here. I had the best car salesman ever... he was funny, and gave me the best customer service. I walked into the dealership on a Friday on my lunch break and the car was parked in front and ready, completed my paper work and was out of there. Talk about an amazing way to start the weekend. Thanks Frank I appreciate you.

Overjoyed repeat customer - brittany.hines1
I started my journey with Southwest about two years ago. From day one they have always provided excellent customer service and have catered to my every need. I worked with Brandon Hill in sales and he was fantastic! Jimmy Troung was the financial person that worked my deal, and he did just that, got me a great deal! The staff overall at Southwest has always been friendly and professional. They have always remembered my fiance and I as we are repeat customers. There's no other dealership that I would want to do business with. They are outstanding!
Blake Patterson in Service was Awesome to work with! - DParmer
I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Blake and he has gone above and beyond what was expected for my services. They had my vehicles finished well before they said they would and he was a pleasure to work with. I will only take my vehicles to Blake from now on for any service after my experience there. I wish all of my employees had the professionalism and work ethic as Mr. Patterson!!. It is a rare find these days. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.
Just don't go - Justbeinghonest
So my experience started out by finding a 2006 WRX on autotrader.com for basically 10k. So I went to their website to make sure then had it. Found it there so I gave them a call and set up an appointment to see it at 7pm that evening. Talked to they salesman Jim to set it up and then when I left Austin, just to let him know I would be 10 min late. So after my 1hr and a half to get there me and my wife wait around for 20 min to see him. And that's fine. But when he takes me to see the car he didn't bring the keys... so I asked if he could get them because I wanted to test drive it and look at the engine. So he told me he would grab them and be back in just a min. So I inspect the outside of the car which had some damage and missing trim that they didn't tell me about. The inside of the car HAD NOT been cleaned. Had half filled coke bottles and Wendy's just all over the car. Which at point my wife was out. But I was still sold and nothing I couldn't fix as long as it ran. BUT 30 MINUTES after he said he would get they keys he wasn't back. So we wenthought and trod to find him. No one would help us locate him. So got I'm my car to leave and finally found him.... giving a test drive to another customer. So I asked him why he left us there for 30 min. And he said they didn't know where the keys were so he sent someone to tell me... BS no he did not. That car was sold but I honestly wouldn't take it for free from this dealership now. And that salesman should be fired. No way to run a business or treat your customers.
Be honest. - Littleboo3
Approved my sister congratulated by manager, when niece takes three buses to get vehicle they still congratulate and go over vehicle and hand over keys then they say the deal did not happened.. really!! Not good business at all. Either got the vehicle or you don't, not three days later.
MIGHT HAVE GOOD CAR, BUT BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ONE! - John L
I have been at home recovering from surgery so I have had time to do my research. I knew what I wanted, fair market prices etc. We found the car online we liked and took it for a test drive. I told the salesman it was priced above the upper end of fair market (it was priced $9700 and I knew Fair Market retail was between $8000-$9400) and I said if they would get it down to the lower end of Fair Market ($8000), and I could get checked by an independent mechanic I would buy it on the spot.
Typical form, salesman had to get the manager who came and told me I was unreasonable for asking for 20% off of the price. Went further to "explain" to me if it were a $100K car I would be asking him to take $20K off. I'm an accountant so I could do the math, but to be fair he had no way of knowing that. Manager told me they could sell the car for $9350. I asked them to email me the official offer and I said I would think about it and get back to the salesman in 48 hours.
Looking over the official bid I notices the price listed under sales tax didn't calculate to 6.25%. I asked about it and was told that was VIT. It wasn't much money, so I didn't worry about it.
48 Hours later my phone rings and it's the salesman asking if I've thought about their offer. I told him I had been thinking and I'd probably be willing to take it for my original offer (thinking I would mention the VIT issue in the closing process). Within a few minutes my wife got a call (on my phone) from the sales manager saying something like they were willing to come down to our original price so what was the problem. This struck me as odd so I looked the vehicle up online and it was listed online BELOW what I said my price was ($7500). So it seems that I was getting called because my price was now $500 below what they had it listed (i.e. if they could get me to buy it without looking online I would pay $500 over the online listing price). This is kinda cheeky, but can't completely blame them for that.
I said I'd pay the asking price online, and then started working on details of getting the car to me. Since I can't drive (i.e. recovering from surgery) the salesman said he'd be willing to drive it to me. I asked if they could drive it to me and I get it checked by a mechanic. Understandably they said they wouldn't be willing to do that if I hadn't bought the car. I knew they had a 3 days, no questions asked return policy, and I asked if my situation would fall under that. I was told yes...so that was good. This was all on Saturday and I couldn't get the money wired to them, but said I would do so on Monday.
After getting all of this sorted out, the salesman called me back with another bit of information (in my view typical ploy). I w for me, but he wanted to make sure I couldn't get them a Cashier's check today (I had already gone to great pains to explain I couldn't). I explained the I would get the money together and let them know on Monday.
Then I remembered how the tax seemed to be off because of the "VIT". I had never heard of VIT, and though I'm an accountant with a bit of background in sales tax, I do live overseas and not up on the tax law. I decide to research. I discovered that VIT is Vehicle Inventory Tax which is supposed to be paid BY THE DEALER NOT THE CUSTOMER. It's only .2%, but still I emailed the salesman to explain my concern was not the $16 but the fact this would be included in a calculation of a standard form used by the dealer. I attached to my email the reference from the Department of Motor Vehicles website as well as the Dealers manual which I found online backing up what I was saying. I said I was ready to close the deal, but I wanted an answer to this question.Oddly enough I never heard back from them.
I don't like negotiation games, but understand it's part of the process. Asking me pay $500 above what a car is listed online is a step beyond that, but maybe could be justified. The last straw for me was hiding VIT in the sales tax. I'd say be careful
Review for Mitsubishi Mirage - Nonsmoker4ever
Reported that they $old us a brand new "compact" car that smells (to this day) like cigars. The chemical clean job did not work. Disappointed.
ILLEGAL Business Practices!!! - Single Mom of 5
Horrible dealership! DO NOT buy from West Loop Mitsubishi!!! They are liars & rip you off in the finance department! Finance Mgr, Rollins Collins, the salesman, Darryl Coleman, and Sales Director Calvin Walker are all in it. They commit income fraud to get you approved, pull a "yo-yo" financing scam, switch & bait, misled on advertisement for 2016 Mitsubishi Outlanders. They don't honor hail damage discount, nor free car wash & oil change in addendum. They pull "car straw" purchases and "cash back" schemes on advertised rebate cars. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am filing a complaint with the OCCC and OAG. They should lose their dealers license for these ILLEGAL Business Practices!!!
I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same... - fwalker
I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.
Where has conscientious workers gone? - Sad Kat

Service centre - JP
I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.
Horrible - Muskrat01
Called the day before, was told no appointment necessary. Bring car in at whatever time and it will be ready in an hour. Took car in for oil change and 10,000 mile inspection next day (my day off). Was advised that car would not be ready in an hour but would be ready by 6 because they close at 7. They never called. When I called around 6:30 I was advised vehicle would not be ready till sometime tomorrow and everybody was "gone". I was left without a vehicle, no way to take kids to school or get to work. They should have called and let me know car would not be ready before they all left at 5 so I could either pick it up or make arrangent for transportation to school and work. Nobody would talk to me. They even said there was no managers or supervisors and wouldn't even give me a name of who I could speak with tomorrow. I will take my business back to SA or Corpus Christi where staff is reliable and accessible and comunication is not an issue.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this... - Caring Citizen
If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!
