We have had our car for close to a month now and we can say with certainty that we are extremely happy with our purchase. Frank was amazing in helping us find exactly what we needed within our budget. He didn't try to push us into something we couldn't afford or didn't want and he was fantastic during the typical long periods of waiting that come with purchasing a car. We were both put at ease the moment we saw his desk and the awesome figures and comic references he had. He wasn't stuffy, easy to talk to, and we felt comfortable doing business with him. The entire staff was great! Even our finance officer, Matthew was awesome, relaxed and easy to talk to. We have already boasted to friends and family of our experience so far and will certainly return for future car purchases.

Great experience purchasing a used Toyota Tundra - BIGTEX42
I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Tundra from Scott May at Heritage Mitsubishi. I had originally come in to look at a Ford, but after the demo, it was not exactly what I was looking for. However, they had just gotten the Tundra in trade, and it proved to be perfect for my needs. They gave me a very fair price, and actually let me use their computer to research the year, model, and price to confirm that it was a good deal. They had their mechanic go through the truck in detail, including looking for leaks, wear and tear, and checking the alignment, and they gave me an oil change and filled the tank at no extra charge. Scott introduced me to their service department, who have been very nice and FAST. I have driven the truck now for two hundred miles, city and highway; I've gone over it in detail myself; and I'm still pleased. I'm planning on using Heritage for my oil changes and service in the future. All in all, it was a great experience and I can recommend Heritage Mitsubishi without reservation.

Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!

So my experience started out by finding a 2006 WRX on autotrader.com for basically 10k. So I went to their website to make sure then had it. Found it there so I gave them a call and set up an appointment to see it at 7pm that evening. Talked to they salesman Jim to set it up and then when I left Austin, just to let him know I would be 10 min late. So after my 1hr and a half to get there me and my wife wait around for 20 min to see him. And that's fine. But when he takes me to see the car he didn't bring the keys... so I asked if he could get them because I wanted to test drive it and look at the engine. So he told me he would grab them and be back in just a min. So I inspect the outside of the car which had some damage and missing trim that they didn't tell me about. The inside of the car HAD NOT been cleaned. Had half filled coke bottles and Wendy's just all over the car. Which at point my wife was out. But I was still sold and nothing I couldn't fix as long as it ran. BUT 30 MINUTES after he said he would get they keys he wasn't back. So we wenthought and trod to find him. No one would help us locate him. So got I'm my car to leave and finally found him.... giving a test drive to another customer. So I asked him why he left us there for 30 min. And he said they didn't know where the keys were so he sent someone to tell me... BS no he did not. That car was sold but I honestly wouldn't take it for free from this dealership now. And that salesman should be fired. No way to run a business or treat your customers.

3/13pm came back paid cash for car. 6 visits later still trying to get plates for car and was just told THE CAR WAS SOLD TO ME WITHOUT INSPECTION!!! The Customer service is utterly atrocious. I have patience of a saint and these incompetent people are on my LAST NERVE. DON'T BUY FROM WEST LOOP MITSUBISHI

Call for an appointment. Jose Ramirez service advisor went out of his way to get me an appointment the day and time I wanted. I Later had to.change.my appointment talk to service Toni Hatten and again I was given the time and date I requested.When I came in I was greeted my service adviser Jose Ramirez who already new what I needed he then handed over my car to a mechanic for servicing .When to the service waiting lounge and in 30 minutes my car was back washed and detail ( complementary )
I was greeted on they way out by Jose Ramirez service advisor and Service manager Bob Jenkins who wanted to know who was my service experience . 2 days later got a messages from Service coordinator Toni Hatten to.thank me for coming in and ask if I.had any concerns! My wife and her sister took here 2015 mirage in for an oil change . In which they were told everyone was at lunch which is fine .They told them to come back in 1 hour she did at 1:15 pm then they told here everyone is at lunch from 1-2 pm and come back after that.My question is whats tour problem and whos running the dept. I am a mechanic my self. Get your act together next time i buy a new car which is next year ill go to a Ford dealer not owned or associated with the PAYNE group.

I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.

I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!

I bought a car from this dealership a little over a year ago...love the car...but the dealership its self is very un professional in the sense you dont sell my trade in with license plates on it registered to me!!!! its been 13 months since ive traded my old vehicle into these guys and now im getting toll fee bills due to there error!!! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL A VEHICLE WITH THE PLATES AND REGISTRATION STICKER STILL ON IT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER!!!!I have and will continue to contact TxDOT until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction because I havent done anything wrong yet im the one developing the headache of dealing with this issue...Thanks jubilee for over sight!!
