AMAZING Customer Service - A.J.
After calling ahead to see if they had the car we were looking for, we arrived and they already had the process started for us, had the car detailed and filled with gas. I had told them my husband needed to leave for work about 2 hours after arriving. They did everything in such fast and efficient manner. But always courteous and kind, GREAT & exceptional customer service. We test drove, financed and signed in under two hours, they got us out with 7 minutes to spare!!
Now thats what I call GREAT customer service.
Amazing - Kita24
By far one of the best dealerships ever. I didn't have to leave my home until the paperwork was ready to sign. Customer service is outstanding and for my situation they made the impossible possible. Ask for Jason Bell.

Great experience - Youandme101
Our sales rep was informative on the car we purchased and had an answer for every question. They were willing to work every number possible to see if we could make a deal. Definitely recommend.
He got it done!!!!!!!!!! - jherica.calhoun
My experience was smooth and hassle free! I had the pleasure of working with O.J. as my sales associate. He was efficient, direct, and reassuring. He was able to put me in something I wanted, that was also affordable, and he didn't take all day either! Shop them first; Shop there last, whatever you do go see O.J. at Clay Cooley for all your car buying needs.

Go see Tim.. - Nikki M
Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!
Blake Patterson in Service was Awesome to work with! - DParmer
I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Blake and he has gone above and beyond what was expected for my services. They had my vehicles finished well before they said they would and he was a pleasure to work with. I will only take my vehicles to Blake from now on for any service after my experience there. I wish all of my employees had the professionalism and work ethic as Mr. Patterson!!. It is a rare find these days. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.
Just don't go - Justbeinghonest
So my experience started out by finding a 2006 WRX on autotrader.com for basically 10k. So I went to their website to make sure then had it. Found it there so I gave them a call and set up an appointment to see it at 7pm that evening. Talked to they salesman Jim to set it up and then when I left Austin, just to let him know I would be 10 min late. So after my 1hr and a half to get there me and my wife wait around for 20 min to see him. And that's fine. But when he takes me to see the car he didn't bring the keys... so I asked if he could get them because I wanted to test drive it and look at the engine. So he told me he would grab them and be back in just a min. So I inspect the outside of the car which had some damage and missing trim that they didn't tell me about. The inside of the car HAD NOT been cleaned. Had half filled coke bottles and Wendy's just all over the car. Which at point my wife was out. But I was still sold and nothing I couldn't fix as long as it ran. BUT 30 MINUTES after he said he would get they keys he wasn't back. So we wenthought and trod to find him. No one would help us locate him. So got I'm my car to leave and finally found him.... giving a test drive to another customer. So I asked him why he left us there for 30 min. And he said they didn't know where the keys were so he sent someone to tell me... BS no he did not. That car was sold but I honestly wouldn't take it for free from this dealership now. And that salesman should be fired. No way to run a business or treat your customers.
Terrible customer service - LOUIS E BEASLEY
Helped my grandson buy his first new car. Already approved by our current credit union. They would not give the $4500 discount if we did not finance thru them. I asked if they used ALLY, they said yes. I told them to hit my credit once with Ally. They hit it twice with another company also, causing my credit rating to go down. Bought car on Dec.2, still don't have license plates on Jan 15. Got payments within our budget but their methods are very high pressure & shady. Will never do business with them again.
Review for Mitsubishi Mirage - Nonsmoker4ever
Reported that they $old us a brand new "compact" car that smells (to this day) like cigars. The chemical clean job did not work. Disappointed.
ILLEGAL Business Practices!!! - Single Mom of 5
Horrible dealership! DO NOT buy from West Loop Mitsubishi!!! They are liars & rip you off in the finance department! Finance Mgr, Rollins Collins, the salesman, Darryl Coleman, and Sales Director Calvin Walker are all in it. They commit income fraud to get you approved, pull a "yo-yo" financing scam, switch & bait, misled on advertisement for 2016 Mitsubishi Outlanders. They don't honor hail damage discount, nor free car wash & oil change in addendum. They pull "car straw" purchases and "cash back" schemes on advertised rebate cars. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am filing a complaint with the OCCC and OAG. They should lose their dealers license for these ILLEGAL Business Practices!!!
Worst experience ever!/they only care about their sales!!! - Friend23
Last month, I went with a friend to help him find a vehicle. We had a great sales person, Guadalupe and the first day was a pleasant experience, they took his down payment after showing him and agreeing on a vehicle
and told him to come back in the morning because it was late to complete all the paper work
Next day, my friend went and was told that the vehicle that was approved the night before was no longer approved and he had to find another vehicle. He waited for hours to let him know his approval limit so he could purchase the vehicle, which was understandable since he didnt have any credit. He returned home with no vehicle and the salesman told him that he would pick him up the next day because my friend had no transportation to go the following day to continue with process. The next day, he waited from morning to almost 5pm to be picked up but he was called and informed that they were still working with financing. The following day, we returned to dealership and were informed that my friend could be approved for a super expensive truck, and overpriced. He had to pay over 700/mo for a 2011 truck. It seemed that they didnt want to loose the sale and was willing to give him any vehicle as long as was expensive and with high monthly payments. My friend was not convinced of vehicle and refused to continue with sale, & requested his down payment back. At this point, they told him that they couldn't give him his money back because it went over to corporate and due to holidays it would take several days to be processed and refunded. They were so fast to take his money but so hard to refund the money back
Up to this day, they still have not pay him back his full amount that he paid as a down payment and they keep on giving him the round around. My friend lost almost a week of work trying to purchase a vehicle for his transportation. Gosh! Worst experience ever!!!
Where has conscientious workers gone? - Sad Kat
After buying a used Ion, with the agreement being the windshield gets replaced...... WHY, after THREE weeks of waiting,... Are we still getting the runaround every time we call!! And the people in charge are never there!!! Why do they still have a job there????
Service centre - JP
I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.
Horrible - Muskrat01
Called the day before, was told no appointment necessary. Bring car in at whatever time and it will be ready in an hour. Took car in for oil change and 10,000 mile inspection next day (my day off). Was advised that car would not be ready in an hour but would be ready by 6 because they close at 7. They never called. When I called around 6:30 I was advised vehicle would not be ready till sometime tomorrow and everybody was "gone". I was left without a vehicle, no way to take kids to school or get to work. They should have called and let me know car would not be ready before they all left at 5 so I could either pick it up or make arrangent for transportation to school and work. Nobody would talk to me. They even said there was no managers or supervisors and wouldn't even give me a name of who I could speak with tomorrow. I will take my business back to SA or Corpus Christi where staff is reliable and accessible and comunication is not an issue.

I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same... - fwalker
I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this... - Caring Citizen
If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!
