AMAZING Customer Service - A.J.
After calling ahead to see if they had the car we were looking for, we arrived and they already had the process started for us, had the car detailed and filled with gas. I had told them my husband needed to leave for work about 2 hours after arriving. They did everything in such fast and efficient manner. But always courteous and kind, GREAT & exceptional customer service. We test drove, financed and signed in under two hours, they got us out with 7 minutes to spare!!
Now thats what I call GREAT customer service.

We were in the market for a cheaper new car as we already own one new car but needed a second and initially shopped around on line. The mirage is a great little car. We had one that we kept through 246k miles and it's still running like a champ.
We went in pre approved knowing the payment we wanted to have, after 2 or 3 days we got a price we were happy with. My favorite part of it all is the paperwork , and getting the car ready to go took less than an hour.
This was our 5th new car experience and they definitely got it over with quicker than the rest.

I worked with Brandon Hill in sales and he was fantastic! Jimmy Troung was the financial person that worked my deal, and he did just that, got me a great deal! The staff overall at Southwest has always been friendly and professional. They have always remembered my fiance and I as we are repeat customers. There's no other dealership that I would want to do business with. They are outstanding!
Avoid Gilman Mitsubishi - carbuyer_2016
I had a verbal agreement with the salesman and finance manager to purchase a vehicle from Gilman Mitsubishi in Selma. I provided the information to complete the paperwork and the salesman said that they would take the car off the lot to have it detailed and fill the gas tank for when I pick it up later that day. I asked when the paperwork would be ready and the salesman said the finance guy was slammed and it would be a few hours. I contacted them in a few hours with no response. Later I get a message saying that the General Manager sold my vehicle to one of his personal friends that night. When I asked about them doing my paperwork for me to sign they said they were too busy to do it (but I guess they weren't busy enough to complete the paperwork for the GM's friend). They then offered to sell me a hail damaged vehicle the same year, model, and mileage car for over $2,500 more than what I originally agreed on. After selling my car they said they would make it up to me with a different deal, but they didn't make any real effort to match my previous deal. My recommendation is to stay away from Gilman Motors and go to a dealership that doesn't do bait and switch.

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Blake and he has gone above and beyond what was expected for my services. They had my vehicles finished well before they said they would and he was a pleasure to work with. I will only take my vehicles to Blake from now on for any service after my experience there. I wish all of my employees had the professionalism and work ethic as Mr. Patterson!!. It is a rare find these days. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.

I recently went into this dealership to look at a used vehicle. The salesman Lupe Garcia was fantastic. The general manager however was not so great. He was very unprofessional. Very bad business ethics. I have a lot more choice words about this general manager but I'll keep those to myself. After coming to an agreement on price and getting a buyers order done I decided to buy the car I went to look at due to Lupe being so great. I left the dealership and went to my bank to get the vehicle financed. I finished all of the paperwork and had the bank fax over the draft form to show the vehicle had been financed. I contacted Lupe to let him know the form was faxed and low and behold the general manager was trying to sell the vehicle I just financed. The draft form was literally sitting on his desk. So technically that vehicle was sold. The general manager sold that car to whoever was sitting there even after I had already financed it. The general manager refused to speak with me over the phone and will not call me back. I will never refer anyone to this dealership after this experience. I've never seen a general manager with such horrible business ethics.
Don't Even Bother With These People - es4597
I have been buying new cars for almost fifty years. I went there to purchase another new car. These people use every high-pressure sales technique that I have ever seen. They take your keys to your trade in and won't give them back to you so that you can't leave. They "double team" you by bringing in the "manager" so that both he and the salesperson can pressure you. to buy the car. In the middle of the paper signing process they surprise you with a new charge that they never mentioned to you earlier. They promise you things like "one year free service," but it is nowhere in the final contract so that is is your word against theirs. It's a typical fast-talking, sleazy car dealership. I feel that I was railroaded into buying a car because they just outlasted me. Don't go there alone unless you can be as pushy and obnoxious as they are.
Bait and Switch - mrpms
Saw a TV commercial so went in to buy an inexpensive vehicle. When I got there no one had any idea about their 65% off 2015 mirage advertisement. I was prepared to pay cash but it appears to be a bait and switch advertisement. Left. A few days later West Loop advertised a 2015 Mirage for $5295 on TV. I went to the dealership again. Once the manager saw it was me, He stated that the one vehicle was being held because a woman put $3,500 deposit to purchase the car. But of course he could show me something that cost more. I know BS when I hear it. If I wanted a vehicle held, you put down 10%, $600, not $3,500 or you just buy it out right at a $5295 price. If you go to West Loop Mitsubishi on some great advertisement, expect ignorance or that vehicle to be gone. These are the Bait and Switch experts.

I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.

After buying a used Ion, with the agreement being the windshield gets replaced...... WHY, after THREE weeks of waiting,... Are we still getting the runaround every time we call!! And the people in charge are never there!!! Why do they still have a job there????

I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.

Called the day before, was told no appointment necessary. Bring car in at whatever time and it will be ready in an hour. Took car in for oil change and 10,000 mile inspection next day (my day off). Was advised that car would not be ready in an hour but would be ready by 6 because they close at 7. They never called. When I called around 6:30 I was advised vehicle would not be ready till sometime tomorrow and everybody was "gone". I was left without a vehicle, no way to take kids to school or get to work. They should have called and let me know car would not be ready before they all left at 5 so I could either pick it up or make arrangent for transportation to school and work. Nobody would talk to me. They even said there was no managers or supervisors and wouldn't even give me a name of who I could speak with tomorrow. I will take my business back to SA or Corpus Christi where staff is reliable and accessible and comunication is not an issue.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!
