Part needed for repair was ordered for overnight delivery, but the order was cancelled and the part had to be re-ordered now with a 7-10 day lead time. The car was brought back to us and another service appointment will have to be scheduled. Crest did provide a loaner car in which they delivered to our house and brought our car back to us when the service appointment had to be rescheduled
