A smooth course of understanding, compassion, guidance, earnestness and earned trust was what I found in her. I can't express how upset I am to be sold a brand new vehicle and only received one key. They lost the original 2nd key to the 2025 tigaun. Who does that? You had all day to get my vehicle ready. You should have told me you only had 1 key before I signed my contract. Now I'm really upset. I will wait for the Volkswagen survey it will be scored all zeros. This is unacceptable. If the general manager wants to talk to me about this he better have the keys to my vehicle on hand in 24 hours or just undo my contract and get me another vehicle that has two keys. Simple as that. Thanks
