The repair agents we dealt with were fine and provided all information needed for me to make a decision. However, I was not happy with the report that Audi could not fix the sensor on my transmission which is causing transmission alert messages to come on my dashboard. The only thing you say you can do is put in a new transmission which is a $20,000 cost, which is ridiculous when only the sensor needs to be repaired and the transmission itself is fine. So while I'm not happy with the decision by Audi, the agents were fine to deal with. I'm just going to sell my Audi and go buy a Lexus!

Call Salt Lake City Porsche for some parts for the first time out of state. Porsche Parts advisor Douglas Galicia helped me get exactly what I needed. I was given the best customer service I’ve received from a Porsche dealer a very long while. Doug is very knowledgeable and was overall excellent to work with. He went a love and beyond to help me and we chatted about Porsche cars for bit. I can only recommend Doug at Salt Lake City Porsche as he sets the best example of what makes Porsche excellent here in the states. Thanks Doug and I’ll be back!!

Recommended by our local mechanic for unusual electrical issue. Tried to replicate issues but initially could not. Very patient when issues retuned doing additional testing. Unfortunately issue was complex and cost was more than car was worth and also complex. They willingly assisted in helping get rid of vehicle as we live out of town. Everyone was very nice especially salesman that helped me when I had to return car after shop closed.Brian in the shop was very helpful and also very nice as well as receptionist that answers the phone.

I am impressed with the service department at this dealership! The people are so friendly and helpful and they don't treat people like just some other person (take a number). They work to resolve the issue as quickly as they can and you also get a free complimentary overall vehicle check. I had an appointment to get to and I was provided with a very nice car while mine was being serviced. You could not ask for better service than this!!!
