21 August I was having a problem with my car stalling out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service advisor). Because I didn't have an appt, Ashleigh explained that it might be a quite a few hours before a tech would be available to diagnose the problem but she would do what she could to get me on my way. Less than 2 hours later the problem was found and an adjustment was made. Over 300 miles later and my car is running perfect. My wife and I were very appreciative of the effort she made to get our car serviced. Ashleigh is a credit to the the dealership AND the service dept.

My advisor Matthew Cyr was informative and they even did an inspection all around my vehicle and recommended some services that would improve the longevity of my car and even informed me how! These guys are my speed. Apple pie and LT1 Chevrolet. They took care of my Inspection and enissions...and gave me some insight about why my stereo kept cutting in and out. Some stereo place used electrical tape on my existing wiring harness instead of solder and shrink wrap. I dont wznt to go bsck there so they gave me a quote. They said if there was anything they could do for me just come on by. They made me feel at home. Charter, Robert, and the other service writers were all joking around (when appropriate). This is my Dealer.

Their service department had my Camaro SS for 4 months. Saying it didn't run and needed all nee electronics and a wiring loom. None of this was true. After months of frustration Geico suggested an unannounced check on the vehicle. I found it in the back. It started right up. The radio wasn't working but that was because the middle wasn't plugged in. I called the GM (Jason Fischbein to ask about their total lack of call backs and comminication: "Our communication could be better; but if we were perfect you couldn't afford us! Ha Ha Ha... He has a singular wit. I bought my car there from a very nice man. I found their service department who I was very nice to the day Geico and I visited to be dismissive and did not dream to me. Even when directly spoken to. I don't know if this was a thing between Geico and the Dealer or whst I just know the next dealer said my car shouldn't have been there for more than 30 days no matter what they had to do. Sure enough Mark, the service manager who called me only after I left a review like this; said "we have cars thst have been here over a year! but here I am bending over backwards"to "help you out". My car was out of there by the end of the day. Best decision I made and it will never be serviced there again even though it was purchased there less than a year ago. Just totally don't get why they did whst they did. I would hsve been a loyal customer.

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!
