Great experience! - Hibl Family
Chris Tugel is the best salesman we've ever had. He really made us feel special. Would definitely reccommend to friends and family
Professional and friendly atmosphere and service! - Cassandra B
Upon needing an upgrade from my current vehicle I chose to shop the local Fred Mueller Automotive. I chose to take the vehicle for a test drive but beforehand Mike gave me a run down of the vehicle and special features that were specific to this vehicle. That made me feel incredibly comfortable with it before I took it for a test drive. I was a little conflicted from which vehicle to purchase since I was looking at two of them but Mike showed a great deal of patience and applied no pressure whatsoever so I had extra time to think it over. The next day I took it for another test drive and decided that was the one for me. Mike was extremely helpful in the whole process as well as Luke with financing. Everything was taken care of and I was ready to go that day! The non pushy and human aspect to this whole car buying experience made me feel so comfortable and confident in their service. I would definitely recommend their service to any of my family and friends!
Friendly and honest service - Pwbigbk

Howard Gleason- Manager - Cory
We are buying a car Monday. A new 2016 Crosstrek. We're we're misinformed that the original one we came in for today to purchase which they drove in from Illinois has GPS. Probably not purposely lied to but presented to that the difference between the 2 cars dash was basically an inch screen size. No mention there would be no GPS. Just no puss button start. So we've been waiting for it to arrive since 10/18. Today, we are informed we can't get it. Paperwork not final. Bummer. But we can come learn to operate features of car so my husband can pick up on Tues when it is ready. 1/2 hour into demo, we learn no GPS in the car as expected and only way to get is to upgrade to a more expensive car.I have a previous internet quote that I showed himfrom the 27th st dealer on a same car ( that car actually has a higher MSRP) and am offered a price higher than the Internet price than the car from the other place. The car should be lower. It has less features. He said he doesn't know how they can do that pricing. Howard couldn't match it. The salesman seemed genuinely sorry in that he misinformed us. The manager Howard Gleason lacked ANY sincerity from the start. Informed us he's only getting $200 out of the deal and annoyingly said he didn't know why we ordered the other car in the first place. He made me feel like he didn't care if we were customers. The sales person messed up but was sincere. We did call back and close the deal. Only because of the salesman and the fact that it was $100 we couldn't agree on that -Howard was willing to lose the sale for. Offered nothing for the hassles and inconvenience so far. No apologies. In fact, when it was brought up he said while "I didn't do it" ( make the mistake). No im sorry for your trouble, frustration. We value you. None of that. We intend to buy another car within a month. I hope there will be another Manager there or that he treats me better if we interact because I'd like to feel better than this whole thing went down. Obviously, for now we are going back and purchasing Monday. I'm still guarded but I know others have had good experiences here. My sister raves! Maybe Howard was having an "off" day. I don't know but this whole thing was a frustrating and unpleasant experience I must say. I'll recommend Sommers for now- but I'm guarded.
Great Experience - postal worker
Matt was very helpful and found me just the Jeep that I was looking for in my price range. This was my 3rd Jeep that I have purchased from Klein's. They are always very friendly and helpful! Thanks very much Matt! Love my new Jeep!

Excellent buying experience with great people! - Wendy Ellsworth
Scott was great to work with and helped us trade in our 2009 Suburban for a new 2016 Suburban. He spent time showing us all of the new features and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Tim was great making sure the vehicle was ready for us to drive home. Thanks Kunes Country!
2016 Colorado - RJK123
I would not think of buying a car from anyone but Kent Jeffers and EVS. Kent always treats me well and I know that I am getting the best deal possible. In addition to Kent - the service team at EVS Saukville is outstanding.
3 Car Purchases, 0 Problems. - GLAEWisconsin
I've bought 3 used vehicles from the Brodhead store over the last 2 years, each experience was easy going and hassle free for me. My most recent purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave was excellent, I had dealt with the salesperson Jeff who helped make the whole process easy going. The staff was always super friendly for all of the times I've been there including service visits.
Wonderful customer service! - sierra
Service reps. the the time to carefully listen to your concerns. They keep you updated on repair progress and estimated costs. A place you can trust!
There to help!! - Swellservice
The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.
Awesome - CHARLES SCHLAGENHAFT
Awesome dealership. Very friendly personnel personified by Jeff. I nominate Jeff for the employee of the month for his excellent help in making my decision.

Silverado buyer - Jim W
Stopped in to look and get some pricing and trade in allowances, left with new 2016 Chevy Silverado.
Great dealership and our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.
Terrific experience and would highly recommend.
Friendly Sales Competitive Price - 9094kent
Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.
Happy New Customer - Robert Selch
Just finished up on a new vehicle . Traded a GMC 3500 for a Chevy Silverado 2500. We cant say enough about our salesman Wade Duncan. He helped with all the electronic which was setting up our on star to programming our phones to the truck. He had such great patients with my husband and me.
Thank you Wade for the great experience in buying a truck. We will be back.
Great as always! - MIKE ROSSI
I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book.

Truck purchase - ritchie355
We had e-mailed several dealers to see what kind of trucks they had on the lot. Our first stop was at Stark and we were able to find just what we were looking for. Chad was very nice to work with, was not pushy and eager to find us what we were looking for. The other staff we worked with were very friendly, reliable and willing to meet our requests. It was a pleasure doing business with all.
Excellent - elvis
This was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing my Buick encore. Family owned !!business what a difference they truly care. My sales representative Hannah was extra special. Not pushy, but totally someone I would go to again. She took me through the entire process with total professionalism. See Hannah at Wheelers Buick she is great!!!!!

Purchase of 2016 Chev Equinox LTX - S Treb
We worked with a new sales rep for this most recent Chevy purchase, Ryan Johnson. Ryan did a great job helping us find the specific vehicle we were interested in. The Chev Equinox LTZ was not readily available at this dealership, but Ryan worked with us consistently and professionally to get us everything we were looking for in our Chevy purchase. The other team members that we worked with, were also helpful and professional.
New Car Purchase - Todd & Tom
Kris Hettenhaus made our experience great. She walked us through every aspect of the vehicle and did not pressure us at all. They are lucky to have her on staff!

Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! - Boomer
I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.
Awesome experience with a few hiccups, Loved it - LukeHaag
I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.
Terrible Sales and Manager at this Location - SunnyDay
After working with a sales associate for a day and a half to purchase a truck...and waiting all morning for them to send me the purchase contract...they call and tell me they are going to sell to someone else because they were there and willing to pay more...AFTER we already negotiated the price of the truck, the price of my trade-in, and how I was going to pay for it and when I was going to come pick it up!
Terrible management and sales oversight at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
Easy transfer - Bluebird 321
Excellent communication and follow through! Everything was ready to go. I got exactly the car that I wanted and help in setting up all of the new technology.
Easy as it gets. - Morris
From start to finish and continuing after the sale there wasn't a question unanswered or a call not returned. Honestly one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I can recall.
Overall terrible experience! - justjake
After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process.
BAD OIL CHANGES - guitar
Two oil changes in a row, they not only shorted me a quart of oil (which will wreck the engine in the long run) but put in the wrong oil. They put in WD30 instead of WD20 and didn't tell me.
When I had them change out the oil the second time, I had to sit there almost two hours and they refused to admit their fault saying "Sorry for the misunderstanding."
Do not go there unless you know cars and plan on checking up on their work.
