Amazing sales experience! - rachybachy1234
Yesterday I purchased my SECOND car from Steve at the Sheboygan Chevy dealership. Not only has steve sold me two vehicles, but has also sold to multiple family members of mine. He truly is our family car sales man! I cannot go on enough about how easy and stress free this process was for me. I came on the lot looking, and Steve helped me from start until finish to make the best and most affordable decision when it came to my budget. He is NEVER pushy and truly listens to what you want and what you can afford and finds that perfect vehicle for your needs. He keeps you up to date during the process and makes sure he does everything he can to make sure everything goes smooth, easy, and STRESS FREE! I highly recommend Steve to anyone and everyone!

Why can't they all be like Mike? - ATR
Popped into Fred Mueller for the first time one day looking for a vehicle, ideally something that could seat at least 6. Didn't have much of an idea what would be available or in our price range, and didn't really have a timeframe in which I was looking to purchase a vehicle. Basically, I was looking for the right vehicle at the right price, and when found, that would make it the right time. Mike was friendly and helpful, and patient - I think I drove at least 3 vehicles that day over the course of more than 3 hours. Despite working with other guests during that time, Mike acknowledged us between vehicles so we knew what to expect. That may not seem like much, but it's more than I've experienced elsewhere.
That day, nothing really hit the spot or settled in, so Mike took some notes on what I was looking for and said he'd keep an eye out. I was dubious, as historically this has meant "I'll contact you to keep asking you about the cars you looked at". Sure enough, Mike let me know about several other cars that might be of interest, as they came in, and was up front with things (scratches, dings, feature differences, pricing). Over the course of several weeks, I must have stopped by the dealership another 4 or 5 times to check something out. Mike was always professional (whether communicating via phone, text, or in person).
Eventually, Mike found me something that while a bit more than I was intending to spend, had significantly fewer miles than anything I was previously considering. I made the decision to purchase it, on the condition that "my list" was taken care of. Mike made sure that everything on that list was addressed, whether it be simply getting me information or addressing something cosmetic or functional with the vehicle.
I never felt pressure, and it was great to have Mike looking out for me. While a vehicle transaction is something a dealership and a salesperson are regularly involved in, I can't say the same for me. Mike and the team at Fred Mueller understand this. The purchasing process was quick and smooth, but not forced. Questions were answered. Time was taken. I (again) kept Mike at work after the dealership was supposed to have closed (not that Mike said anything about it, but I had my eye on the clock). And after the sale, service continued. Mike texted me to see how things were going, well after business hours. The day after the sale, I had more questions. Mike worked to address them through text or call.
I've thankfully never had a bad experience at a dealership, but none have come close to being as good of an experience as this. Thanks, Mike!

Very nice upgrade - faster than I expected! - kenivey
We needed to upgrade to a little larger and more comfortable car, since we'll be commuting to Milwaukee for the next 6 months or so.
As if by magic, your Facebook post announcing the great deal on a barely used Trax popped up on my timeline. Great timing! I stopped in Monday (fully expecting to spend all day working out details etc. etc.) and was in and out with our 'New' Trax in no time. :)
We love our Trax and are so glad we were able to get a great deal in Manitowoc! Thanks, Deb, for making this such a smooth transaction.

Another satisfied trip to Brad @ Zimbrick - NewHouse1
"Another solid 5-Star experience from Brad Dennis @ Zimbrick Eastside. Brad has a knack for making you feel at ease, he is a great listener and works very hard to earn your business. Solid knowledge of all vehicles he showed us and took into consideration what was important to us as buyers, rather than what he felt was important to him- for Brad it's not just all about making the sale. We will be back for more vehicles in the future from Brad. "
Wonderful team at Sommers Subaru! - Steve from Rockford, IL
My initial internet inquiries were taken care of by Jennifer. Her follow-up was timely and thorough. We went back and forth several times. When my wife traveled from Rockford, IL to Mequon, WI and stopped by in person, she met with Grant & Cory. I was still in Rockford, and Cory responded to my follow-up questions, what-if scenarios in a timely fashion.
I journeyed to Mequon and with my wife, visited the dealership for our appointment. We were greeted by many personable staff members, received a fair deal on our trade-in and my wife finally got her long-awaited Outback!! It's nice seeing a family business being serviced by 2nd & 3rd generations in a successful, fair & friendly professional manner, and we look forward to a long-term relationship with Sommers! Buying our Buick - BuyBuick
I had been searching online for Buick vehicles for a few weeks when I found the Buick at Starks. My husband and I stopped in for a test drive and we were directed to Kelly for assistance. Kelly was very welcoming and friendly. Once we made the decision to purchase Kelly went over all of the "new to us" technology features of the vehicle. She even let our daughter help transfer the vehicle plates over so she felt included in the exciting adventure.
After a couple days the remote start feature stopped working on the vehicle. We took it in for a diagnosis and worked with the automotive team and management to get all the necessary repairs made at no cost to us. We really appreciated Stark taking this step to get the vehicle back in top working order.
Throughout the whole experience Kelly would check in with us every few days to see how things were going. This made us feel like she really cared about her customers and that we just weren't another sale. Thank you Stark Team! We greatly appreciated your Customer Service.
made a quick sale happen for us - whydoIneedtocreateascreenname?
We needed a car relatively quickly and they immediately (and without hesitation) allowed us to take it to our usual mechanic for a check-over. Rest of the paperwork, etc., was processed rapidly and we were on our way. Bingo was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating.
3 Car Purchases, 0 Problems. - GLAEWisconsin
I've bought 3 used vehicles from the Brodhead store over the last 2 years, each experience was easy going and hassle free for me. My most recent purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave was excellent, I had dealt with the salesperson Jeff who helped make the whole process easy going. The staff was always super friendly for all of the times I've been there including service visits.
Very Good - GMC1
Every thing was clean. The service was good and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The work on the SUV was done in the time they said it would be.
There to help!! - Swellservice
The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.
Great buying experience - New owner
Great dealer to work with a a vehicle purchase. They take the time to go over the deatails and deliver what the promise. Thanks Again.

Great easy sales - Patrick
I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.
This was a great new car buying experience. I was able to buy the car, give them my trade in, and drive away - all in about 2 hours!
It is so uncommon to have a car dealership, and management, be straight up and honorable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal, no pressure, and straight forward talk. An HONORABLE dealership!
Buying a 2014 F250 at Les Mack - Mike Bryant
Gary and Ben at Les Mack made my wife's and my buying experience a great one. Gary took the time to send me pictures and even a video of the F250 that I was looking for. He called me with updates and took time to answer all my questions. Ben made the finance process and extras understandable and easy to use. They gave me a more than fare price on my trade and were very helpful.. We drove an hour and 45 mins to buy from Les Mack and Gary and Ben and it was well worth it.

Purchase of 2016 Chev Equinox LTX - S Treb
We worked with a new sales rep for this most recent Chevy purchase, Ryan Johnson. Ryan did a great job helping us find the specific vehicle we were interested in. The Chev Equinox LTZ was not readily available at this dealership, but Ryan worked with us consistently and professionally to get us everything we were looking for in our Chevy purchase. The other team members that we worked with, were also helpful and professional.

NEW TRUCK PURCHASE - Very Satisfied Customer
We shopped around for a new truck. Holiday greatly surpassed the competition. We felt that we received an awesome deal. Angela was great to work with and was very thorough when reviewing the features of our new vehicle with us.
Fantastic! - K.S.
We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.
We will not shop anywhere else, and we will only stop in when Jim Z. is working! =) (everyone else is fine, but when you find your sales person, you find your sales person!)
Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! - Boomer
I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - Anne Vriezen
The service dept has absolutely no "customer first" service ethic. They take phone calls while talking to a person in front of them. Extremely RUDE. The salesperson was initially good to deal with until we found out from another dealer that the vehicle we bought 4 months earlier had a branded title and that is why we could not get a better trade in on it. That was never told to us or I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. This dealership is fraudulant. The falsify their DOT inspections.
Good buying experience - Eastsider62
I bought a Volkswagen Golf TSI to replace a VW Golf Diesel that I turned-in as part of the VW buyback program. The EVS salespeople were professional and answered all my questions.
EVS did not have a Golf in stock in the color that I wanted and none were available in the local area. So, they found a car about 300 miles away and delivered it within a few days.
After I took delivery of the car, the sales manager made sure that certain VW accessories (which arrived a few days later) were promptly installed.
Horrible experience - Classicburban1989
Bought a used Tahoe. Looked great but was sold to me as is, 3 weeks into ownership a very expensive part failed and lynch said they weren't obligated to help. Had to go back and forth for days and only saw results after I said I was getting a lawyer. I had to install the new part myself. When I picked up the part the parts department swore at me using the "F" word and tossed the box with the part at me. Afterwords the general manager instructed me not to come back with any further issues with the vehicle. After 6 weeks of ownership the engine burns oil, the transmission shifts wrong and burns fluid, the front suspension needs to be replaced and the electronics inside the truck started failing. I tried to contact one of the owners but ended up dealing with the same general manager, he again said they were not obligated to do anything and commented how the truck is used and older so there are going to be things wrong with it. Also the tires were completely dry rotted and cracked. A penny could fit in the cracks. That's how wide they were. After looking up the Kelly blue book value. It came to $3,000.
Lynch sold the truck for $8,990 before all the fees that come with buying a vehicle.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! they are a horrible place. They will find any way they can to screw you over. I had to go to another dealership and purchase another vehicle. I had to roll a substantial amount of money into the new loan. I understand this is an as is vehicle but I don't feel that this truck should have even been on the sales lot. I asked the dealer I went to if they would have put this truck on their lot and they said absolutely not. It would have gone straight to auction. Selling me a vehicle in this state of disrepair shows they have no morals and don't care. They just want to sell cars.
