Great towork with - jzcanyon
The 2016 Canyon is the 5th vehicle I have purchased at Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. The second one working with Luke. He made the experience very easy and was extremely helpful in the through out the process. He has been very helpful in the weeks after the purchase answering questions that I had about the my new vehicle. I would recommend working with Luke and the staff at the Chevy dealer ship.
I was in a car accident, My vehicles was totaled out. - Gmc2016buickregal
Mike Kohler gave us many options & found us the exact car that was what we wanted.. Mike is an excellent asset to your company.
Information and performance - placidleonard725
Oil needed changed .. battery replaced , air conditioning clean-up. Service people were most courteous and timely in their estimates and performance was excellent including getting my car out of the rain at the end.
Reliable Car, Reliable Dealer - AWD Dave
The Subaru is a great value. Really, the only AWD vehicles in this price range. Our sales rep., Don Ciardo, knows the vehicles. Smooth sailing through the lease with John Welke, the business mgr. A great buying experience. Our third new Subaru from Sommers.
Excellent sales experience - Porscheguy
I purchased a used car from Kunes Country - Elkhorn this week and was very pleased with the outstanding customer service exhibited by all the folks I met. The sales team clearly are top professionals and all work together to create a great sales experience. Thanks to Eduardo, Jason and Zak.
New 2017 traverse - Vette

3 Car Purchases, 0 Problems. - GLAEWisconsin
I've bought 3 used vehicles from the Brodhead store over the last 2 years, each experience was easy going and hassle free for me. My most recent purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave was excellent, I had dealt with the salesperson Jeff who helped make the whole process easy going. The staff was always super friendly for all of the times I've been there including service visits.
A Very Satisfying Experience - Miller, dottie
Buying a new vehicle is a daunting transaction for most people. The staff at Clason helped to make our experience actually enjoyable. Everyone was not only friendly but very knowledgeable about the GMC automobile we were interested in. We appreciated their patience in answering all our questions about all the technology involved in running the car. We certainly would recommend Clason to friends & family as the place to buy their next automobile.
There to help!! - Swellservice
The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.
Awesome - CHARLES SCHLAGENHAFT
Awesome dealership. Very friendly personnel personified by Jeff. I nominate Jeff for the employee of the month for his excellent help in making my decision.
Great experience with Josh Zimmerman - Nana Di
Great experience and very happy all around. So happy with our new Silverado 1500.. Josh was a great salesman and ended up beating everyone else's price. This was the 3rd car we have bought from Don Johnson in 10 years so that says it all..I highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a very honest , hard working salesman.
Josh spent several years serving our country and you can tell the way he he treats you with respect.
Silverado buyer - Jim W
Stopped in to look and get some pricing and trade in allowances, left with new 2016 Chevy Silverado.
Great dealership and our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.
Terrific experience and would highly recommend.
Friendly Sales Competitive Price - 9094kent
Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.
Happy new customer - JoAnn France
We traded in our Kia Optima at Les Mack after working with Wade Duncan and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone we met treated us with respect and greeted us as friends. Our new Trax is exceeding our expectations.
service - ebarwick
oil chg. & filter, and car wash completed in a very timely manner.
We were treated as a valued customer even though our service
was free under warranty.
Truck purchase - ritchie355
We had e-mailed several dealers to see what kind of trucks they had on the lot. Our first stop was at Stark and we were able to find just what we were looking for. Chad was very nice to work with, was not pushy and eager to find us what we were looking for. The other staff we worked with were very friendly, reliable and willing to meet our requests. It was a pleasure doing business with all.
Another #AWESOME experience at Ewald in Oconomowoc - Mike Fehrenbach
This was my fifth car purchase from Ewald in the past 24 months. Mike Balsewicz is a no pressure sales associate and doesn't mess around with you. Brett Ewald is a class act! My experience was fantastic and I urge to to give them a try. You will never need another dealer after trying Ewald.
Worst vehicle ever - Firewoman1991
Bought a vehicle from the budget center and it was not worth the purchase. I have pretty much fixed everything there is to on it and I haven't owned it a year. Good service poor quality
Painless - 4MyBeatifulWife
Roberto was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I enjoyed his patience and honosty. It is so nice to see that customer service isnt just talked about, Roberto genuinely cares! We will be back when we are looking for another car.
Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! - Boomer
I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.
Awesome experience with a few hiccups, Loved it - LukeHaag
I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.
Terrible Sales and Manager at this Location - SunnyDay
After working with a sales associate for a day and a half to purchase a truck...and waiting all morning for them to send me the purchase contract...they call and tell me they are going to sell to someone else because they were there and willing to pay more...AFTER we already negotiated the price of the truck, the price of my trade-in, and how I was going to pay for it and when I was going to come pick it up!
Terrible management and sales oversight at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
Overall terrible experience! - justjake
After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process.
Helpful folks at Zimbrick Eastside Buick/GMC - Cube
As a part of a lengthy search, among at least a dozen makes and models, for a car to replace my aging Acura TSX, I conducted a test drive of an AWD Buick Regal. Tom McConnell was very helpful at locating one of the vehicles that I had suggested would be appropriate for a test drive, and was ready and eager to answer any questions I had.
BAD OIL CHANGES - guitar
Two oil changes in a row, they not only shorted me a quart of oil (which will wreck the engine in the long run) but put in the wrong oil. They put in WD30 instead of WD20 and didn't tell me.
When I had them change out the oil the second time, I had to sit there almost two hours and they refused to admit their fault saying "Sorry for the misunderstanding."
Do not go there unless you know cars and plan on checking up on their work.
Lemon.... - Cari
I bought a pre-owned vehicle at Boucher Cadillac in Waukesha. First, I did not appreciate the very salesman pressures. I also felt the manager was on performance with fake customer service skills. After a few months of driving my new-to-me preowned vehicle, the engine started knocking, in the dead of winter. I checked the oil and it was all gone. I quick dumped in 3 liters and contacted Boucher. It took awhile, but they finally agreed to do consumption testing. The service rep I worked with was very nice, but he admitted that he was having a hard time getting answers from the manager regarding my complaint. The consumption testing took about a year because sometimes they would forget to record results. I kept running out of oil every 1,000 miles and the blame was put on me as the owner who is responsible for checking oil regularly (who really does that right after buying a car from a dealer?!). The nice service rep who tried very diligently to help me and get answers ended up leaving Boucher so then I was starting over with someone else. They kept promising that they would consult with this car manufacturer's dealer for answers. They finally came up with a dumb broad response that this particular car just naturally runs out of oil every thousand miles and I have to keep filling it up. I'm a single woman, and I feel had. I'm not dumb. I'm tired of always checking oil and dumping more in all the time. I would expect that with a car purchased from a shady person off the street, not a dealer; and certainly not when I paid good money for that car and have a bank note on it.
Service dept is poor - Blaine
Took vehicle in for rear end sway. They Replaced front struts. They don't seem to care they are losing customers for their sales team.
If you look for a dealer based on their service, this is not the place.
Take money no help with warranty - Dajablu
Got a rebuilt "GM" transmission,$4100.00 cost R& R. I have all service done at GM dealers above and beyond warranty requirements. After 11 mo. 27 days and 103000 miles transmission is shot, never towed and all highway miles. GM says tough luck buddy.wants me to do it again.I said no.I went to people that rebuild for everyone, cost me $2750.00 installed with 3 yr/ unlimited mileage warranty.
To xxxx with GM service. I will never step foot in a GM service dept again, I own a Cadillac DeVille a Trail blazer and a Chevy express van, they will never see a GM garage again, piss on them. I also will purchase my vehicles from auctions from here on no more BS GM warranties for me.F Palmquist
Highly Unprofessional Sales Staff - Rich
I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!
horrible - amiee0809
I have a 2010 traverse and when I got it from the lot I herd a noise the sales lady said it was normal,I said okay. Got it home found out in the long run I need a whole new front in, also I haven't even had it a year and my timing chain is going out, theirs a lot of recalls on my my suv. My power steering is gonna need done soon, when you go to buy something you want it to be save on the road not have to worry about breaking down right away. After paying that kind of money. I have to get front tire care of the front end being bad. Car dealers need to watch what they sell before it goes out on the line. I have kids to think about. I got your car from 199ride.com and took out extra coverage on it but some stuff isn't covered and I'm not happy when I thought I had a safe ride. My mechanic said that's why the other people traded it in, but the car dealer never fixed any of it before reselling it.
