Buying a new car if not the most pleasant experience. Something about it always makes you wonder if you are getting the best deal or taken advantage of. The team at Sheboygan Chevy and specifically my rep Brandon made it one of more pleasant experiences in a long time. Even before we made a final decision and were still shopping around he guided us on what to look for and how to know if we were getting good deal - even if it wasn't with him.
At one point when we were leaning toward another model I commented I wish Brandon could sell me the car at Dealer "X" becasue I would love to give him my business. As it turned out, we ended up buying from him and are very happy! Too soon to rate the car yet, but the buying experience was great and I'm sure we'll love the car for many years to come.

When our car decided that it had enough, we were unexpectedly thrust into shopping for another vehicle. We started our search online and we narrowed our search to a handful of local dealerships. We had a good experience with Buick before so we decided to give Fred Mueller a chance. From the first email to the final handshake, Mike Kohler was a true professional. Mike is very personable and knows the vehicles he sells. When it came time to talk numbers, Russ Vasilovich was outstanding. Russ played all the right notes and made us feel good about going with the car we purchased. I will definately recommend Mike, Russ and the entire Fred Mueller team to anyone looking for a quality, competively priced vehicle. Well done, team Fred Mueller.

Since we were not ready to buy just then, Lana showed us different cars, and help us decide on a vehicle for the future needs. We took over a week of her time, but she was patient and helpful every step of the way. When we decided to make the purchase, she worked hard to find us the best deal, and to be advocates for us with the business manager. A pleasant, worthwhile experience.

The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.

Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.

My sales person, Steve Myers, was a pleasure to work with. Over a week and a half, I had stopped a few times to look at a '13 Silverado that was on the lot. I met Steve on my second or third visit, and never once felt any pressure. Steve was polite and conversational, but not pushy.
When I decided to do the deal, I was pleased with the $$ for my trade, and more than pleased with the final price on my (new to me) truck.
From Steve, to Tracy, at the front desk, Mike the Used car Manager, and Jason in service, the entire Ewald crew was welcoming and respectful from the first time we met. I have never felt more comfortable, or more confidant, with a purchase of a vehicle than I have been with this purchase.

Les Mack was the first place I stopped when I was looking to buy a used 2015 Ford Flex. I dealt with Randy, and I was impressed with the value of my trade in he offered me, and also with the price of the Flex I was looking to buy. I still wanted to shop around just to make sure I was making the right decision.
After going to other dealerships, I realized I needed to take the deal offered to me by Les Mack. I called Randy, and he was understanding and patient with me looking around, and eagerly excited about earning my business. The process of buying the car was quick, and Ben in financing was helpful with explaining the little details. The car was detailed very professionally and looked pretty much brand new!
I even left a personal item behind in my trade in vehicle, and Randy immediately threw it in the mail, and I received it the next day. (I live 3 hours east of Lancaster) I was so impressed with Les Mack, and Randy that I would give him my business any day of the week, or refer any of my friends and family.

The day before we went to Minocqua and tried two vehicles and sat down to talk price. The salesman took the vehicle spec and price sheet on the car we were interested in and wrote my name on it. He then laid it on the desk and said he had to do something and left. I told the wife that sheet was placed there for his benefit and our curiosity. When he came back I told him that before an interrogation we place evidence on the desk for visual assessment by the suspects. Then when working over the figures he continually and repeatedly brought up the value and importance of a certified vehicle. I then recognized that he was using it as a hook.
My visit to Parsons to try out some used vehicle was just the total opposite on the next day. I can only repeat the experience of others. Steve the salesman and Scott the financial manager were of the highest Character. Everything was above the table and their energy was consistently focused on the wants of the customer and leaving no question unanswered. Informative and helpful but never pressuring. I purchased a used vehicle in such an easy manner that I had to pitch myself. I would refer others to this pleasant hard working professional and friendly team and I would return again to purchase a vehicle. It was a comfort to deal with people who know how to sell cars with respect and equality to deliver the needs of the customer enabling a well supported decision ...

"Worst truck buying experience ever" They had me so confused, the salesman would show me the options that were on the truck and the window sticker price then write the price of this truck on a piece of paper. They did not have the truck with the options that I wanted in stock. He showed me many different trucks with options, by the end of the day I did not know what price went with what truck. We finally agreed on a truck, the price the salesman said the truck was going to cost was not the same price that what the Sales Manger and Finance person put together on the agreement were not the same. All of a sudden the truck price increased, At this point they have me so frustrated that I just what to get out of their, so I signed the agreement . Would not recommend this dealer to anybody.

I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.

After working with a sales associate for a day and a half to purchase a truck...and waiting all morning for them to send me the purchase contract...they call and tell me they are going to sell to someone else because they were there and willing to pay more...AFTER we already negotiated the price of the truck, the price of my trade-in, and how I was going to pay for it and when I was going to come pick it up!
Terrible management and sales oversight at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

We drove 3 hours to look at a 2009 Chevy Traverse. We told Danielle Blake we were coming in from out of town. We told her we were very interested and would like to purchase it if it all checked out. We got there and the car was getting new tires and breaks so it was up on the lift. We couldn't even get in it. We waited almost an hour while she "talked with her manager" about when it would be ready. They made us put a $500 deposit down since we wouldn't be able to wait the 6 hours for it to be ready that day. They also questioned us as to why we weren't financing through them. We did it through our local bank. When we drove 3 hrs back to get it Danielle wasn't even there. Danielle had promised us a check would be waiting for us to get our deposit back. When we got there they had no idea about the check. Then they said they would mail it to is in a few days. It has now been 2 weeks and no check. I called and they said it had to go through their corporate office and it will "take time". Never going back to that dealership or recommending it to anyone.

After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process.
BAD OIL CHANGES - guitar
Two oil changes in a row, they not only shorted me a quart of oil (which will wreck the engine in the long run) but put in the wrong oil. They put in WD30 instead of WD20 and didn't tell me.
When I had them change out the oil the second time, I had to sit there almost two hours and they refused to admit their fault saying "Sorry for the misunderstanding."
Do not go there unless you know cars and plan on checking up on their work.
Take money no help with warranty - Dajablu
Got a rebuilt "GM" transmission,$4100.00 cost R& R. I have all service done at GM dealers above and beyond warranty requirements. After 11 mo. 27 days and 103000 miles transmission is shot, never towed and all highway miles. GM says tough luck buddy.wants me to do it again.I said no.I went to people that rebuild for everyone, cost me $2750.00 installed with 3 yr/ unlimited mileage warranty.
To xxxx with GM service. I will never step foot in a GM service dept again, I own a Cadillac DeVille a Trail blazer and a Chevy express van, they will never see a GM garage again, piss on them. I also will purchase my vehicles from auctions from here on no more BS GM warranties for me.F Palmquist

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!

I made an appointment to get an oil change. Then I found a coupon for a cheaper oil change at Wilde East Towne Honda, so I asked if Zimbrick would match the price. They said they would not price match, so I got in sooner at Wilde East Towne Honda and got a cheaper oil change. Now I don't bother with Zimbrick.

I have a 2010 traverse and when I got it from the lot I herd a noise the sales lady said it was normal,I said okay. Got it home found out in the long run I need a whole new front in, also I haven't even had it a year and my timing chain is going out, theirs a lot of recalls on my my suv. My power steering is gonna need done soon, when you go to buy something you want it to be save on the road not have to worry about breaking down right away. After paying that kind of money. I have to get front tire care of the front end being bad. Car dealers need to watch what they sell before it goes out on the line. I have kids to think about. I got your car from 199ride.com and took out extra coverage on it but some stuff isn't covered and I'm not happy when I thought I had a safe ride. My mechanic said that's why the other people traded it in, but the car dealer never fixed any of it before reselling it.
Wrong Hitch - Jean
Things started off good. I called and asked if they install a 2 in hitch on my new 2015 Encore. They said sure and w/in a few minutes called me back with a quote for the hitch and installation. I clarified it was for a 2015 encore 2 in hitch. "Yes, will see you next week" vehicle was dropped off, phone call received couple hours later stating hitch is on. Went to pick up vehicle, paid the bill, looked at my hitch, and it was THE WRONG SIZE!!!! Went back in to the service dept, told them it was the wrong hitch. Nobody knew anything. Finally someone directed me to the parts dept. The salesman told me 1 1/4 is what the factory recommends...In a not so friendly manner. No apology, no offer to put the requested size on. The least they could have done is thrown in a 2 in adapter. " Fleet Farm sells them" is what I was told. I said...maybe next time try calling the customer before installing a non requested part. Bob Fish is not known for there customer service, but I took the chance thinking...."it's a Hitch, how could they possibly screw it up" Lesson learned. I, like many people In this community, will not go back or recommend doing business with this dealership.

This has got to be the worse car buying experience I ever had. The Sales person was quiet and distant throughout the whole transaction, which left me and my wife in the dark with what was happening. We did ask a few times for updates to where we were in the financing process, but they simply just took my driver’s license and told me that they will get me when the finance representative will be ready for me. That took a good two hours of us sitting, and throughout the whole time waiting, the sales representative only checked on us once.
The next day, I looked over the paperwork and realized that they switched the wrong plate number to my car, did not add my wife to the title, and titled it at the wrong address. Again, we were left in the dark for almost two hours waiting and no one ever went through the paperwork to confirm that everything was correct before we signed. Yes, I should have looked over the paperwork more closely, but they kept us waiting so long that they were already at closing time by the time we met with the finance representative. So, the signing of the paper work was rushed through.
When I called the sales representative to tell her that the information on the title was not correct, she had the nerve to tell me that if I would have bought the car the day before when I first saw the car, she would have more time with me. Apparently she was too busy to help me the day that I did buy the car (the sales representative was only help one other customer and the dealership was almost empty). They did update the plate number, but they were not willing to update the title with my wife’s name or address. The sales representative simply stated that they are not able to do that (with no explanation why).
Again, the worse car buying experience ever!

Called here about a used car. They informed me it was there and that if we set a "VIP appointment"(their terms) they would have it washed and ready for us to see. They were a little over an hour away from our home. We made an appointment and set off to see the car. On our way there we received a follow up to confirm our appointment. When we arrived we went to the reception desk to check in. They didn't have any information on who we were, what car to see etc. Obviously a appointment doesn't mean anything to them. A random salesman was dispatched to help us - he had no idea what car we had came to see. After informing him what car we wanted to see and showing him an email - he set off to find the keys. 10min later he returned and said the vehicle was not there - that it was sold. We asked if he was sure as we just talked to someone, set up an appt. and drove over an hour to see it. He told us -" what do you want me do - we sell cars all the time". I said it would have been nice to know that before we wasted two hours on a wild goose chase. He never offered an apology, to show us something else, to speak to a manager...nothing. We left and will go out of our way to tell everyone not to give them any business. Further we have received several follow up emails from different people in the company asking about our experience, etc etc. I sent each a reply as to what happened and not a single one even took the time to respond.
