Great Experience! - Red_Badger
Mike Wall walked me through the lease of our brand new Equinox. He answered all of our questions and delivered a great product. Mike explained the differences between leasing and buying a new vehicle, and we determined that for my family's needs and budget, a lease would work well. Mike was also aware of some incentives offered by Chevy that we qualified for but were unaware of when we started looking for new cars. First rate job, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Our journey to our new Dodge Journey Crossroad - John W
Our growing family was looking for a vehicle to fit our space and storage needs. After doing some online shopping we decided to travel from Eagle River to visit Klein. There we met Kurt who assisted us in making what we feel was a good decision. Kurt parked the vehicles we were interested in side-by-side to make it easy to compare. We also discussed the most practical options for purchasing/leasing on future purchases. There was zero pressure applied to do anything other than what we felt best for our family. I would highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Cole Jaquin- Sales Manager of used cars at Stark-
He was awesome and we had no pressure, the most honest sales person I have dealt with
He gave me more than I expected for my trade in and was fair about the SUV I was interested in buying.
Again...Stark Used Cars is lucky to have a guy on staff like Cole!
3 Car Purchases, 0 Problems. - GLAEWisconsin
I've bought 3 used vehicles from the Brodhead store over the last 2 years, each experience was easy going and hassle free for me. My most recent purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave was excellent, I had dealt with the salesperson Jeff who helped make the whole process easy going. The staff was always super friendly for all of the times I've been there including service visits.
Clason's: EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE - Thomas Oliver
Great experience purchasing a new Acadia All-Terrain SLE-2. Fair value, always good trade in offers, excellent staff in every department, more than willing to get the exact vehicle you want. We will be back again when in need of another vehicle.
There to help!! - Swellservice
The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.
Excellent experience - Yves Berger
Complete satisfaction with Don Johnson Motors especially with their sale manager Mike Braemer. Friendly and knowledgeable. Never tried to sell me something I did not want.
Great Place to deal with - New owner
My shopping started online , Don Johnson was the fasted to reply back by text and email unexpectedly on a Sunday. Put money down the following Tuesday! Other dealers were not so fast to reply to my interest.
Great easy sales - Patrick
I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.
This was a great new car buying experience. I was able to buy the car, give them my trade in, and drive away - all in about 2 hours!
It is so uncommon to have a car dealership, and management, be straight up and honorable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal, no pressure, and straight forward talk. An HONORABLE dealership!
Top notch! - Petro62
Wade worked with my husband and me to find the perfect truck for our lifestyle and budget. We love contacting Wade because he always knows our needs. Thanks for making our purchase a great experience!
Great as always! - MIKE ROSSI
I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book.
service - ebarwick

I recently went to the Waukesha Expo for Ewald's pre-owned car sale. Mike helped me find the exact SUV I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful and I love my GMC Terrain. I will recommend Ewald to all of my friends.

Have been using this service center since before it was wheelers and as always they take care of my car well, treat me well, and are always friendly and courteous
Awesome experience with a few hiccups, Loved it - LukeHaag
I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.
GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR NEW CAR FROM!! - Cassandra H

Scottie was an exceptionally great and awesome salesman that helped me get my beautiful car. He was nice, respectful, honest, and kind. All who may ask me where I got my car, I definitely will tell them Boucher Buick GMC of Waukesha. I will tell them to ask for Scottie S. he's the best.
Purchase of 2016 Chev Equinox LTX - S Treb
We worked with a new sales rep for this most recent Chevy purchase, Ryan Johnson. Ryan did a great job helping us find the specific vehicle we were interested in. The Chev Equinox LTZ was not readily available at this dealership, but Ryan worked with us consistently and professionally to get us everything we were looking for in our Chevy purchase. The other team members that we worked with, were also helpful and professional.
Quick - Sally Vetter
They do an outstanding job with the 2-year free oil changes, always with a car wash. The employees are friendly and listen very well.
I know my Regal will always be taken care of at Zimbrick. - Dean Biel
There are very few people I trust with my car, but I do know that I can trust the staff at Zimbrick Buick Eastside. Chris Cotter is my go to service guy and I know when I hand over my keys to him, my Regal will be taken care of. I have never driven away disappointed with the service at Zimbrick Buick Eastside. The entire service staff does an awesome job. I have been a Zimbrick customer since 1994 and I'm now driving my 5th car purchased from Zimbrick. It's people like Andy Hammond my sales rep, Chris Cotter my service rep, and the guys in the shop, that will make me want to return someday for my number 6 Zimbrick vehicle. Keep up the great work! You're the best dealership around!
Awesome Experience - thesome2002
No hassle thru the entire process. This was my fourth new vehicle purchase and I usually dread buying a new car because of the misleading and little fibs. None of that this time! I will definitely buy my next car there again.
Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! - Boomer
I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - Anne Vriezen
The service dept has absolutely no "customer first" service ethic. They take phone calls while talking to a person in front of them. Extremely RUDE. The salesperson was initially good to deal with until we found out from another dealer that the vehicle we bought 4 months earlier had a branded title and that is why we could not get a better trade in on it. That was never told to us or I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. This dealership is fraudulant. The falsify their DOT inspections.
Customer Service - Herrea
Being new to the area I relied on google to help me find a dealership to help with a small repair. I had lost my FOB for my SRX and needed to get the new one re-programmed. We had the car towed to the dealership and an apt in place, 2 hours after I had received a phone call letting me know that the FOB I had provided wasn't working. This was unfortunate but the lady had a assured me they had a FOB on hand which was roughly over $200, I'm not a service tech nor would I assume a FOB is anything less then the entire FOB I had brought in ( only in working condition). She also informed about being charged to install and service all of which is fine. I went into this thinking I only need it programmed which ( from what I was quoted $100+) changed when the FOB didn't work. It ended up being just under $400 so a bit more but I knew I was getting or thought I was getting was "cadallic care"! When I picked up my SUV that night the new FOB as well as the one I provided was in my car, the only thing was the key that slides in the bottom of the FOB that I provided was missing. The dealership is closed on sundays so I waited to call Monday and talk to someone. The service manager I was connected with Matt said he would find out what had happened and get back to me, I heard from him promptly and he informed me my key was in the $200+ FOB I had purchased from them. Confused he explained to me that the one I puchased from them does not come with the key?? Um ok, so no one tells you this or even offers the key option to you?! You would think if your only receiving half of something back they would inform you, the FOB looks ridiculous and broken without the key. I figured my fault and explained my frustration with NO communication of this. I asked about how much the key runs and he said roughly $80 which would make this w/ service close to a $475 repair give or take. I said ok and ended the call upset knowing I was given half the information. I decided to give the dealership where they installed the FOB and I purchased the FOB from a call back to speak with someone in parts, I asked them if they could quote me on a FOB which he had comeback with at $175 after I given him all the info needed to look the correct part. I paid $239 for mine, so a $64 dollar difference, I then asked how much a key would be and he priced that out and came back with $57 so a total of $232, which is only $7 difference from what I paid but it is the entire FOB!!! I called Matt back to ask why today I would pay less then what I paid last week for something (even at $7 total) but recieve the entire product?!? He did some calculations and we discussed back and forth about how it was only $7 dollars, it's not the $7 but the fact I have half a FOB and today could get the whole FOB for less!!! His response back was, do you want me to help you or not?! Excuse me? I was astonished by his response and tone, if it is indeed on $7 why not just offer the key. I decided leaving unsatisfied and at a loss, with my half FOB to take my business else where because Boucher in Waukesha doesn't provide customer service!
Overall terrible experience! - justjake
After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process.
Terrible Sales and Manager at this Location - SunnyDay
After working with a sales associate for a day and a half to purchase a truck...and waiting all morning for them to send me the purchase contract...they call and tell me they are going to sell to someone else because they were there and willing to pay more...AFTER we already negotiated the price of the truck, the price of my trade-in, and how I was going to pay for it and when I was going to come pick it up!
Terrible management and sales oversight at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
