Let me tell you I had a roller coaster of a day when I bought my car! It all started when I found my vehicle online...like any other buyer in the market I called to set up a test drive- low and behold there was another potential buyer on their way! I packed my kids up in record time and got to Klein Auto. As we were entering the building we held open the door to another customer to find out it was the potential buyer who was coming to see the same vehicle- what was the odds!? Feeling the sense of defeat I told Kurt that we would head out to lunch and maybe just maybe some magical force would be in my favor for what I decided was the car of my dreams. Somebody was listening to my pleas... as my children were devouring their lunch Kurt called to tell me that the potential buyer wasn't interested!!! Since then its been nothing but sunshine and rainbows! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and made the process go smoothly. Kurt was awesome- he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to make sure you left with what you were looking for, He definitely went the extra mile! Randal is wonderful too!!! He helped me get all the paperwork done and knew what he was doing which made the process effortless on my part! They both went out of their way to make me and my (sometimes) sassy boys right at home. When I got home everyone that heard me shouting from the mountain tops how happy I was were impressed themselves and now know where they should look for their next vehicle!! My most recent purchase of a 2013 Buick Enclave was excellent, I had dealt with the salesperson Jeff who helped make the whole process easy going. They didn't show me what they wanted to sell that day. They let me talk to really understand what I wanted and definitely delivered. There was absolutely no sales pressure. It was my decision what vehicle I wanted and when I felt comfortable making my decision. They spent plenty of time with us to set up all of the features and to understand all the options. They also contacted me after the sale checking if we had any questions. Clason is a class act. I would do business with them again. I love my black Enclave with lots of chrome. 😉

The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.

Started looking for a newer pickup on auto trader found many vehicles,found one at Don Johnsons motors,emailed late that night by 730 in the morning I had a response set up a time to see that specific truck. Went down there looked at some other trucks also. Todd Anderson was the salesman. Knew his vehicles in and out told him what I was looking for and what I needed with tow package. Very good explanations.. couldn't be happier with all the guys and gals service. Trevor got the vehicle in to get a tonneau cover installed.

I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.
This was a great new car buying experience. I was able to buy the car, give them my trade in, and drive away - all in about 2 hours!
It is so uncommon to have a car dealership, and management, be straight up and honorable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal, no pressure, and straight forward talk. An HONORABLE dealership!

Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.

Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! - Boomer
I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.

The service dept has absolutely no "customer first" service ethic. They take phone calls while talking to a person in front of them. Extremely RUDE. The salesperson was initially good to deal with until we found out from another dealer that the vehicle we bought 4 months earlier had a branded title and that is why we could not get a better trade in on it. That was never told to us or I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. This dealership is fraudulant. The falsify their DOT inspections.

Overall terrible experience! - justjake
After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process.

After working with a sales associate for a day and a half to purchase a truck...and waiting all morning for them to send me the purchase contract...they call and tell me they are going to sell to someone else because they were there and willing to pay more...AFTER we already negotiated the price of the truck, the price of my trade-in, and how I was going to pay for it and when I was going to come pick it up!
Terrible management and sales oversight at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

Took vehicle in for rear end sway. They Replaced front struts. They don't seem to care they are losing customers for their sales team.
If you look for a dealer based on their service, this is not the place.
