Very Enjoyable, Non-Stress Experience! - Kim Damrow
First of all, buying a vehicle is one of my least favorite activities. It is typically time consuming and mentally exhausting. My husband and I decided we would take a few hours and shop and see what was out in the market since our newest vehicle was a 2007! We visited a total of six different dealerships. Keep in mind, we are business owners and believe in excellent customer service - same as we offer everyday in our business.
Just a quick recap of our experience.
First stop. The salesperson had to put out her cigarette before she came to talk with us, dressed really, really casually (pants legs rolled up, etc.). We test drove a vehicle that we saw on the lot and had interest in. We thought perhaps we would come back after we looked a bit more. However, she did not even ask for our contact information, she didn't really care what we were looking for. On to the next.
We walked into a dead quiet showroom and no one waited on us. We had to ask for someone to show us a car. It felt like we were bothering them. One guy even picked up the phone and started making customer calls while we waited for at least five minutes. Hmmm...
We test drove two other vehicles that afternoon. We ended up driving a car that I did really like. The downside was the salesperson had very poor personal hygiene. (Now, I know he wouldn't be part of the sale and it was just the means to the end - but it was very unprofessional and just made me want to leave.) Enough for the afternoon.
So, the next morning we continued our search. We found it interesting that not ONE salesperson called to follow-up with us to see how we felt about the vehicles that we test drove - NOT one.
We headed to see Steve. OK - this was enjoyable! We immediately felt welcomed by the team (Jerry, Leah, John) at the dealership while Steve finished up with a customer. Steve took time to listen to what our needs were, really listened. We are planning to use this vehicle for our business. He took the time to hear what we needed AND what we liked. While we were test driving one vehicle, he already had numbers being processed so we would be able to review when we returned. And, he had a second vehicle in mind that he thought we may like. Everything was like clockwork - no waiting around. Steve is well-versed, knows the business and just makes the entire experience something to look forward to. The whole vibe of the dealership is professional, fun and inviting. Casual but not stuffy. Looking forward to knowing we will be receiving excellent care while we own the vehicle.
When the time comes for us to upgrade, we will definitely be coming back.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brad in sales as he was not pushy in any way. In addition, he was personable and easy to talk to. The sales manager, Rick, was also good to deal with and did not attempt to pressure us. Randal in finance was also helpful. Although extended warranties were offered, they were not shoved down your throat as they are at other dealerships. During delivery, Jason explained all of the features on our new vehicle and was extremely patient, even though we were there past regular business hours on a Saturday afternoon.
Numerous follow up phone calls, emails and mailings were received from the dealership to ensure our happiness with not only our new vehicle, but also the customer service from Klein Chevrolet Buick.
It was worth the two hour drive to Klein and I would recommend them to others considering a new or used car purchase.

Bought our Outback Limited 2.5i from Sommers in 2015, Mark was a helpful and knowledgeable sales rep. Two years later, we had already hit 36,000 miles on odometer, and about to lose our factory bumper to bumper coverage. After finding out the coverage we got mailed covered "basics" and not all the gizmos ("eyesight", etc.) we went back to Sommers to discuss with them. Anthony and Michael in the finance department were most helpful and showed us the different plans. We got the plan we needed to cover the basics and electronics at a fair price. Shout out to you, Michael for walking us through it.

Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.

Buying a 2014 F250 at Les Mack - Mike Bryant
Gary and Ben at Les Mack made my wife's and my buying experience a great one. Gary took the time to send me pictures and even a video of the F250 that I was looking for. I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe at the end of March here at the "used imports" part of Zimbrick.
I worked with Carlos Pelaez and his manager Anthony Saunders. The whole experience that day was awesome. Carlos was very personable and made the whole sale very pleasant.
The first month or so of owning the car had a few hiccups that were not entirely the dealership's fault but they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
The amount of effort that Carlos personally went to for me to make things right was really awesome. Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Carlos if you buy a used import from Zimbrick.

We recently purchased a used 2014 MINI Cooper Paceman from Holiday Mazda dealership in Fond du Lac, WI. John Krug was our salesperson and he couldn't have done a better job of taking care of us during the process. They allowed us to take the MINI home (from out of town) for a couple days to try it out while we finshed up the private sale of our prior car. They were straight forward, no games, no gimmicks, just good honest service. They even offered to honor the trade in offer after the purchase if we could not sell our car by ourselves, although we did sell it ourselves. Fantastic service!

I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.

The service dept has absolutely no "customer first" service ethic. They take phone calls while talking to a person in front of them. Extremely RUDE. The salesperson was initially good to deal with until we found out from another dealer that the vehicle we bought 4 months earlier had a branded title and that is why we could not get a better trade in on it. That was never told to us or I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. This dealership is fraudulant. The falsify their DOT inspections.

7:30 am - First I Told them a few times, to call me before any work was done. Finally got a hold of someone in the service dept at 3 pm and they told me work was done. Part was under warranty and they found rust on my brakes. I had to pay 90.00 for the brake work. What the heck? if they would have called I would have told them forget the brakes . Rip off! They needed to make something . I'm reporting them. Dont go here!
