We brought our 2019 Lincoln Nautilus in to Dorsch Ford in Green Bay to check why we had a little hesitation when shifting between 2nd & 3rd gears, & were totally surprised to find out that we needed a new transmission! We worked with Andrew M and he was awesome! Kept us informed on what was happening during the 4 weeks they needed to repair the car. Dorsch Ford also gave us a nice Lincoln loaner to use while our car was being repaired! We got our car back, and it runs as smooth as can be!! Thank you Dorsch Ford, Andrew, and the team of great mechanics who did a find job! You’re all amazing!!
