We brought our 2019 Lincoln Nautilus in to Dorsch Ford in Green Bay to check why we had a little hesitation when shifting between 2nd & 3rd gears, & were totally surprised to find out that we needed a new transmission! We worked with Andrew M and he was awesome! Kept us informed on what was happening during the 4 weeks they needed to repair the car. Dorsch Ford also gave us a nice Lincoln loaner to use while our car was being repaired! We got our car back, and it runs as smooth as can be!!
