Where do I begin! - Black24Mazda

Where do I begin!!! Set up an appointment on 11/27/24 to have 2 issues looked at on my Mazda 3. Issue 1) passenger side of the trunk deck lid was not flush with the fender (whereas the driver side was). Issue 2) was a stumble/stutter with the transmission between 40-50 mph. I asked if I could physically show someone the deck lid, but no one wanted to see what I was talking about. The tech compared the deck lid to another car without involving me, and in the notes put that the gap was “WITHIN TOLERANCE” and THEY found similar vehicles having the same issue. As far as issue 2) They only drove my car (if they even did at all) 2 miles, hooked it up to a scan tool and in the video inspection the technician basically was wanting to blame the shutter in the transmission on the KN air filter I had installed. Overall, I left the dealership upset and feeling like nobody wanted to answer my questions. With this being said, I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHO FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE TRUNK GAP!!!! It just needed to be realigned that was it. Also the same dealership’s master tech drove my car just over 8 miles and said that what I was experiencing was indeed a normal operating condition.

I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. This is a well know defective part that should be replaced by Ram. This was my experience, I hope yours is better.

Not looking or looking to help me at all .i have bumper to bumper warranty had an issue with a side window shattered in my driveway and they won’t warranty it because the service writer Harold didn’t white it up correctly so with that being said they refused me .and had to pay 837$ us not good customer service at all .after many phone calls with The service manager Bob and customer service Danielle and service writer Harvard ,and actually pointed out the mistake at point of pick up did nothing to help us .They all stuck together I even have pictures of it in my driveway as stated to Harold at time of incident .they refused to see them and basically called me a liar.
