We purchased a truck from Hayes and we dealt with Shane - Walker

We purchased a truck from Hayes and we dealt with Shane Pratt. I started looking on your website and found the truck we really liked. I spoke with Shane on the phone and he asked me a few questions. I then sent him my trade in (pics) and the vin number as well. He ran some numbers and let me know all the details with my trade in and the purchase of the other truck. He stayed in touch with me and went out of his way and sent me several videos of the truck. Top notch on his part. We really liked what we saw and the price of the truck as well. That was on a weekend and when Monday morning came, we headed off to Hayes in Gainesville Ga. I called Shane to let him know that we were on the way and that he would have the truck waiting on us. Long story short, :) I could go on and on. What a seamless sell process and an awesome buying experience. Shane was very nice and knowledgeable. Great salesman and really do appreciate him and the Hayes dealership as well. We live in SC and in the near future, when we decide to trade again, it will definitely be with Hayes.. Again, Thank you very much Shane!

Upon entering the sales building, I was greeted promptly and assisted in locating salesman Spencer Pisel, with whom I had previously communicated via email. He provided a comprehensive tour and showcased the truck of my interest. We conducted a test drive and commenced negotiations upon our return. The entire process was seamless, characterized by exceptional kindness, courtesy, and expertise. Pisel successfully facilitated the sale and directed me to the finance department, where I collaborated with Jordan Lee. He ensured a smooth and hassle-free transaction. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience. I will recommend the dealership to all my acquaintances.

I recently purchased a truck from here. The pricing was transparent and everything went smoothly with the purchase. Sales and finance were professional, polite, and helpful. Brian was my salesman and he worked with me and checked on me after the purchase and made sure everything was taken care of. I did everything over the phone and text because I live out of town. They also delivered the truck. It was delivered with a badly scuffed tire. Either from delivery at the dealership or a test drive. I called them and told them about it and they agreed to replace the tire no charge. There was a slight issue and miscommunication with the service department not knowing the tire was gonna be replaced for free but Brian also straightened that issue out for me as well. If you’re looking for a vehicle check them out and ask for Brian.

I tow a 2018 RAM Pickup behind my motorhome. I had a malfunction with my RV towing system which basically destroyed my brakes. I limped in around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, when you know everyone is anxious to go home. Sean the service advisor got a technician to start in right away. He replaced the brakes on all 4 wheels and got me back on the road within 24 hours saving our cross country RV trip. Everyone went above and beyond.
