I purchased a K5 had a trade and paid rest cash in full! The car had a sunroof problem they ordered part had to go back week later to fix. I had a year bumper to bumper warranty. As I drove car for one week started hearing the AC/heater had a gurgling sound when I took car back for repair of sunroof I asked them to repair the AC issue. Talk about poor service, I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. They wanted nothing to do with it. They just didn’t care. Why give a warranty? I plan to get rid of this car as I feel that the humming is going to get worse. The sound should not be there. I will not purchase another from them nor will refer anyone to them. They just want the money from you and your on your own if something goes wrong.

I HAD BOUGHT AN USED VEHICLE FROM THEM IT WAS OVER PRICED AFTER 3 DAYS DRIVING I HAD ENGINE SIGN ON LIGHT THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ME WHEN I SAID IN 3 DAYS I HAD GOT ENGINE LIGHT ON TOYOTA HAVE A FIX IT THEY SAID OK THEN I LEFT MY CAR AT TOYOTA KOCH 33 EASTON PA THRY JUST RESET MY LIGHT WAS CAME ON METER AND THEY LIED THEY CHANGED THE OXYGEN SENSOR 2 BUT THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE AFTER 1 MONTH THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS I EILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO TUIS PLACE TY HGD

Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. Tom had all paperwork ready before our appointment time and isn't pushy when it comes to the extra packages they try to sell you. Ben was nice and understanding to deal with when purchasing my vehicle and I didn't feel stressed during the whole process. Would definitely buy again from here and hope Ben and Tom are still there. terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!
