I actually ended up at this dealership on accident as I was lost. LB was absolutely amazing and helped me find my way where I was headed. He handed me his business card and said if the car you are looking at doesn’t work out come see me. I kept my word and 10 minutes until they closed I came back (as I had traveled there from out of town). I told them I had a tall order and didn’t think they could meet all the expectations I had for a car. Within 10 minutes not only had they met my expectations but in the coming days they would exceed my expectations. LB is very professional and kind. He kept his word and did his best to meet all the expectations I had as a buyer. LB drove to Salado not once but twice. Once so I could test drive the car I had chosen and a second time to deliver the car. He is an absolute blessing and I very much enjoyed working with him. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know even though they are quite a ways away from our location! Definitely hands down worth the drive!

We were passing through the area and decided to pull in and I'm glad we did! Derek, Chris and Moses exceeded our expectations from the time that we walked in the door until we left the parking lot. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and Derek was more than willing to show us the truck we wanted to purchase even though it would most likely require him leaving work late. We had a tough obstacle to overcome due to our trade in having negative equity but Chris (Sales Manager) and Moses (Finance Manager) didn't give up on us. It seemed impossible at one point for us, but THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were on our way home with our new camper and when we moved it to the new truck we realized the pin for the hitch was too short. A special thanks to Chris for helping us find one that was long enough so we could get on the road. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new ride.

Deceptive business practices. After going back and forth all day on a Gladiator we finally settled on a deal. Spoke with Nick who got the price down closer to the internet pricing. Online pricing was about $9k less than msrp after rebates. As I spoke with Nick in the sales tower he agreed to take off $2k since this was our 3rd vehicle to purchase from them in just a matter of months. After speaking with Josh who I believe to be a sales manager we got our interest rate, shortly after that, the rate went up just over 2%. I didn't think much of it... then we go to financing. Not only did the sales price increase by $3k but the interest rate jumped another 5%. During this entire transaction the payment remained the same although $2k was taken off and the Texas package was removed, however the interest rate changed? It doesn't take a genius to see what was deceptively done here. I will be filing formally with the State Attorneys office and Texas DMV for audit of deceptive and malicious business practices. This was done to my 20 year old daughter and I'm sure it wasn't the first time. Makes me feel so much regret for purchasing our two previous vehicles from these guys. Beware and always look over contracts regardless of having the payment where you wanted, they will deceptively use that against you.
