I've never had a better experience buying a car, and I've bought many. The salesman went above and beyond in assisting my purchase. Everyone was so friendly. Mitch explained everything throughout the purchase process. He was totally knowledgeable about the vehicle I settled on. This was actually a pleasant experience. I came home with the perfect car for me with no regrets. If more car salesmen were like Mitch people wouldn't dread buying new cars. I'm beyond happy with this dealership and with the salesman who actually listened to me....

He's transparent, listened to my concerns and didn't intimidate/scare me to do all repairs now when I'm not financially ready to spend $5K.
