The right advisor made the difference on this visit. If you are going in go visit Will. Will was my service advisor and he was excellent. Stayed in touch about things checked on me in the lobby while I was waiting. He offered a repair that was need but wasn't a part of my visit and gave me a reasonable window of when I needed to fix rather than push a job on me I wasn't prepared pay for. Instead of focusing on "Red" factor of the diagnosis. Instead he informed me how long I could go without fixing it and said to call if anything came up. I appreciate that and it was highly refreshing over the last few visits I have had with your business.

We want to recognize the excellent customer service we received during our recent purchase. Our Sales consultant, Sam Hamaydeh, was a real pro. Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

My experience at the dealership was excellent, I was promptly assigned a sales agent, Fervigo Ventura. Vigo asked what I was looking for, and showed me what was available, he brought me up to speed at a comfortable pace, we looked at the Mitsubishi line-up and also non-Mitsubishi cars and trucks. He gave me a lot of info to digest. We went thru options in my price range, took several test drives and I left being more knowledgeable. I researched other makes and models and test drove other brands. After some tme, I decided to go back to Don Herring North Mitsubishi. Vigo answered a few more questions and we worked out a deal same day. Staff there are very attentive and friendly. I've been driving my new car for a week and love it. I'm a repeat customer, and recommend Don Herring North Mitsubishi to anyone in the market for a new car.

I went to a different Mitsubishi dealership in Fort Worth was not treated well. Went to Irving Mitsubishi was treated well. Walked out the same day with a car within hours. It was not an all day production. I was very pleased got the payments that I wanted a financing was fast an very easy. I would definitely go back again to buy a car. In reality, it took me longer to decide on a vehicle than the paperwork did. There was no of this going back and forth nonsense that you have it some dealerships it was just a quick fast process. I really was amazed at how quick everything took place.
