Had to call twice to get an appointment. I received confirmation. On the day of my appointment the service advisor said that I didn't have an appointment. He said would I like to leave my vehicle? I replied that the advisor that I spoke with said that it would not take long and that I could wait. 2 1/2 hours later I got my truck. 2 recalls fixed (computer update and check the tailgate latch) and state inspection. Totally disorganized.

Classic bait and switch! I was online and found two cars both 2024. They said they had them in stock, these were new. The salesgal tried to pawn a diffenrent car to me saying they are all the same. So, a different salesman said they can find me a car and I said “unless you are selling it to me at the price I was quoted, no thanks. They said the cars were not there, the ones that I went to look at. They wanted to sell me a car that listed for 10,000.00 more than what I looked at. These folks are committing fraud and I will be pursuing litigation.
