I had a great experience with Prestige Volvo. - Bob P

I had a great experience with Prestige Volvo. I purchased a used car from them which wasn't a Volvo. Mike Oscata and Pat Masone we're awesome. Mike did an amazing job setting everything up with me. Pat was such fun handling all my financing and warranty services. Both men made me feel comfortable. There was no rushing around to hurry up and get me out the door. They made me feel at home. I highly recommend this dealership!

We just picked up an XC40 for our daughter and Steve - kirkandcathy

We just picked up an XC40 for our daughter and Steve Zinaman could not have been more helpful. Steve worked to get us an incredible deal on this car. His product specialist, Malik, helped us navigate the setup and took his time to go over all of the features.

They are lying, lying and again lying I demanded phone - bal75

They are lying, lying and again lying I demanded phone calls records, and camera records, they did not provide. This is extremely troubling because it places the customer in a very unfair position. I relied on the verbal commitments made by their representative in good faith. Now the dealership is denying those statements and effectively accusing me of misrepresenting the situation. In addition, throughout the process, I attempted to communicate with the sales representative by email to document the details of our discussions. However, he repeatedly asked me not to send emails and instead insisted that I call him directly. He also avoided sending written confirmations of the terms we discussed. Looking back, it now appears that this approach prevented the agreement from being documented, which is why I am now facing this situation. Without written confirmation, the dealership is denying the promises that were clearly communicated to me. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Take everything under record what they are saying...
