Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, and truly made us feel like family. Our sales representative, Jennifer Toce, was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure we were completely comfortable with our new Jeep. She even helped us connect our phones to the vehicle and get the Jeep app running perfectly. We also worked with Russ Abate, whom we met over 23 years ago. Russ has always felt like family to us, and as always, he was genuine, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. We’d also like to recognize Jim Solomon from the service department, who was extremely helpful and attentive. His assistance added to the confidence and comfort we felt throughout the entire experience. The financing and paperwork process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. I brought my truck in for oil change, brakes, and inspection. ($2500) and for the second time in two years when i picked up my truck my registration and insurance were missing and i did not have a new inspection sticker even though i paid for it. Also. this time after a few weeks i opened the hood to my truck and the oil fill cap is missing. The people were extremely rude, and the service was horrible.

Wish you could give a 0 star rating! I was at the dealership this past Saturday getting my wife’s vehicle service done. While walking around in the parking lot potentially looking at trading my pick up truck in, there was a gentleman who works here being loud in the parking lot yelling things he probably shouldn’t have. Such as hey white boy to other employees. Myself and other customers are in the parking lot. Another employee pulls into the parking lot and this loud mouth employee yells look at that gay vehicle he definitely takes it in the xxx that xxx. Wow really! Way to conduct business! I even said yo man I don’t think that’s appropriate. Blew me off. So I went inside to the “tower” and asked for that employees name. I was given the name Adam. The gentleman at the “tower” asked if everything was ok and informed of what happened and they were super apologetic very nice and asked if there was anything they could do. At that point there was nothing. They told me I could file a complaint which I will as well as this review. I went back outside and Adam was out there again. Again I tried talking to him to avoid a complaint on him and this review. I told him straight up you can’t be saying that type of xxxx. Yes I used the “S” word because he told me I couldn’t curse at him which I said I didn’t and he reminded me I used the “S” word (yes he said “you used the “S” word” instead of saying xxxx) Will not support a business like that. From my understanding talking to some people here this dude apparently thinks he can do whatever he wants without concern. I later find out he’s the owner’s son! Wow! Stay clear from this place very unprofessional on this dudes part and apparently he can just get away with it! Service department on the other hand was very quick and professional.
